5381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does good side of gambling overcomes its negative side? on: March 28, 2020, 11:23:11 PM
All the positive traits of gambling can be gained by other means. It is no reasonable to weigh the positive effect of gambling over it's negative effects because once you get addicted to it, nothing good comes out of gambling. Gambling is a source of entertainment, but if you view it as a means to earn it will lead to serious problems.
5382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: March 28, 2020, 10:25:27 PM
I've tried martingle a lot of times and it will not be effective in the long-run. Eventually you will lose all your funds which happens to me most of the time. At some point if you kept losing you will have to resume at a new bet and stop chasing for your loss.

5385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever lost access to your Bitcoins? on: March 07, 2020, 02:14:53 PM
I have never lost an access to my wallet. I have been using my wallet for years now and I'm glad that I was able to handle it well. Keeping our private keys safe and being mindful of our actions are the secret so we'll never lost even a single amount of crypto. However, there are unnecessary circumstances where we mistakenly or accidentally lost our access to our wallets but we could learn from those experiences. Things will always rely on how responsible we are when it comes to handling our wallets as well as our funds.
5386  Economy / Economics / Re: Start investing so you can quit your job and retire early. on: March 07, 2020, 12:07:46 PM
We can't rely everything on investing because we have daily necessities to sustain. While we are young, we should still try to find ways to earn and investing could only be our supporting source of income. Working so we'll have a good amount of capital for investing is the best preparation that we can do for a sustainable future.
5387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which altcoin will be your favorite this season? on: March 07, 2020, 09:31:52 AM
I will still stick with Bitcoin. There are lots of potential altcoins these days but I still trust the most established one. Bitcoin despite the bear market still recovers in time so I still believe that it will always be profitable this year. If I were to choose among altcoins I think Ripple and Ethereum has a huge potential as well.
5388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of bounty scam, you can help to stop it too. on: March 07, 2020, 08:06:46 AM
Even everything above is followed correctly, still there's no guarantee that project will be good. However, if someone does enough research it's possible to avoid scam project. I am really bored on bounty and given up participating too.

This is true. Sometimes, even scam projects comply with the given requirements so it's hard to determine whether a certain project is a scam or not in just a short span of time. In some cases, it takes time before you consider a project a scam. If you're not comfortable or if you're doubting about it, it's better to look for a legit project so you'll never have regrets in the future. Things will always depend on our decisions so we have to be skeptical.
5389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin through SMS/Text Messaging? on: March 07, 2020, 05:21:17 AM
I have never heard that we could send and receive Bitcoin without the internet. Transacting Bitcoin through SMS will still be a big help especially for places without internet access but I don't think we will be able to withdraw and process the Bitcoin that we'll be receiving offline. However, cryptocurrency is developing continuously so we can expect changes like this in the future.
5390  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you prefer to buy bitcoin or do bitcoin mining? on: March 06, 2020, 04:56:49 PM
Why I'm asking this question?

Because I checked my wallet several days ago, and I found I have 59 bitcoin cash in 2018, and I only just convert between bitcoin cash and bitcoin, and I converted totally for 4 times until now. I earned 30 bitcoin cash finally. I didn't think I can make this much in this way. I still keep on mining by myself to collect more bitcoins.

2 ways can bring the same result-collect more coins. That's pretty good. The bitcoin halving is coming, I don't know what will happen on mining, but let's see.

So welcome any of you to share your experiences of collecting more bitcoins. Persuade me Grin

I would prefer buying over mining during this kind of market situation. Mining equipment is hard and expensive to purchase. You should also have a huge capital for mining necessities, especially for electricity. Buying Bitcoin is hassle-free compared to mining and you could hold it until you reach the target that you want. Yes, it is true, we could purchase Bitcoin but not all of us could afford to do mining.
5391  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: March 06, 2020, 03:16:41 PM
It's necessary and will be a big help. Bitcoin is ready yet most countries aren't ready to accept and adopt it. People still need to have enough knowledge about its usage and risks because of its volatility. We could see it as a remedy and as one of the ways to get rid of coronavirus but people will still choose to use fiat despite the fear of being infected through it. Bitcoin still needs to go through a lot of acceptance and adoption before it becomes an international currency.
5392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bull and bear market. on: March 06, 2020, 01:59:42 PM
There is a bull and bear market. In which market is it hypothetically possible to make more money? In which of these two markets do people usually make a profit? And how to determine the beginning and end of one of the markets?
You can earn better if you'll deal with both situations. The bear market would offer you an affordable chance to buy good coins while the prices are still low. You could gain your profit when the bull market comes but that will take time. Things will only depend on how you take the opportunity in every situation and how skillful you are when it comes to trading. Bear in mind that trading isn't always as profitable as you think because the market is volatile so we shouldn't miss every opportunity to buy or to sell at a good price.
5393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another good news this week, Bitcoin Trading is now Legalised in South Korea. on: March 06, 2020, 12:28:54 PM
India, Germany and South Korea hold a huge number of crypto users and I believe that this has a positive impact on the value of Bitcoin and other altcoins. They will surely purchase more especially now that online transactions are more advisable to get rid of the epidemic virus. I just wish that more countries will adopt and support crypto the legalization of crypto in the coming days.
5394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Indiscipline and Greed on: March 06, 2020, 10:58:15 AM
That's why we're always advised to trade and invest what we can afford to lose so we'll never have huge regrets in the future. It's just a matter of self-control. Controlling our urge and emotions will be a big advantage because our future situation in crypto world will depend on our current decision making. Knowing how to deal with the market and continuously learning about the basics of trading is also important.
5395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here we go again on: March 06, 2020, 06:30:46 AM
It's good news and it will surely affect the market positively. There are lots of Bitcoin enthusiasts in the said country and they have been waiting for this perfect situation where they could buy and invest at a good price especially now that the halving is almost approaching. We all know that India has a huge number of crypto users and it will also benefit them if they will all resume investing and trading with cryptocurrency.
5396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not Just for Online but also IRL Gambling on: March 05, 2020, 04:22:06 PM
I have seen lots of gambling games on Facebook but it's a good thing that I have doubts about it and I have trust issues. Some of my friends have fallen for this trap and they even invited more people but still ended up being unpaid which is really frustrating. It's really important that we'll know where to gamble legally without being scammed. We have to check the legitimacy of a certain site before trusting it.
5397  Economy / Economics / Re: My economy Predicrions are true!! Gold is trash on: March 05, 2020, 03:02:18 PM
Simply because that's the characteristic of gold. It falls down yet it rises up again so I don't think it's still right to doubt it as an investment. That's what makes it unique and worth investing and so as Bitcoin. It might drop down due to some economic crisis but it still recovers in time. Gold has been through a lot of tests of time and it will never lose its value anymore.
5398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 02:03:15 PM
It's so funny! Cheesy someone can play gambling starting from the age of 5. It is better to give no restriction than to give "5 years" restriction in casino platform. Does a 5 year old child have the ability to understand good or bad!

Kids shouldn't learn about gambling in the first place because it will be a big risk if they'll focus on it and see it as the only way to earn money as they grow up. They will have the wrong interpretation of it which might destroy them at a young age psychologically speaking. Kids especially those who are young enough and incapable of making their own decision still needs further guidance and gambling is not a thing for them.
5399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DAMMIT, I missed another profit opportunity!!! on: March 05, 2020, 10:18:28 AM
Some situations are worse than what you had so don't lose hope. Cryptocurrency is volatile so there's always an opportunity for you to take the profit that you want but you have to deal with the changes. It could still rise up especially that LTC has huge potential so it will still be early for you to regret. Just be observant and wait for it to pump again. Most of us have that kind of experience.
5400  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If we have great ability, is capital from bank loans safe for us to use trade? on: March 05, 2020, 08:47:27 AM
I have a friend who has quite great trading skills, almost every trade he manages to make a profit. But I see he always uses capital
under $ 500.If in my opinion he should use a large capital of at least $ 5,000 to get greater profit. I suggest to him to borrow from
the bank as trading capital, but he refused with the reason too risky and insecure. I want the opinion of you members of this forum,
whether to use capital from bank loans unsecured and risky if used trading by traders who have good skills? even though in my opinion
safe as long as we can make a profit and smoothly repay loan installments to the bank.
Your friend knows how to handle his funds well and it's a good thing that he's not relying too much on his skills. We all know that trading wouldn't guarantee us a good amount of profit without risking a huge amount of capital as well. We should still control ourselves from risking a huge capital especially if we'll just borrow it from banks.
