541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I BUY GOLD OR BITCOIN? on: March 20, 2018, 06:14:43 AM
If you can jump into a time machine and go back to when gold was actually used as a form of payment then I'd take the gold. However, in an increasingly technological world - bitcoin is king!

However, gold will be always expensive. That is why, it is better to buy both - gold will provide the stability, while Bitcoin will give the greatest chance to get some profit. Finally, you can always buy gold for the income from BTC.
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 12, 2018, 11:58:43 AM
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?
if that's the case then sell it and find another coin that is more promising and has a future.
there is a lot of altcoins nowadays which has a future and that will surely help you earn big amount of profit just by holding it.

Holding can bring sometimes even the larger profit than trading. everything depends on the choice you do. If initially, you invested in the coins that have no future, why should you wait for any benefits, man?
543  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it true bitcoin will fall to the leve of $1800 or $1500 ? on: March 12, 2018, 11:56:34 AM
i think those people just speculate regarding bitcoin future and if the cause bitcoin crash is bitcoin have no physical form i think bitcoin will already dead early before growing just like now and i think that reason does not makes sense for me because bitcoin is valuable and everybody agreed about that even though no physical form
If bitcoin were to crash, it would have happened a long time ago and even while we are at the situation of seeing the downtrend, a lot of people would have just dumped if it was just a mere bubble that popped. Of course, some would debate it that bubble does not just pop once, but obviously, anything with a value and usefulness will not just drop huge like that when it has not become useless.

That is true. There are too many so-called experts that consider that they can predict the price of Bitcoin. Initially, BTC price cannot be foreseen. It is impossible.
544  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: day trading effective? on: March 06, 2018, 12:40:05 PM
questions on day trading cryptos
seems a tricky task
your watching volumes

so i ask for people in this forum who day trade?
effective for profits,
?
i imagine.impossible when whole market red ?
on videos seems to watch the candle charts?
and hold a red and buy asap to a green?
do u recommend. ? if one has the time?

Actually day trading i think is risky, and needed much time to spend and always following the exchange trading in the market either its pump or dump, for me this kind of strategy is wasted time and effort, because in the end you are the looser because  its gives you more anxiety in your investment and at the same time its can affect your physical health that maybe can turn to you in depression when always monitoring the exchange market.

Sometimes, especially when the cryptomarket demonstrates the highest volatility, this is the best choice for a very experienced trader. yes, the risk is high, but you can earn fast.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 46% of last year's ICOs have failed already on: February 28, 2018, 03:56:13 PM
https://news.bitcoin.com/46-last-years-icos-failed-already/

  • 46% of them are effectively dead already – despite raising over $104 million.
  • 902 crowdsales... 142 failed at the funding stage and a further 276 have since failed

I don’t know if it would be like a funny but I am surprised that so many projects survived. It is interesting to see these project’s results of work. Good ICO project is a rare phenomenon. It require skills to be found.
546  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin eventually disappear... on: February 28, 2018, 12:17:12 PM
Bitcoin developers will continue to innovate with all the possibilities that will happen in the future. Such as segwit or splitfork. It's one of developers' innovations on the latest bitcoin conditions. So, potential bitcoin be disappear is impossible to happen.

I also strongly believe that the events will be like that: Bitcoin will have some innovations. It will be used for many years even after the last BTC coin is mined.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you guys use this in future? on: February 21, 2018, 02:59:39 AM
Seems to be a nice idea. It’s entirely possible that many people will use it in the future, I guess it will gain popularity among students and young people in general. A small remark: that would be nice if you have FAQ page on your website to collect main questions and answers in one place.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Dogecoin have a future? on: February 21, 2018, 02:55:07 AM
It's very possible, I'm considering investing a little bit into it.  Dogecoin has a huge community of supporters, if it decided to step up on development we could see it's value rise exponentially.

Agree. It just needs a little pizzazz and it will become huge like most of the altcoins in the top 5 rankings in market cap. Since it has a large community supporting it, there's nothing that could stop its existence in the world for many years to come. Dogecoin provides real usability to nearly anyone in the world due to its cheap fees and quick settlement. It's only a matter of time before it experiences development and innovation, to make it a better cryptocurrency for the long term.

Nevertheless, Dogecoin has a bright future ahead of it, and it may continue to improve as a Bitcoin-based cryptocurrency, or just migrate into the Ethereum network. In my opinion, I think that it would be wise for Dogecoin to shift itself into Ethereum as an ERC-20 token to make it even better than ever. In crypto land, anything could happen, so it wouldn't hurt to hodl some Dogecoins for the long term and see what will happen by then. Just my opinion Smiley

Well, Dogecoin keep its head above the water for a long time, despite the fact that it was created as a trifle internet currency. I’m sure it has a bright future and I see a long-term potential in it. Personally I decided to buy a small amount of Doge, hold it and wait. Even if it does not rise, I won’t lose lots of money.
549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Where to keep alternative coins safely for free ? on: February 21, 2018, 02:42:51 AM
Where to keep alternative coins safely for free ?

Is exodus in your opinion a safe alternative coin wallet ?

Is binance safe to keep alternative coins ?

Assuming we're talking about a growing investment, at what point would you buy a hardware wallet and which ?

I just bought about 0.2 bitcoin at a Turkish website (paribu.com) but I'm afraid it will have waited too long before it is transferred to another place. Can you recommend a safe alternative to buy cryptocurrencies safely from Turkey ?

I don’t trust exchanges much, I prefer digital wallets for altcoins instead. As for bitcoins, I’m planning to buy a hardware wallet in future. It’s not free, but still it’s the best option for me, as it is the most secure storage possible.
550  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: February 21, 2018, 02:40:38 AM
Hi guys! Can you share some tried and tested tricks on making the most out of your buck and also some tips on how to save money more effectively. This will be a heck of a help to our fellow users here. Thank you so much.
You must provide your money in a secure way. For that use reliable services. On my mind it is better to keep the coins in desktop or hardware wallet. And be attentive to the passwords and authentication.
551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we survive without Bitcoin? on: February 16, 2018, 04:49:31 AM
Many of us may have read that 2018 will be game over for bitcoin.Every now and then have seen that every Tom, Dick & Harry Coin claims that their blockchain technology is better than bitcoin and they will solve the real issue with bitcoin network but in reality no one is even close to that.

Is there a alternate to bitcoin to replace it?

Can this crypto economy survive without bitcoin?

Crypto economy can survive without bitcoin, but not this year. Now bitcoin is too strong and there is no worthy replacement for it that can become king of the crypto currency. Maybe ethereum... but need time
552  Economy / Economics / Re: how can the beggars access Bitcoin? on: February 16, 2018, 04:42:26 AM
If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

I think that the government should take care of this issue. Only the whole problem is that in poor countries a corrupt government and it does not want the poor to earn with the help of a crypto currency.  Undecided

555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $2000 in just two days! on: February 06, 2018, 01:23:32 PM
I started trading crypto last year on October 25, and for almost 4 months in trading, this is my biggest profit I Made $2000 in BitcoinWhite(BTW) for just using the buy low and sell high method, I bought some on bitflip at $0.15 did not expect that this coin will reach $0.93 for just 24hrs and sold it at $0.90 I made a big profit on this coin and until now I'm doing the same method, and today earned another $500 Grin BTW current price is at $0.5 at the moment.

Taking into account you were trading during the days when the market was falling down, I cannot stop admiring your results. Can you tell us why you chose exactly Bitcoin White? It is something very new, and I did not deal with it yet.
556  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin, how far it can go! on: February 06, 2018, 01:19:04 PM
bitcoin is fighting and people have its backing. thinking back when bitcoin is nothing and value is low until today do you think bitcoin is not strong?. bitcoin woun't be today if it is weak. so believe it bitcoin and be there for bitcoin.

Well, we won't blame it on the digital currency right? Bitcoin will not pump even if it want to and it will not dump even if it want to right? The reason why bitcoin is pumping and dumping is all because of it's investors and users, the price of bitcoin depends on the law of demand and supply that means if the price dumps, the demand is likely going down too.

That's the main problem, that people are looking at the price as the factor if bitcoin had a successful month or not.
We should look at the technology, and at the global adoption, we can see a massive new amount of stores that accept and know cryptocurrencies, we can see Samsung, one of the biggest tech company in Korea, that is going to start producing miners.
We can see the Giants AMD and Nvidia producing a new line of GPU just for miners.

Yes, this information that was published a few days ago also made me happy. However, it is really difficult to take Bitcoin as a part of blockchain. People consider it just a tool go get more profits and to exchange BTC into fiat finally.
557  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin community is rising. on: February 06, 2018, 01:11:39 PM
The popularity of bitcoin is increasing day by day and i think that it will have a good impact on bitcoin, There's the concept of supply and demand the more the people know about bitcoin then it will have a high demand and it will has a good affect on it's price too, another thing is if a lot of people already using bitcoin then maybe the government will recognized it and a lot of the big companies in the industry even the local business might accept bitcoin as well. Smiley

Its popularity is amazing! I do not remember last year mass media and internet had so much information about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Naturally Bitcoin society is raising and it is growing day by day.
558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do to get bitcoins? on: February 06, 2018, 01:00:45 PM
If you do not have your own funds for investment - participate in bounty campaigns. It's a long, monotonous, but it's paying off. You will be paid tokens, which you can later sell and buy bitcoin.

Sure it will work, but the way is too long. Why does not anybody simply recommend the guy to get the better job to be able to invest some money to BTC each time he gets salary? This is the fastest and the most reliable variant to get Bitcoins.
559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crime funded by bitcoin on: February 06, 2018, 12:56:11 PM
There doesn't have to be any kind of correlation between Bitcoin and crime.

Crime is an entirely different sociological problem.

Truthful statement! If somebody makes any connections between Bitcoin and crime, why should not we connect Euros and especially dollars with crimes, related to drugs, guns, kidnapping, killing people and other horrible things?
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: etc hardfork on: February 06, 2018, 12:44:53 PM
ETC is already a fork. But yeah there will be a fork that is already announced officially by etc crew. It will be around 12th december. I hope the price will raise hard after hardfork. Because etc has so many investors waiting for a nice jump.
 Smiley

I have found already the information about this fork of Ethereum Classic. It is going to happen in a month, on March, 5. Please, read more about it:
