People makes lot of money from HYIP, its true because i have friends that make money from HYIP but i learn something from my friend, he said to make money from HYIP you need to put aside greed, once you get paid quickly withdraw your reward, not the same for everyone though they want big money before withdraw thats how they lose money, at the same time HYIP is not good, its nothing but scam investment

Since there is no rules or law that compulsory developers to always update their ANN thread i think its fine and not a must too, developers and teams should be more focus on plans and future updates and even few big coins in crypto space today have already abandoned their ANN thread long time ago

Scam projects are not killing the entire crypto space, its only killing the trust left in the minds of investors, now new projects are the ones facing the difficulty of not receiving enough fund in ICO or IEO simply because investors thinks otherwise

How to choose a good investment project
I understand that many of us do not suggest investing in ICO but I have to say not every ICO scam, invest in IEO no matter how much the stock exchange is better than investing in ICO.
However, these steps help to judge the project.
1. The team behind the project, it is extremely important to see who guides the project, experiments, are they able to implement the road map.
2. The idea of the project, what the project solve, is the project can change something or introduce something new.
3. What has been done and are there any steps the team is taking to prove credibility.
4. Is the project is ICO or IEO, IEO will be better.
5. How many exchanges the project listing.
6. The type of the exchanges(however this is not issues as some project cannot go with top exchanges, top exchanges required a lot money).
7- check (twitter, facebook, telegram, website metrics).
8- It will be good if the project has ann on bitcointalk forum.
About the number 5 point of yours there is no way new projects will open up for you about all the exchange they plan to list on, you can only know the present exchange they plan to list, most new projects don't list on more than one exchange and that is the end |

Why sit and hodl coin?
Holding coins redundantly is never a good idea. What is best is being a day trader with the coins or tokens and get a little profit off it daily. Can you practice what you preach? many people on here are pointing to day trading as if its easy and the fact is they are never a real day traders, stop misleading people and give facts about how much profit you made in day trading |

Every companies have the right to build their own token or coin and as far as the company uses the token as means of payment for their products it will surely be demanding, its total real use case, this is why i think we will have many more coins,i do not believe that 95% of altcoins are useless

Quality projects is all i am waiting for, maybe they will ever show up and deliver the best bounty campaigns, i want to hold some free coins i get from bounties but since mostly are crap projects i don't any reason to hold them, projects that have real working product are rare this days and we only have projects based on not very good idea

What you think more profit, participate in IEO or wait after IEO and buy the token from exchanges?
They both will bring profits but i am not sure which will bring the highest profit because its somehow tricky, sometimes choosing and investing in IEO straight away is better and once the token get listed dump instantly, the value will surely go down if you hesitate. |

I am only against your topic that says 'invest only in active projects' well all projects are active from the very start until they start fading, mediocre rated projects, scam projects, pump and dump projects are all active from the start, been active does not mean they will be active for ever

Honestly every single points people on here gives us about how to detect scam projects aren't good enough because scam projects can easily deliver them with ease, good whitepaper, fake working product, fake big exchange listing and videos of real teams

I have seen many exchanges have launched their own token like Binance with BNB, Idex with IDEX, Hotbit with HTB, Yobit with YO etc. where exchanges use their own tokens as another way to pay fees to support token. In addition to it, different strategies are used to create a hype like decrease in supply etc.
But if an exchange goes through a hard period of time and shuts downs then ultimately that token will come to its end because there is no community other than that exchange supporting the token simply because it has no usage outside the exchange.
According to me exchanges should promote the usage of their coins/tokens outside the exchange to build a community in support of it. If your community consists of huge individual entities who believe you then a great community can be formed. Otherwise lack of applications would lead these things to disaster.
Exchanges tokens are really useful, for any new projects that want to carry out IEO on binance exchange they have to buy a portion of bnb token for listing, i think around 1500 bnb token and i am not sure that this amount of token is the end of the requirements, to me i think bnb token will always grow in value due to this, its a token with real use case |

For Bounty Hunters
Even if i advice you not to give up on doing researches on every proje ts before promoting them this doesn't mean they wont scam you or waste your precious time BUT still the only question you need to ask is, Are there bounties that pays hunter good rewards this year? YES they are very few and good projects take time, Do not expect good projects every months cos its impossible
For Investors
ICO and STO are no go side, stay away from them because they are almost all red flags, IEO is here for you and all you have to do is go to binance for any new upcoming IEO fund raising, you will get positive results
I have already participated in some good bounty campaigns this year, so I can say with confidence that they are, the main thing is to learn how to look for them among hundreds of similar projects. Of course, there is no guarantee that you will not make a mistake and choose a bad project on which you will waste time. After good research,try and see is what follows for sure there is no 100% guarantee that the project will turn out good in the end but you have do your part and the rest remains on luck, do your best and let the rest play out |

What is so wrong to use crypto to buy weapons and launder money? same fate is happening with fiat as we all know it, if any government personnel is saying crypto is bad because of this means they don't want you to use crypto, its a pointless point to me, whatever they are using crypto for it all started with fiat

Over the years, Litecoin has been reliable for surging when BTC price pops. Last winter I bought 15 LTC at $30 each, along with many other alt coins. However, I foolishly didn't sell it at $140 a few months later and the price has retreated. So I'll be ready for the next price cycle. Buy low sell high! When I feel the price has bottomed, I will buy hundreds of LTC. I didn't sell my LTC for $140 in June because I thought BTC was beginning its next huge price swing, and it didn't last. Like me in my wife, it shot its load too soon.  Lol its always a really good opportunity when big altcoins dip in price, its a good sign for buying, i still hope bitcoin can drop back to 5k all i will gladly put in lots of money, but its advisable to always sell when you see profits and wait again for another price drop |

For those who don't have any love ones around them or are loner i think its a good choice to have a plan of giving your coins out to help others, schools, motherless homes etc, if you don't your coins will vanish into thin air and no one will have access to it once you are dead
