5361  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The WeExchange 2nd Stage Con! Currently ~$1,250,000 (Check the NEWS) on: November 28, 2013, 08:02:27 PM
You lost the money. They were spent inappropriately on business and personal expenses. Better hope NEOBEE bails them out, but their current plan has severe conditions.

Please dont post your fears as if its proven reality already.

There are probably a lot of BTC just sitting in bitfunder on accounts that were never linked to WeExchange.  When 3December hit and all your remaining BitCoin goes to WeExchange that should give the owner a nice little pop in earnings........

How could there be money on bitfunder without a weexchange account? Bitfunder and weexchange was one from the start. Bitfunder in fact doesnt hold any money. Its all stored in weexchange wallet in reality. Thats what weexchange was for.

Did someone get shares at bitfunder, sold them and now has bitcoins showing up there withoug having a weexchange account or how happened it?

That is a great find.

Not sure if anyone still remembers but I initially traced some of the IPO funds to the JustDice wallets.

Now I have also traced a large portion of IPO funds to BitfuryStikesBack.com wallets.

This is the transaction of 2,658.2241 BTC on the 2013-08-08, and it is the first BTC's spent from the IPO funds.
https://blockchain.info/tx/0d0ba2ecc0b2624f63d0a59c2045b0d9c6ea3f0b2c890344ab38a0b8d8e447c4

punin should be able to confirm the transaction details.

It is interesting how the ebay seller has now also changed the location of the items from Barbusi-Italy (Carbonia), which we know Alberto and Fabrizio are from, to Roma-Italy.

Im not convinced. IPO-Money was collected at btct.co and btct.co has a shared wallet. That means you cant simply follow the payment that flew into and deduct that the payments going out are done by "Sam". The Bitcoins could be given to a random person since once the Bitcoins are in the system of btct.co its not attached to anyone anymore.

Migo, when you decided go through the law process, please add me together with you ,I got personally 200K USD in his hand...
We should set him a reasonable deadline and consider legal actions if he does not comply.

What is reasonable? For me it looks like he is working on it. And i wait for more than a month already. But i fear when legal actions come into play what will happen. Raiding his server? Block it for a year until the legal case is solved? I even can imagine these policemen format the wallet disc because they dont have a clue.
At least i would say that legal actions should be the very last step. Before you do it contact ukyo on IRC. Username ukto or now mostly Ukyo.

Sadly I have to withdraw my bid. Don't have spare BTC anymore. Sad

Normally bids are binding... so guys please only bid if you have the bitcoins.

actually, the 25% yearly dividend is meaningless at this time. we actually just bet if Friecat be back again in the next spring of 2014. I just take the bet, I know it's high risk.  But my cost of BTC is really low, so it's easy to me to take the bet.

Yes... betting was done all the time but the shareprice was bound to the divs all the time. Probably the traders that looks for the yearly return are more than the one betting.

why bidding here, just buy it at an exchange, almost the same price.

The exchanges only have a very thin orderbook. So buying/selling some shares can have a high impact on shareprice but this impact doesnt have to say much.

The other thing is that this here are direct shares. You have a contract with friedcat directly. The shares on exchanges are Passthroughshares only. You have a contract with the owner of the shares and this owner has a contract with friedcat. If the owner defaults you have a problem. Or you can get problems like with G.ASICMINER-PT where you dont get dividends now because the owner of the real shares cant access his wallet. With direct shares you are the direct owner.

Update: 1 @ 0.32

You already had this bid for this price. You meant another price?

Cheaper now at havelock .......... the problem with running a 7-day auction, although I understand why the seller wanted 7 days.

Don't think this is going to reach 0.6 somehow  Wink

I dont think it will go to 0.6 too but i think too that people want to cash out because of the high btc-exchange-price. The last div for asicminer yesterday (https://www.havelockinvestments.com/fund.php?symbol=AM1#ui-tabs-3) was 0.00199664BTC per share. If you calculate this *52 weeks you get 0.10382528BTC per week. When the shareprice is normally 25% of the yearly dividend then this should mean the shareprice should be around 0.41530112BTC. So im relatively sure its people cashing out because of $1000 spike...

I can only say from writing with ukyo via IRC that it looks like he is waiting for a company or so to help him. Its a crucial part of his plan. When i write with him i have the impression that he really is behind this. Of course i can imagine that its hard to see it the same way when he doesnt show up in the forum. But at the end everyone could contact him via IRC. He is nearly all the time online.

He claimed he is asking back with the company often and it looks good so far.

If its true then im sure they will tell him the answer he needs and when that happens he can explain his plan detailed.

Thats how i understood it. I dont have the impression that he is trying to do some stunt. Even though i dont understand why its more important to repair weexchange instead paying out and crush it. Maybe NEOBEE will buy or use it or something like that? Ukyo spoke some weeks ago about some big player that will use Weexchange. Maybe thats NEOBEE.

Im willing to give him some more days time and really really hope he is giving some more infos soon.

5369  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 27, 2013, 07:45:33 PM
Dividends looking to be ~800btc or 0.002/share.

edit: mined coins just moved. Looks like divs are coming.

0.00199664 / share confirmed

Makes 0.10382528BTC annual return for 52 weeks. Which means the shareprice will be around 0.4BTC since its at least 25% annual return most of the time.
5370  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The WeExchange 2nd Stage Con! Currently ~$1,250,000 (Check the NEWS) on: November 27, 2013, 07:42:32 PM
G.ASICMINER-PT did not have divs this week can anyone here get us the bitcoin address associated with the PT so we can see if the divs were moved it will make a hell of an arguement against Ukyo.

I guess DeaDTerra needs to know the address since he had to ask friedcat to move the shares to the new pt-owner ukyo. It would be strange indeed when bitcoins from that address were moved after the last div payment. At some point the manual withdraw stopped and it looks like it was some weeks ago.
5371  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 27, 2013, 07:07:16 PM
@friedcat

Please don't pay tomorrows divs to BitFunder. We won't get that money out. Hold it back until the dust has settled and the shares are hopefully direct.
That would seriously undermine the entire concept of the BTC address owning ASICMiner shares if friedcat can simply not pay dividends to it because you are asking him not to.

ukyo stated via IRC that he asked friedcat already before one of the last divs to not pay divs to his shares he is using for the passthrough. Friedcat still did pay and now those Bitcoins are caught in the weexchange wallet too. So ukyo already tried this without success.
5372  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The WeExchange 2nd Stage Con! Currently ~$1,250,000 (Check the NEWS) on: November 27, 2013, 06:48:06 PM
Relevant here. Have some additional information on Ukyo too, I will be following up there for now and will publicly disclose later. I can tell you from blockchain analysis it would take a miracle for everyone to get money back, if any at all.

Where is this blockchain analysis and why do you think the bitcoins are gone? I doubt its so easy to find things out.

I see absolutely no alternative at this point to getting the legal authorities involved, immediately.

Ukyo's delays and evasions demonstrate that he cannot resolve this problem in a reasonable way.

Frankly, I think the only thing we can expect now is for the truth of how he lost our money to come out, but if there is some left, it needs to be distributed according to a judge/trustee's direction.  And, in the truth coming out, we can learn enough to avoid a recurrence of this.

Is Ukyo a thief or an failed businessman?  Did he spend the money we deposited or did he lose control of it?

Without the intervention of authority, Ukyo will continue to scramble and evade and things will get worse as he tries to dig his way out.

Legal authorities? Now? When he is known in person, he is still communicating and it looks like he seems to work on it (NEOBEE)? If anyone manages to involve authorities and they close everything down so that ukyo cant access the wallet anymore and after a year of fighting we could get our bitcoins out only then i will switch my anger to this smart person. Really... what good will come out from this now?

This is different from other scams like labcoin. He is known in person and he has problems of some kind. But government involvement at this state will hurt more than help. I think they might even be able to format the harddisc with the wallet on it.

Saying that... i dont want to wait. If he has to wait for someone then he has to state this publicly. He has to come with the facts because this small pieces of nothing is nothing. It makes me angry only. While in fact i think he will have a good explaination. BUT HE NEEDS TO COME WITH THE FACTS!

But still don't understand why I lose by 18 @ 0.32? Huh

Youre right. It was my bad. I took a wrong price. I now sat you in the correct place with your old bid. If you want to raise to 0.33 please do again.

5375  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The WeExchange 2nd Stage Con! Currently ~$1,250,000 (Check the NEWS) on: November 27, 2013, 12:06:25 PM
The chat doesnt sound that he cant access the funds anymore. I first feared someone called the police and everything now is blocked for months until solved. It sounds more like he waits for developers.

But what worries me is this:
Quote
[01:47] <dexX7> on a scale from 1 to 10.. how screwed are weex users?
[01:47] <@Ukyo> Immediately or overall ?
[01:47] <@Ukyo> and how many points do you adjust for time
[01:48] <@Ukyo> CuWireBeard: I dont have a clear answer on that at this time.
02[01:48] * nsa_ (82e1f343@gateway/web/freenode/ip.130.225.243.67) Quit (Ping timeout: 250 seconds)
[01:48] <arcticwolf> Hey ukyo, can the remaining ukyo.loans be redeemed some time in the future?
[01:48] <dexX7> hm.. let's use timeframe 0-2 weeks, 2-6 weeks, 6-more weeks?
[01:48] <@Ukyo> CuWireBeard: at this point, I would ask that until the next big announcement is made that we wait and see how that turns out Smiley
[01:49] <@Ukyo> i dunno 3~4 ?
[01:49] <@Ukyo> random guess at this arbitrary number Tongue
[01:49] <@Ukyo> i expect all users to be taken care of in the end
[01:49] <dexX7> okay, in a timeframe of 3-4 weeks, how screwed are weex users on a scale from 1-10?
[01:50] <@Ukyo> arcticwolf: yes, loan will be taken care of. I am not abandoning it.
[01:50] <dexX7> *after Smiley
[01:50] <@Ukyo> dexX7: its hard to describe without the details of the plan. Smiley

He speaks about Ukyo.loan but does it mean the wallet problem will be solved in another 3-4 weeks too? I could not accept another 3-4 weeks. If thats the plan than i prefer moving all the keys into another walletsoftware.

And then... its hard to describe how screwed weex-users are without the plan? Will we get our bitcoins or not?
5376  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: November 27, 2013, 12:07:17 AM
I got ukyo on irc a hour ago and asked where the announcement is since in my timezone the day was over then already. He mentioned its 5pm at his place. So from now its around 6 more hours time.

He wrote that he has to post something tonight but it sounded like its not what he hoped to post. Maybe delays with the developers or so.

Im tired in more than one way. Of this topic and i go sleeping now...

So tuesday ends in 5 minutes here... wheres the statement?
5379  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 26, 2013, 10:51:16 PM

Please dont forget that this is only the self-mining address. Asicminer has different Feeder-Addresses that seems to forward income from miner sales and franchising too. Its not really easy to go through it but i believe friedcat kept 1 x 100BTC of the last weeks income and double that value the week before. Thats probably the div retainment. Before it was more like 500BTC per week. But the 479 isnt everything that should come for the divs.

I didnt think its so hard to guess what address system Asicminer is using. I tried it a bit to find out the height of the div retainment. The div retainment looks less than i thought. More like 20% of each div is taken and the remaining fund paid out. IF i found the correct addresses/transactions.

Whats the  rough dividend per share been working out to?

You can see a list of the last weeks divs here: https://www.havelockinvestments.com/fund.php?symbol=AM1#ui-tabs-3 Its a passthrough only there and because of that it doesnt have older data.

Normally you can say that the shareprice resembles 4 times the yearly income you get per dividends. For example if a shares is 1BTC worth then the price is at this because the dividends for one year is 0.25BTC. So 25% return per year.

I await that the next div, maybe the next two divs are a bit nicer since friedcat sold lately a couple thousand of its Asicminer Cube Miners. Of course that doesnt say anything about the future development. Thats up to the abilities of friedcat (Asicminer CEO).
