You can buy both ethereum and bitcoin because this is good investment it's up to you how to handle it. It's more profitable to buy bitcoin and ethereum so don't hesitate because maybe when you buy its too late. |

Right now there are many ICOs coming out, is it really safe to participate in any of it and spend that much? In participating ICOs I have high hopes that these coins could be the next Bitcoin or other currencies that are really going up in the market.
It's safe but we need extra careful and we need to know about what we are participating. If you want to participate in ICO you need to research about the project if it's is good or having potential to succeed in the future. |

I'm not using etherdelta now since the platform is hack and so slow I choose other exchanges to trade my altcoin it depends to what altcoin I have and where my altcoin got listed. Forkdelta is much better to etherdelta now because the platform of forkdelta is fast than to etherdelta. |

Hi everyone, I've been around for a while now..
I've seen a lot of posts positive and negative about Ethereum.
At the moment I am holding Bitcoins, but I have invested in some Ether as well.
Now I am wondering, what are legitimate concerns about Ether (except for IPO, as I've already read this in a lot of posts).
So can anyone bring real other issues to the table, to enlighten me (and maybe a lot of other readers?)

Ethereum have a potential I think lot people still have doubt in eth but as we can see ethereum is good investment too so I advice why not try to invest or buy it. And I think it will grow more in the future. |

For me it comes of investment you need strategy and you have plan about what you invest. For example you buy bitcoin in a higher price than it drops what will do next sell it without any profit will get? I agree what OP said because sometimes in investment it's the fault of people in crypto you need strategy and more knowledge about this so you cannot lose what you invest.

my prediction is seen from the increase of bitcoin that happened now, make that bitcoin price will increase until end of december. we can see from the bitcoin growing that happened, this happens almost the same as the scenario in 2017. so how do you predict? are you sure bitcoin prices will increase again? or are you not sure?
Bitcoin is scalating quickly one week ago was 6800 USD and now is up to 9000 Yeah, and last January the price is so high and suddenly dropped to almost below $6k in less than a month. I think there is still no accurate way of predictin bitcoin and other prices, especialy when the media plays a big role and also some whales playing with it. That's true we can say as of now what will happen in the next day and months because theres a lot of thing maybe will happen if bitcoin will 10k before the end of the year it's a good news for us. As of now calm down and buy more as long bitcoin is affordable. |

Yes it's safe if you research deeply the project of ICO because if you just invest and don't know about about where you invest your wasting your money. Yeah it's a lot ICO now but you need to be careful because not all is true so you need to research about the ICO you want to invest for your safety. |

This would produce the most gains , but if you predict wrong you could be stuck waiting for the price to either come back up or down to get back in. I did this the other day. I sold and bought back in at what I had predicted was going to be the next upswing. However some last second sellers swooped in and dropped the price below my limit. Then it just continued to fall from there. Now I sit and wait for the price to come back up to my purchase price so I can get back at it. I hate waiting. I get antsy. I should have left some money in reserve so I could have at least bought in at the bottom. I got greedy. Now I wait.  No. I'm not totally all in trading but it depends in the situations. You need more patients it comes to trading because lots if people are dumping in any coin i think wait to increase the price what you want to trade because we cannot avoid like that situation. If your impatience you earn nothing. |

Why invest in altcoin when you can invest in real estate, stock market?

To all parents and soon to be parents out there, Plan for your children or future children by saving Bitcoin for them. Buying them bit by bit would be a great investment for the future of your kids. I am saying that you must have a new wallet for your kids so that when they come at the right age, you can give them that wallet and imagine how bright their future will be. You can hold bitcoin for their education, life plans, or whatever you think of. I believe that if you start storing bitcoin for them now, a bright future is ahead of them  This is good idea for our future children because we know that anything will happen we have savings for them. I am pretty sure everyone is in the hope that bitcoin and other crypto currencies should start spiking now. But do you think it will happen this month or the later one?
I think yes it will happen because bitcoin is behaving that way only. The prices and market cap is growing day by day with at most steps and thus creating good stability. I mean its not too rush as well its not too slowness in the same.
Systematic growth is what going on and thats why I do think that it will be filled with goodness in the price soon.

Yes I think so. Because bitcoin and the market is recovering from bloody now is slowly increase but surely. So i think it will continue to increase day by day. And I believe that we will the highest price this year. |

I think don't follow the crowd doing because theres a possibility that you can lose your profit make your own way and focus to what are doing. Some people will exit in trading if they got big amount of profit and it's up to you if you do that too.

I have received quite a few erc20 tokens into my eth wallet from airdrops. I know it's probably easy, but can you good people explain to me how I use the tokens please. For example can I just exchange them directly into eth in my erc20 wallet or do I have to send them somewhere first?

You need to know where that erc20 token to be list before you convert it to Eth because some airdrop are shitcoin and don't have value you need to exchange it to exchanges so you can convert it ethereum. |

As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. I think dethrone bitcoin is will not happen but ethereum is good investment but if you say that bitcoin will be beat of ethereum is no. Because they have some differences bitcoin is the main coin we use in crypto and ethereum is 2nd place because we use it too in alternative way of investment. |

Just wondering if you guys will stay in crypto (aka hold or sell your BTC holdings) if the price does not recover.
Lets say we are still around 6k-7k by December 2018 => Will you wait it out or give up and say "OK, we had a nice ride but we are not going up again"?
What about if in 2019 price is still hovering around 6k-7k and there is no sign of recovery to 10k+ (or even a new ATH)
Of course I will stay to bitcoin even it's change the price of this. The price 6k or 7k is a big thing to us you can earn profit even the price of bitcoin is not too high. Fuds are always there and never leave crypto so it's up to people panic or stay calm. For me we don't need to always listen to gud news because you cannot be successful if you always listen some bad news and adopt to yourself. |

Why not? Nothing is impossible as long we believe in bitcoin. But all of us now is still waiting to hit that price the best we can do is buying more bitcoin as long we can afford it it's alright if the price is slowly to increase because it will surely bitcoin will hit the new highest price. |
