We have definitely attracted the attention of hackers and credit card fraudsters. We are seeing constant attempts to break into our site.
For maximum safety, compare the ICO Crowdsale address on the website to THIS ACCOUNT (Javvy) announcement on ICO day (Nov 1st).
For now, our defenses are holding and should withstand the attacks. This is exactly why a web-based "wallet" is not the way to go. There are too many attack vectors through a website. The Javvy wallet will be far more secure (virtually impossible to compromise) than online crypto wallets and exchanges.

No way in hell this passes in the current political climate. The entire government is republican, aren't they supposed to be for a less intrusive federal government? You still actually believe the GOP is concentrated on small government? That goes against their own interest, which is the core of all political parties nowadays. I have to agree with you here. The fact is, the banking industry is the most powerful industry in the US, and they use that power to persuade politicians through lobbying. The crypto industry is directly competing with traditional banking. So what would you do in their shoes? I'd try to kill crypto where it stood, which is exactly what they're trying to do. If only we could pull everyone together in this field and do a little lobbying of our own. That's not a bad idea actually. It would still be like David and Goliath I feel like though. |

 maaan i see DATUM hired a Hero not bad and good promotion  Well its just marketing, but the idea and the project are solid, so i approve too Yeah, if they are going to get people to use the product in the future, they also need good marketing. And they got that down it seems Yeah thats pretty cool . Did not often saw a VIP doing promotion for a crypto currency project. Ok, except of Paris hilton, but there we could discuss of that was real promotion or a Kind of negative marketing Hope it was worth it to hire Shatner. We will see tomorrow when the ICO starts To be honest, I don't know who that guy is He played Captain Kirk in the original Star Trek series. Heh, star trek is quite old show so it seems that they are aiming for older investors He also had a brilliant leading role on Boston Legal, which ran from 2004 to 2008. Awesome series.
