Splits rarely affect overall market conditions, unless its a well supported split and honestly i don't forsee that being the case for ethereum theirs just not that much demand to create a big hard fork issue, i get the feeling we'll be stable for the most part

I like your optimism and a shift in the market sentiment would definitely help Neuroneum as a lot of other projects but I am still a bit cautious and don't see that the bears are gone yet completely.

The plan is definitely to buy back tokens but not all of them. We will aim to reduce the supply by up to 50% over time. The reason being if you held 1% at the start of the project and held onto them indefinitely, by the time we reduce the supply your 1% becomes 2% of the total. Add to that the planned growth of the service and you should receive a significantly larger amount of value that you did at the start.
We don't want to create a speculative token, we want our token holders to keep holding because the monthly payouts provide real value and to support that the founding team will only personally make money from this project through their own token holding so if our investors don't get paid then neither do we.

Yes there’s still a long way to go for projects like neuroneum. They got a great model and huge team experience but we can’t take away the fact that there’s competition and neuroneum would need to learn a lot from existing projects to beat them to the top.
Every new project would have to learn from the older ones. Build/improve on the success of past project. I don’t know of any project that plans to build a marketplace for computing power but there are lots of projects on cloud mining. Thats right. But who is the direct competitor for Neuroneum? I could not easily find one which matches most of the elements of Neuroneum. |

I find that 2018 and 2019 is just heavily moving away from the open public ico's and seems to have a huge shift toward institutional and private sales which i think is good for the project but really does shrink the chances for the small guys getting into big projects at good rates early
Institutional investors invest other peoples money in most cases. So they don't consider it as high risk. But small investors are very different and they are putting their hard earned money. |

Its an obvious fact that mining is one of the least lucrative ways of earning in the cryptocurrency space. Mining could be very lucrative for large scale miners but most small scale miners barely break even due to the high recurrent expense.
One of the few motives of the project is reduction in the cost expended in mining and ensuring that excess computing power is not wasted. I'm of the opinion that this could help increase the returns in mining to some extent. Technically how this is possible? Any explanation given anywhere? I am more interested in learning the technology now. |

CRyptocurrency Mining is a huge industry. Combining that with a much larger market for computing power would be much more tasking. How does the team plan to take on the task?
I believe the team are aware of the intensity of the task involved and are putting up structures to ensure the project is successful. The whitepaper has some information about the structural issues which the developers intends to execute. This is certainly a huge project. This would require a much larger team, fund and experience. BTW what experience does Neuroneum team have in cloud computing? This information should be found on their website, under the team section. Besides, I believe information such as these should be available on all official platforms of the project. The best way to check the team is ICOBench. Normally team approve and list their whole team name. If team did not approve the review, then something wrong with the project and I would keep away from such projects. I normally check if atleast 2-3 of their team members are there in their telegram channels. If not, for me its a miss for the project. Hiring whole lot of telegram admins and team member dont want to show their identity in the telegram is the first step towards scam in my opinion. |

Did somebody notice that Minedblocks tokens can be bought only using POLY? Why is it like this? Is it possible to buy using ETH or BTC in the first instance?
Me too noticed it. Instruction clearly says first buy POLY in binance and then send it to the erc20 wallet. Then you have to use metamask to buy the minedblock tokens. It means atleast I understood like Minedblock tokens can only be bought with POLY tokens. |

So their token won't be an ERC-20 one but an ERC-1404? Is this correct? I never heard of this before but it looks like this is the standard for security tokens? Can someone list the main differences between both ERC-20 and ERC-1404?
ERC-20 and ERC-1404 is not my problem right what i am trying to understand is what makes STO better than the conventional cryptocurrency It is not that it is better or worst; It is just the safest way about; So earlier the investor (with ICO) would just take the coin and that is it; whether the company becomes big or small it does not matter because what matters is the price of the coin. With STO the token is a security token which means you should also get stakes from the company. It means it is getting closer to the conventional stock/shares of the company. however, I am not sure how the value will be calculated in the first instance when the projects dont have products in the market. |

Very nice to see another STO. In my opinion, security tokens are the future. There were just too many scam-ICOs around so I can totally understand that people now are looking for projects that are fully registered with the SEC.

First Security token I am coming across. Registered with the SEC seems like you guys have done your checks. Small team also. 95% to token holders and 5% to mined block limited. will the 5% be able to manage the total mining facilities and team?

I hadn't noticed that yet, hopefully it'll just be a mistake.
But even if that's true, there are very few tokens to buy in February, because only 1.1 million tokens have been earned in the private sale so far. And the team will hopefully not sell tokens via the exchange.
There are smart ways to sell tokens in exchanges. I have just came across such project and it was very successful in selling their tokens there. |

To be honest, I am sure they are already promoting their project on conferences. Just because they don't tweet about it on a daily basis, doesn't mean that they aren't doing so. It would surprise me a lot if they just sit around and wait for private investors to come and learn about Neuroneum.
Blockchain conferences are the best place to get potential investors also. I hope they will come up with good news soon. Which conferences they are going? Any idea? But for sure, this is best idea to capture some investors on board. |

A good news is back from the most populated and powerful country in the world. China lifts ban on cryptocurrency, individuals and businesses can own crypto now legally. I believe this change will impact on the market value and it may go up now.
Is this really a speculation or confirmed news? I have never seen such news from any authenticated and trusted sites. |
