This is probably an unfortunate incident, sometimes technology disappoints and it shows that sometimes any person may face this kind of bug on the current ethereum network. There is no big deal for a wealthy user to afford this kind of loss but a user who belongs to a middle class side will always feel regret hopefully after the upgrade of ethereum network nobody will face this kind of problem.
It's not a bug but a human error, it's negligence on his part I guess he is into something on the time that he is sending the funds because every time you are going to send a fund, there is a notification on the cost of the fee and the amount you are sending, I don't know how he bypasses that, he is too hurry to miss that, it's a big lesson for him and something to be careful for all of us that this thing can and actually happen. |

Sorry, but that was over speculated and far from reality. I'd never think of a huge change in the market situation but likely the same as what we have to see now. The hypes, dumps, and pumps are still what we experience.
2021 is full of hope but the market still unpredictable and volatile. We can't expect as well that the market went smooth or might be worse than of the pandemic. However, we are in that situation for a long time, and that possibly the scenarios that we are able to face again and again. But if we trusted crypto and think that this will helps us in the future, there is nothing worry about.

I am a long term supporter of Ethereum and know that it is the most trusted network to create smart contracts but the kind of Huge fees for withdrawal and swapping of tokens, we have to nowadays due to slow network or congestion , is going to make it unpopular coin in coming months and other networks like, Binance, EOS, Polka Dot may take its place . The issue with Ethereum is that its developers are trying to scale running Blockchain which is like repairing a car while driving.
I don't see it happening, even if Ethereum is not performing above expectation it is still going to be the most used token and smart contract in the community and the fee is not always that high, there were times that confirmation and fees are the issue but it resolves itself, remember the days of the KITTY hype, where there were traffic congestion but it did not last, right now the fee is not that high. |

Ethereum is not going to launch an ICO why would they, they just infuse new token or put their token in the market and people are going to buy because of their status and what they've achieved in the industry, everything that Ethereum will do will become a success, even if they are going to shift from proof of work to proof of stake, but I doubt if they are going to do a crowdfunding at this point in time. |

I'm looking at ethereum, and some altcoins like nothing has changed. I am afraid that if the bitcoin trend continues the altcoin market will decline. so maybe now is a good time to sell altcoins before that happens.
That's what really happening now Bitcoin is moving up while some of the altcoins I'm holding are not, two altcoin that I want and wish to move forward is UNI and on new coin YOUC, but it's to early to speculate that it will be the trend when Bitcoin hit it's new al time high, I'm hoping that other altcoins especially those that are not in the top 10 will also move forward. But of course I only want coins that has a good potential, not coins that are considered as pump and dump coin/token. |
