Please no sarcastic answers, I think the majority of us aren't in the mood...

What exactly has changed?

We knew there was an ongoing MSD investigation, this has now been concluded which in my eyes is good news and only a fine levied.

Surely this puts us in a better position than before as we don't have that dark cloud over us?

We knew about Kens "old" businesses, these have been bought up time and time again throughout the course of this endeavour.

I honestly don't understand how one sensationalist news article has managed to bring the price down so low, whereby the position hasn't actually changed all that much the past few days.

Is there something extremely obvious that I'm missing in all of this?  Huh

Yes, it is all over

Looks like almost no buyers left on cryptotrade now.

Last chance to get some btc out of this mess

I would like to Ask Ken one question.

Ken, how are you feeling about how you have performed for your investors so far?
544  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 05:11:00 AM
Ken,

-Will the company continue?

-Why is the company in a good position?

Yes, this is just a bump in the road.

Ok, so once the bump in the road is dealt with, what is the future of AMC for investors who hold on?
545  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 03:29:56 AM
Ken,

Can you give some information about the future prospects of the business so investors can decide to keep their shares or have them reimbursed.

Assuming all investors shares are reimbursed for those who choose so, what then for the rest of the company?

What are your plans?

What are the prospects?

Clearly this is a complete stuff up, so now is the time to simply be clear and transparent on everything.

Clearly Ken needs to get his head out of the sand and make a statement to investors

Very good question

So what everyone really wants to know is ....

What is our current hashrate?

And what will the hashrate be into the future?

Lol at Havelock coming into this thread, commenting when its not their thread, and causing a shitstorm for cryptx to deal with.

Just lol

There's also a good chance that we can raise enough capital through large purchase deals that Round 2 does not need to be fully subscribed to be a viable business, in which case, Round 2 will stay open.  We are being conservative by not committing to something unless it's guaranteed.  Again, Round 1 investors will get the benefits of the low equity pricing albeit with higher risks.

So essentially, you are just trying this out. If it works and you get a bunch of BTC, cool, if not, oh well.

Your lack of commitment is scary.
553  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] Bliss Devices - Scrypt ASIC, IPO Monday May 22nd 11 AM EST on: May 27, 2014, 05:19:54 AM
so basically ... anyone who invests in Round 1 risks losing all their money if Round 2 is not sold out in full.

Thats crazy! Who would risk that!

How is anything going on witgh Hashfast related to ActM ??

Since when did Ken mention he was having anything to do with it?
555  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 23, 2014, 09:31:41 AM
Why is the public trading open when the IPO is still going?

I literally bought the last few shares in the IPO, and now I could get them for 10% less or more.

What the???

Now that the first batch is going to sell out and it looks like Cryptx isn't going to have to buy any shares, we need to try and convince Cryptx to make the same deal again (with the second batch).  Not only is that a huge boon to all investors, but it properly aligns Cryptx's incentives with the goals of all share holders.

Personally, I was much more comfortable thinking he was going to be buying shares, I'm sure others felt the same.

Cryptx, what say you?

Agreed, I think most investors would feel a lot more comfortable if cryptx owned a bunch of shares

Idk how the other shareholders feel but I'm cool with Ken keeping a portion of the divs seeing the btc price poped a lottle to shore some things up upon release of a simple finacial statement.

Things I would choose over Divs tomorrow.

  • A financial statement.
  • A legitimate reason why the website is on the back burner.
  • A serious plan for the foreseeable future.
  • A list of people who are working for the company along with some type of verification for what they actually do.
  • Legitimate information on a chip. If we are keeping People's Asic on board then I assume this is the endgame.
  • # of boards we have sold. How much money we are in debt and what is our plan out of it.

I understand Divs are important. But I think everything I listed above is more important (at least to me).

I think right now ... Divs are MOST important.

Why? because they are due, and Ken said he would pay them out. There is a lot of btc sitting there for a long time.

Tomorrow will show a lot, if Ken pays them he will gain some dignity. If not, or he plays with the amounts, its all over.

Whoahh  Whos snappin up shares!!!

someone's gotta know something   Huh

I'd put money on insider trading - Wednesday might be a good day

Might be someone picking up shares for the divs that will be released on the 21st.
559  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 19, 2014, 06:56:11 AM

With all that said I wish Ken would just hire a web-dev and get the website re-built. 2-3btc should do the job.

The problem is Ken doesn't know how to delegate. He is trying to do everything himself but he can't, yet he keeps trying to. And that's why there is only one thing being attended to at a time.

Many here have offered to help, for free, and with far greater skills than Ken in a given area, but Ken ignores all help - he HAS to do it himself. He doesnt know how to delegate.
560  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 13, 2014, 06:41:29 AM
btw, where is this number coming from? is that what all 10mil shares went for originally? 25.000 bitcoins?

All the investors were promised 0.0025 btc per share. This is the knowledge that we had when we invested.

I'm not sure if 25,000 btc were ever raised as their was two IPO's and apparently it was quite messy at one point.

But the point is, the investors were meant to make at least 0.0025.

Of course many of us would be ok with getting 0.0005 - 0.001 as that would represent the same dollar value that many of us invested with.

I invested btc, not dollars.

I therefore measure success or otherwise in btc ... not dollars.
