Probably funds of their clients are there in wallet account in cryptopia but ain't sure if they will be able to accommodate all requested refund.
That was also in my mind and I smell that the hacking incident was inside job. I think people out there still doubted on that exchange and we can't blame them. Probably it takes a year(s) before they can build again a trust or more worst no one can trust that exchange.

Precisely mate, cryptocurrency in that 10 countries are illegal because of the reason that their country does not really benefit from cryptocurrency. Unlike the U.S and other countries, startup companies in blockchain really made their stuff to contribute to the economy of their nation and that is the reason why they were considered on their country to still operate their businesses.

Cryptocurrency is still young and will be adapted and accepted by all the countries soon. Bitcoin is the most successful cryptocurrency but it doesn't mean it could not be developed. Once the time has come that bitcoin will be developed so well that I will be accepted, that is the time it will be considered globally.

The answer is to keep on using bitcoin without encouraging them to join. I mean, in selling people buy with emotions and justify it with logic. Also the philosophy of Anchoring may apply in this.

Bitcoin could be more approachable if the people will stop inviting people to join the community who uses it. For me, I never look the highest return(ROI)on investment in gambling site. I'd rather choose reputed and legit gambling site, because for me if gambling site gives high ROI I think they are a shitty gambling site. I'm so happy on this coin and ain't regret I bought this on ICO presale stage on that project, I've earned I think 50% from my investment and I sold it last week on Binance exchange. As I have noticed now this coin was in a dump and I knew it will happen after listing because of the bounty hunters. But if you going to ask my prediction, on my own, maybe it is profitable but you need to patiently wait on this. Besides, I have a plan to buy back mate on this dump situation.

You're definitely right, conducting a bounty program can build the trust of people and also be well known for your project to the crypto enthusiast investors. The best start is here from hiring the legitimate manager to organize a project and social media bounty programs which is they know how to choose participants who drive traffic on your project to promote.
