The key to getting a cryptocurrency accepted and well known is targeting the mainstream. My plan is to get it to trend worldwide on twitter. So that everyone see's it in the world and ask what it is. So my goal as of now is making it a trending topic. No other coin has done this. Celebrity's, Investors, bitcoin/ crypto fans all over the world on twitter will see it and the crowd will move towards. UltraCoin. Pce. Let me get back to work now.

Hi, I will release an extensive update after the weekend.The dev is currently working on the wallet and the loading speed issue is our main priority at this point. We are also talking to somebody who wantsa to be an official twitter promoter's or marketers for UltraCoin,We humbly welcome such a person into our team since our focus has been developing innovations and not on marketing.Having said that we can now start thinking about marketing to let more people know what we are doing. We did notice an influx of new community members the last weeks,and this is great news, this means that sticking to our principles is starting to resonate with people. It pains us every day to see that most traders can not tell the difference between a pump and dump sceme and a real currency like Ultracoin,they get burned over and over and keep loosing their money.We can only hope that they see the benefits of an active dev team like Team UTC. We are barely out of the starting gates and we have just begun.  |

have invested in Ultracoin. I go to download the wallet from http://ultracoin.net/wallet.html and it doesn't work... Whoever is in charge isn't doing a very good job are they... Also Reddit page... last post 17 days ago. Thinking about dumping my coins because without a wallet that works whats the use... And just to add... Putting everything on Bitcoin forum for this coin isnt the way to go. You all should be over the reddit page where newcomers see an active coin not a ghost town....Otherwise how does one intend on building a community on a thread. I've posted over there so that people don;t see a 17 day old post at the top of the page. hi the wallet does work but its slow, the dev knew that would happen before starting the update, but he had to implement all our wishes in a certain sequence.The speed issue will be adressed in a few weeks, we are on schedule. |

So i tried searching this thread for some info but couldn't find it already posted...
I just unlocked my wallet for minting this morning. In the wallet overview tab, there is a "Stake: 0.000 UTC" indicator.
So I guessing that before any amount of UTC is added to this Stake amount indicator, I will have to wait a year?
Or am I supposed to deposit a desired amount of UTC that I presently have in my "Balance" indicator into the "Stake" indicator?
Or is this part of the new "Coin Control" feature that is about to be implemented?

if you have succesfulle unlocked the wallet, your coins are ready for getting the pos reward.The coin control gives a little bit more control about the ammounts.We are preparing a detailed statement about how this works exactly. |

We see now that our strong community is not able to do this constructively and with a well managed plan or time schedule by our self's.
The community needs central leadership, organization and planning in this.

Please pick up this leadership task and get our community, with a well managed plan, agenda and time schedule to spam the troll and chat boxes every day....

This is why the value of UTC should 10 times more than what it is now atleast Should be but its not, no interest, no buying, just selling lower and lower, slowly bleeding out. I'm not sure what the problem is but there is no confidence and/or belief in UTC. Meanwhile people throw money at ridiculous silly coins. Is the wallet issue starting to freak people out? I dont know... there is no wallet issue, we are exactly on track....and nothing is bleeding out.If people want to loose money on garbage coins over and over and never learn, that is their own choice. meanwhile Team UTC is bringing actual dedication and powerfull innovation,very sad that some people cant see that and keep crying over bad investments, and dev teams that dumpt their coins.... They will all fade away, and UTC will remain.That is what happens when you are baes on marailty and ethics.It wil take longer to build the foundation but it wil be so stong , it can carry a real building. and not the paper skyscrapers some coin founders try to build. There are problems with mining of Summer Coin at utcmultipool.com. We are not finding blocks. We checked other X11 coins and mining of them works fine.
We are switching to a different X11 coin. Tonight , there will be more X11 coins added so that we have many coins to switch between.
Ie multipula lacks power that would find their own units? Is not there something like this power to direct extraction through their regular pool? You'll notice that these tweets are posted from my ultracoingirl account - I have requested multiple account access from Twitter (which may take up to a week), at which point, this will post from a new UltracoinPrices twitter account.

I've read through the recent posts but couldn't find any previous concerns already addressed.
My question is...
What is the reason for ultracoinpool.info asking that no one donate extra on the mining? What's up with that? I want to help out as best I can for this coins future, and I've already sent some extra to DCgirl. I will send some more. But what is with the real reason behind the change?

1) Learn to take criticism in a positive way
2) Stop trying to create value out of nothing (manipulating the money supply, dictating others to sell at a certain price, pump and dump, false claims--ie fastest confirmations)--I am serious when I say that the intent there is CRIMINAL in government regulated, established markets. Think about that perception given to potential, future investors. And if decreasing block reward by 3, increased the value by 3? Why stop there? What the hell are all these other coins, including bitcoin, thinking?
3) Focus time and energy on the things that actually add value (ie arbitrage tool, multipool, professional website)
I think it is a positive sign people are still mining this thing after that huge reward drop. I expected a mass exodus. Apparently, there is strong mining support regardless of immediate profitability. Congratulations UTC.
ChaCha is the future. UTC could be the future, but there needs to be some fundamental changes in thinking.
