5361  Economy / Economics / Re: New recession is around the corner on: May 05, 2019, 08:45:44 AM

So we can hope that in that year, bitcoin will be adopted by many people especially in the USA because of the recession.
That will be interesting if bitcoin finally being adopted by a big country and have power.
But that will be a waiting time for us if that will happen or not because we are still in 2019 and we need to wait a year before it's happening.
The chances for bitcoin to be accepted in many countries will wide open if people in the USA can accept bitcoin, so the other big country will follow what the USA does.

Recession makes it LESS likely that bitcoin is adopted. People need money to buy bitcoin - and in recessions money is scarce. Also inflation drops in recessions which means that hedges against inflation arn't required so much.

Bitcoin will only take off if there is asset confiscation. Say AOC or someone like her gets to power in 2020 and starts confiscating wealth. Bitcoin then becomes very attractive as a means of storing and hiding wealth.  Don't forget that the event that made bitcoin mainstream in 2013 was Cyprus confiscating savings balances of ordinary people deposited in banks to bail out the bankers.
No, I don't think so because people can search a new way to make money and if they think that they can use bitcoin as their source, I believe that they can use bitcoin to make money.
They can start to join in the cryptocurrency without buying bitcoin because we know that there are many ways for people to get free coins and they can sell it to make bitcoin.
If you remember that in 2017, people are amazed to see bitcoin can touching almost $20k and that makes people want to invest in bitcoin. That will happen again in the future especially if bitcoin can reaching the highest price again.
5362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you buy lottery online in bitcoin payment? on: May 05, 2019, 08:30:09 AM
I think it depends on how much the lottery price because I think most people want to buy cheap lottery price to win a big prize for money.
No matter if the price is in bitcoin or fiat, as long as the price is cheap, then I guess that many people will buy that lottery.
I wonder how the site will be and how much the price of the lottery.
5363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin reach 6000 this month? on: May 05, 2019, 08:27:05 AM
To reach $6,000 is not easy as we see that the price is back to the lower price, but I believe that in the end, the price will reach more than $6,000.
I don't doubt for bitcoin to reach the highest price in the future, but we need to be patient and use our time to buy more bitcoin so we can join with the party to make a big profit.
I guess that in this month, we can hope to see bitcoin make the next highest price again.
5364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The End of Bear Market, Confirmed!! on: May 05, 2019, 08:22:32 AM
I only hope that the bear market is confirmed to end so we could see in this month, and the next month, the bull market will come and could push the price to break the highest price.
But so far, I am not sure that it will happen so soon because we still seeing the price is down in many times although, after that, the price will be back to the higher price.
So let's analyze ze the market so we will know what will happen later and maybe we can prepare from now.
5365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right or wrong path? on: May 05, 2019, 08:19:24 AM
Am I on the right path? I'm here to invest in crypto but since I don't have money to invest I want to start hunting for bounties and airdrops and from there I can use the money to buy better popular coins and tokens ,any chance that these can be achievable ?
I don't think that you are in the right way because you know that the bounties and airdrops now are not good to hunt and it's better to search for another way.
But I think you could still hunting for the bounties and airdrops if you still want but that will difficult to find the right project.
Many projects now can be a scam in anytime even if the project was looks legit because there is no guarantee to see a good project will success in the future.
How if you try to play with faucet because who knows, when the bull market comes, the coin you already collect from the faucet can increase because we never know which coins can increase later.
5366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MyDiceBot - 190409 is released and Android 9.0 launching issue is fixed! on: May 05, 2019, 08:15:29 AM
Forgive me for not download the bots.
Did all of you have a great time to use the bots? How is the result?
I am curious about the reviews, but I hope that every people who already download the bot can get a win in many times.
I am happy to see the developer is actively updating the bot and I hope that he can always update the bot if necessary and maintain the bot so the bot can work properly.
5367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mass-adopted of crypto on: May 05, 2019, 08:12:24 AM
I don't know how the technology work in Bluetooth, wifi, and 4G because I am not a scientist who researches that.
We only a user who uses the technology to make our simple become simple and don't need too complicated.
Mass adoption will happen in crypto, and it's only a matter of time. We can wait for that will comes in one day.
The mass adoption itself will not just happen to the older people but also happen to the younger people because they realize that the technology will always come and they will want to take part inside the technology and use the new technology.
5368  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold exist 1000+ years. while bitcoins exist 10 years. on: May 05, 2019, 06:04:17 AM
I think we don't have to compare between gold and bitcoin because that is different.
Gold was known as a precious thing for all people, and they agree that having gold is the best investment that will give them a profit in the future.
But if they are open their eyes and see the benefits of having bitcoin, I am sure that they will use bitcoin as the other investment besides gold.
I guess that in someday, they will use both gold and bitcoin together.
5369  Economy / Economics / Re: What should you do in bearish market? on: May 05, 2019, 06:01:46 AM
The bearish market is becoming a scare crow to most investors. Whenever I look at the market and how the coins are dumping, I develop cognitive disorders of quitting but I realise patience is golden.
You don't have to be scare when the bearish market happen if you know what you need to do.
There are still ways to make a profit from the bearish market, and that is why you need to learn to anticipate the worst thing that might happen.
But if you cannot do anything, then the only ways you can do is waiting for a while, be patient, and don't take a look at the market too often because that will makes you become scared and worry and in the end, you will be panic.
5370  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware when trading @ Kryptono - Stealing your identity? on: May 05, 2019, 05:59:18 AM
I hope that you are not losing big money in that exchange.
I think it's normal if the exchanges are asking about KYC because they are bond with the regulations and maybe that site needs you to complete the KYC.
Did you finally contact their staff to help you to solve the problem?
And if the only way for you to unlocked the account is by fills the KYC, then you need to do what they said, but that is only if you want to trade in that site.
5371  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Demo Bizanc DEX - Cross Chain BTC x ETH on: May 05, 2019, 05:55:02 AM
Thank you for sharing a good tutorial.
So that is almost the same as MEW if I am not wrong because I see that we need to paste private keys to login into the website.
But I am still worried if somehow, there is a malware that came into my browser like what I got in the past.
That is a good project, and I hope that you can secure the website if any bugs happen to the site.
I think this is a new concept of trading in the exchange.
5372  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any bitcoin exchanges for UK transfers? on: May 05, 2019, 05:47:40 AM
I found some interesting article about what you're asking. Here it is:

Digax review
UK faster payments
Faster Payments website
List of Top UK Cryptocurrency Exchanges
Wirexapp

But I don't know about their services because I don't live in the UK, and maybe you need to clarify by yourself, so you know what you want to choose.
I am sure that there is many more recommended website for the faster payment exchanges.

edit: as gentlemand suggestion.
5373  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [VIDEO] - Bitcoin Ready To Explode Above $6,000 ? on: May 05, 2019, 05:42:06 AM
I thought in some exchanges, bitcoin price already reaches $6,000, and maybe some traders use that moment to do arbitrage trading.
But yes, in the big exchanges, maybe the price is not yet reached that price, but if the situations still like this, we could see the price can break the barrier of $6,000.
Maybe it will happen in the next week, and we could see the price can slightly increase to the higher price.
But still, there is a possibility to see the price will go to down for a while before it's going to go up again, so we need to be careful.
That is an interesting video, thank you for the info.
5374  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Think Profitably - a Trader’s Mindset on: May 05, 2019, 05:39:21 AM
That is a good guide for every people in here so we can change our mindset to better.
That will need the practice to set the mindset and that will difficult if we don't want to change from inside of ourselves.
There are many things that we should do before we can change our mindset. We need to have discipline, and we need to obey what we made so we can stick to the plan step by step, and we can slowly change the mindset from not good into a good mindset.
5375  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Central Banks in the Age of Blockchains on: May 05, 2019, 03:56:56 AM
Finally, they are launching their coin by themselves Grin
I already thinking about the world bank and the IMF will launch their coin since one or two years ago and now, I see that they really launch the coin.
I think it's great news for cryptocurrency because the IMF and the world bank is the big institution in the world and they are interested in cryptocurrency, and I am sure that they were investigating about blockchain from a long time ago.
Maybe they are researched from the first time blockchain was release and they still research in secretly. And now it's the time for them to release their coin to the public.
5376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain study on: May 05, 2019, 03:52:13 AM
Hi !

I have to study the short, medium and long-term application of the blockchain within the financial sector for my thesis. My professor gave me this topic and I liked it so I said yes. I am thinking about studying who's really working on implementing the blockchain to see if it's just a buzzword or if the majority of the companies are really investing in it and not only talking about it and about their ideas by searching on the internet informations for example. And getting in touch with different companies. I'll be doing my internship at EY next year so I'll try to get the opportunity to have information too. And PWC has already done this type of research so I thought I could also compare a little bit my results by the end of my research.

I don't know if it's a good idea for the empirical part of my thesis so I wanted to know what do you think about it Huh
And if you have other idea please let me know beacause I am a bit lost.

I'm also new here so I don't know if it's the good place to ask my question. I'm sorry if it's not  Undecided

Thank you !

PS : I'm also sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker ^^

I'm fully supporting this thesis idea, wonderful you have an open minded professor right there.
In my university, my lecturer will laugh if i offer this kind of blockchain title to my thesis Cheesy
That is because they don't know about blockchain technology and they are not trying to open mind of something new that happen around them.
But I am sure that in the future, there will be many people who will interest to learn about blockchain and some of them will research deeply about blockchain and who knows, they can create a new type of blockchain.
Yes, that is great, and I am supporting too, I hope that she can get the right information about blockchain so he can finish her thesis and he can influence other people to know and learn blockchain too.
If one person can spread cryptocurrency in their academic, I am sure that more people will come to cryptocurrency and they will how big the benefits of cryptocurrency for them.
5377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most Promising Altcoins to Invest in 2019 on: May 05, 2019, 03:48:06 AM
People find it more guaranteed to follow the processes of IEO more closely and show interest. However, there are serious concerns that the crypto money exchanges are carrying out this process in a transparent manner. That's why our friends who are going to invest must be very careful.
I hope so because many of them don't read the details of the project and they only follow what other people said, and that is wrong.
They need to learn of the project so they can know if the project is very good or not so they can decide to invest and besides that, they can determine how much money they should use.
Without learning the project, they will invest in the wrong project, and they cannot make a profit from the project.
5378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Our bitcoin private key will be in danger, sometime in the future on: May 04, 2019, 04:18:47 PM
I don't think that will be too easy to guess private keys because I am sure that it needs special skills to determine every symbol on the private keys.

The number of digits in the private key should also be a privacy.
As long as we can hide the private keys in the secret places, and only we that will know the place, I think we can guarantee the privacy, and we don't have to worry for being stolen by other people.
5379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Building an P2P gambling thread on bitcointalk on: May 04, 2019, 04:14:30 PM
Since the OP does not come back to his thread, let's we consider he found what he wants to and right now, he is busy with his project with the other guy.
But to be honest, I still curious about what he will do later about P2P gambling thread.
Like what the other member said, the OP needs to hire an escrow to protect people from the scammers.
5380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto wallet services on: May 04, 2019, 04:10:23 PM
You mean a third party to deposit btc when betting online casino? Well, the online betting casino.platform has already provided this and having third party is not really necesary. Just create an account in an online casino betting platform.and send your btc to their platform directly to your account. If anything will not going to go well like losing your deposits the. Show your bitcoin.tracker if it is successful or not. The block chain wi tell amd will never lie.

Third party deposit AND withdraw. Actually I am not casino user, but developer. Of course alternative option is to make full node, but at this point I don't want to invest in that.

To sum up what I've found so far, for others in need:

mycelium - no withdraw, only deposit
coingate
bitpay
coinify
gocoin
bitgo - requires 1mln USD monthly traffic
bitaps

However, most of the services are following gambling regulation rules, which needs merchant verification, anti-money-laundry measures etc.. Moreover, from 1st May there is new regulation, which requires merchant verification even for crypto-to-crypto transactions.
I think bitpay can do the job. I already use bitpay but it's for making a payment to buy a product, and it's connected with bitpay.
But I never know if bitpay can be used for another thing and it's a new thing for me.
I cannot imagine how much money we will use to make a full node.
But hey, what kind of regulation that will be needed for the merchant?
