- yield of 16% year and decreasing
- next generation chips, unknown development

My question if the price is under evaluated why sell now at loss when you can sell later at double price.
Owner of this shares is a IPO investor that decided to sell today before price for share will drop under IPO.
Please stop the FUD. I saw your bid in sebs auction. APR is and has always been around 30% for asicminer and no matter the dividend size, share price will adjust. Next gen chips are not unknown, we do know that they are set for tape out jan 20 and the simulated specs on them are quite nice. I am sure you know this as you are trying to acquire cheap shares.

16% / year? Huh

ASICMINER paid over 0.6BTC/share! in the last 9 months... which is 200% per year with current share prices.

Eastman Kodak paid an average per share of $1.25/year! from 1998-2008... which is ∞% per year with current share prices.

You are talking about the times when AM share of bitcoin network were more than 2% . I'm talking about the the last 3 months + next 3 Months

Of course I am also talking about those times.. that was actually THIS year... and thus it's 200% / year with current share prices.

In January we'll see the next gen chips.

A piece on Kotaku and share price stays the same?

http://kotaku.com/bitcoin-mining-is-getting-out-of-control-1471769898

Read the comments, most people there think Bitcoin is tulips, a bubble and not stable because no government backs it and no regulation.

99% of people there won't buy Bitcoins, let alone AM shares.

I'm going to guess ~0.0023. Mining address is at 479btc and then you have to include hardware sales and franchising.

If we get an extra 1000 btc just from Cube sales and add that to our current wallet value, that's 1504 btc.

Only those two factors give us a dividend of BTC0.00376 per share.

Since 3000 cubes were sold at a retail minimum of BTC1 each, if all cube 3000 Cube sales are to be accounted for in this dividend, we could receive a rather large one.

Is there any news on the dividends yet?  I'm at work so I'm curious to see where they end up this week.

Nope, no movement so far.

Monero's privacy and therefore fungibility are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's.
This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash".

@friedcat

Please don't pay tomorrows divs to BitFunder. We won't get that money out. Hold it back until the dust has settled and the shares are hopefully direct.
That would seriously undermine the entire concept of the BTC address owning ASICMiner shares if friedcat can simply not pay dividends to it because you are asking him not to.

ukyo stated via IRC that he asked friedcat already before one of the last divs to not pay divs to his shares he is using for the passthrough. Friedcat still did pay and now those Bitcoins are caught in the weexchange wallet too. So ukyo already tried this without success.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

Those critizising friedcat have no idea the actual potential of this company.
By the next year we will see the price hovering around 1 bitcoin a share.

Btw, if you are truly pessimistic about the future of AsicMiner, put your money where your mouth is, literally.
I'll make my offer again: I am gladly buying your "worthless" shares. I buy by the bulk, only.

If you are not selling, then please STFU! Stop fucking whining, it is terribly annoying to keep coming to this thread and see the same shit paraphrased over and over about doomsday, crashing, coming back to IPO, etc...
If you guys are attempting to spread FUD, you are wasting your breath.
