Ah oui un PM n'aurait pas été inutile parce qu'effectivement je n'avais pas du tout compris que ce Bad voulait dire ça en fait, et vu que ça faisait le 2eme en 3 semaines, j'étais un peu étonné...
J'ai plus le souvenir du 2ème bad que je t'ai mis, mais ça devait être du même genre. Après, si tu veux on peut établir une sorte de règle : - si le double post est fait en quelques minutes : tu peux report. - si le double post est fait en quelques heures : tu peux report, sauf si le nouveau post est vraiment pertinent et est important pour le topic. - si le double post est fait après +/- 24h : ne report pas, sauf si ça peut s'apparenter à du spam ou un double bump (un bump peut être accepté). Le problème ce n'est pas si "je peux report" ou pas, c'est que les règles restent les mêmes pour tout le monde et qu'on sache ce qu'on a le droit de faire ou pas. A la base il me semble que le double post est interdit pour éviter de surcharger inutilement la BDD du forum, donc je ne sais pas ce qu'en pense mprep mais si maintenant il faut en plus tenir compte subjectivement de la pertinence du post, on ne va plus pouvoir l'appliquer ici. Ce n'est pas la fin du monde si un post est fusionné, ni si tu appliques une marge de tolérance comme tu le fais déjà, du moment que l'exception ne devient pas la règle. Oui, tu as raison, mais au début un message effacé = un PM : "mais pourquoi t'as effacé mon message ?". Bon j'exagère un peu, mais je n'ai pas une mémoire infaillible. Et donc j'ai pris l'habitude de tout archiver ou presque en cas de "réclamation". Ok alors j'essaierai d'archiver moi-même dans la mesure du possible et de mettre le lien dans le report à l'avenir. |

Biden will not finish his mandate, he just can't do it because of his mental issues, he will get impeached in the next few months IMO. So Kamala won't need to wait 4 years to become the next president of the united states.
LOL.. mental issues? Biden does seems to have some serious health issues. But that doesn't mean that he may get impeached. If his health condition worsens, then he may be forced to resign and as per the protocol Kamala Harris will become the president. So by the time of the 2024 election, there is a strong chance that Kamala will be fighting for her re-election. Yes you're right he can just resign but since Trump had been impeached 2 times during his mandate by democrats I think Republicans will want to get their revenge against them and they'll do the same thing to Biden. |

Quand tu créées le premier block il n'y a qu'une sortie Et chaque transaction génère une nouvelle sortie, alors qu'elle ne fait que réutiliser les sorties précédentes. Tu peux chercher dans les campagnes ouvertes, regarder si le projet te correspond (au moins d'un point de vue moral) et si tu es prêt à le représenter tu as juste à poser ta 'candidature'. Mais tu ne trouvera pratiquement rien qui offre plus de 50/60$ par semaine (il doit y avoir 3 ou 4 campagnes, sans places dispos, qui proposent plus). Right now it looks as if Kamala has the best chances for any candidate in 2024. After the capitol fiasco, I don't think that GOP still has a chance in 2024 POTUS election. And it is almost sure that Biden won't be contesting for re-election after four years. Being the VP, Kamala would be the automatic choice. I would rather say that anything above 1.50 is good for Kamala. Because she is miles ahead of others in the 2024 race. And regarding Tulsi, she has fallen out with the Democrat party. Don't think she has much of a chance, unless the party affiliation is changed.
She can become a good candidate but it's still three years from now so many things can happen before the next election but if she is gearing for that position he needs to perform better while she is in office that will he her biggest resume for the coming election, the other party will also groom their own candidate, she cannot be consider a strong candidate yet. Sorry for posting in this old thread but this reply caught my attention: In some sites every time you want to change client seed you will get new server seed.
If the casino automatically changes the server seed after you cange the client seed then you should not trust them. If they know the client seed beforehand than they can choose a server seed which will produce results in their favor. To answer op's question, most provably fair system use another variable beside the client seed and server seed to produce the random number, which is the nounce. Therefore, it doesn't matter whether you change your seed or not as it won't increase your chances of winning. It's just another gambler's fallacy. "Nonce" you mean? Well not all provably fair games are using nonces, but I don't understand why you say that using them could prevent from increasing chances of winning? |

I've read the article from the second screenshot I shared. the gambling site said to ASA that reason for the cute design as they were appealing to women of age 18-65 but I think the design is a little too cute or kid-like and I agree with ASA that the design actually is a little irresponsible on the gambling site's side.

True, it's depending on which country you live, but the question is, can you ensure you earn weekly income from signature campaign? What if next week the campaign is over and you solely rely on it for your needs? I think that's too risky, you failed to manage the risk, instead of getting a main job, you focus on signature campaign as your main job, and the word survive does not look fun to read IMO. You're right but don't forget that many jobs in many countries are very precarious too. You can lose your business the next day or the week in many situations. |

If these sites allow us to export the private keys, then I don't have a problem with them. Otherwise I need to think about it.
