542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 20 years later bitcoin and goverments on: December 11, 2014, 03:27:38 PM
It depends how far a country is willing to go, you will be surprised what can be achieved if you have enough power.

thepiratebay isn't fully decentralized and it has sustained numerous attacks from the most powerful countries with the greatest of motivations.
2 days ago one of their datacenters were raided illegally by bribed and corrupt agents and a day later mirror sites and cached versions were online and business as ussual.
additionally, this attack has spurred this -
http://venturebeat.com/2014/12/10/bittorrent-announces-project-maelstrom-the-first-torrent-based-browser/

Decentralized torrent browser.  Any attacks on Bitcoin will simply make it stronger and more resilient.

But in case of bitcoins, they have nothing to raid. They might already be too late to shut it down now.
543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you normally trust a Bitcoin ATM? on: December 11, 2014, 03:23:49 PM
Where is the risk in getting bitcoins?

You get the bitcoins...they can't be taken back.

Getting the bitcoins is the preferred outcome, however, there's a bit in the middle there where machine has your cash, and you have not got the bitcoins.

Yah this is a risk you have to take, although you'll know if you were ripped off almost immediately and then could deal with. I doubt someone would want to put their expensive machine in that dangerous situation.

The cheapest bitcoin atm cost around 300-500$, and maybe if the owner gets a request for more, he could possibly keep your cash Tongue
JK, I don't think they will do this, there can be legal issues and their reputation would be at stake.
544  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unique Games on: December 11, 2014, 03:20:55 PM
It might interest you Solitare or Backgammon.

Both are available at CoinXerox.com

Those 2 games are not really unique games. Its a common game.
545  Economy / Gambling / Re: == OFFICIAL 2014 BITCOIN GAMBLING AWARDS == Vote for your favorite website! on: December 11, 2014, 03:20:15 PM
Wow, there are 4 candidate to win.
I know already how PrimeDice, DirectBet & Luckybit got many votes

But, why BikiniDice is very famous too ? Other because there are many sexy women  Grin

Wait, is there any price for the winner? or is it just to see which site is favored by people here.
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your favorite type of gambling? on: December 11, 2014, 02:13:10 PM
dice coz its easy, simple and fast.

Yeah it's simple but it contains of House Edge.

Personally I prefer Sport betting.
Although there's no house edge, I keep losing betting for it  Cry
ACtual almost every form of gambling has a house edge greater than that of dice.

549  Economy / Goods / Re: Bitcoin eBay auctions on: December 11, 2014, 12:41:42 AM
wow people selling on ebay with 20% to 30% on profit  Shocked
I have seen a lot of sellers selling bitcoin before. It happens all the time.
People who are not aware of easier methods to buy use ebay for it.
550  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Illinois Man Gets 4-Year Prison Sentence for Illegal Bitcoin Exchange on: December 11, 2014, 12:15:41 AM

That's horrible.
I feel bad for the guy as he did nothing wrong.

Point of the matter is judges/government are cracking down on bitcoin.
Judges for the reason of not understanding what bitcoin is.
Government hates it for obvious reasons.

4 Year is kind of a pretty long time for this.
551  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Bitcoin Indegogo Should i invest on: December 11, 2014, 12:12:17 AM
I don't see why is Indiegogo hosting this. Can they really believe this BS of doubling your money in 1 year?
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your favorite type of gambling? on: December 10, 2014, 10:18:58 PM
Dice sites with free faucet  Grin
But, i avoid martingale betting expect when i use auto-bot

BlackJack / Poker is good gambling, but it's too risky because i'm not too good at both of them
And even worse when i play another card game

Martingaling with faucets is anyways impossible to win anything.

its more of a cool way of wasting time lol.

then again, who knows maybe you`ll get lucky 1 time out of the million times of automated rolls.

Well, getting lucky would still not do you any good. You will be winning just 1-10 satoshi if thats your base bet.
However if you anti-martingale, then you may get lucky once in a million Wink
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : now with added CLAMs : Play or Invest on: December 10, 2014, 03:15:06 PM
Why do we have a lot of different language translations? Seems the same on JD as well. A lot of people talking in other languages.
Is it because of the translations?
554  Economy / Gambling / Re: Live Chat in Gambling Sites on: December 10, 2014, 02:57:45 PM
Is l ive chat in gambling sites important? Why should one include it in making a betting site?

And can anyone tell me what are the dice sites that has a live chat as active as Primedice?
Its important as it helps creates a community on the site.
But I think that unless the site is famous, it will just be a dead chat.
555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lets make this viral on: December 10, 2014, 03:40:03 AM
Top comment: "Change your Facebook profile picture to bitcoin and join the revolution."

No, thank you.  Thank you, no.

This is the kinda useless bullshit that I hate.

Actually its not bullshit, but yeah its not worth it. I have seen a lot of people
change to show support towards a cause in the past,
and the same can be done for bitcoin.
556  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The actual best way you have found to earn bitcoins? on: December 10, 2014, 03:39:00 AM
I think most of the people do not understand that bitcoin is money, and you would do the same thing to earn it, like you would do for fiat.
However, a lot of people don't like going through exchanges, and the complicated things to buy bitcoin, so they think of alternate ways to get it.
And it is then when  things like signature campaigns get counted.
557  Economy / Reputation / Re: Do you think BiPolarBob is crazy ?? *share your deals you did with him before* on: December 09, 2014, 03:47:03 PM
I think I got a steam gift code for $2... IDK how he gets the codes but they're legit and was donated to Seans Outpost.
I have heard that he would also offer you deals to purchase codes at discounted price(off the original price, not the giveaway prices) when you buy in bulk.
He has been really kind.
558  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Safedice SCAM? :o on: December 08, 2014, 04:56:04 PM
So i was on safedice and waiting to withdraw my 0.119 but i couldn't for like 3hrs, then a mod Said The admin will come and fix this in COuple hours, so i waited like 2-3hrs and Stiil not, at the end I just got bored and end up losing it, It just doesn't let withdraw, also somebody with 5+ btc couldn't withdraw his funds.
Its best to usually ask on their thread, than just posting it here. Also, I think that if they have withdrawl issues, then they should atleast remove the funds from the account, rather than leaving it there, unless requested by the player.
559  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [BUY ADDRESSES] I buy your old btc/ltc/doge address for 0.007 btc! on: December 08, 2014, 01:20:57 PM
My service is still valid, I see a lot of people not claiming their CLAMs and thinking about doing it in the coming days, but I highly doubt price will remain like this forever.

Be quick, earn 0.007 and let me earn my 0.003ish!
Sell your address today, not your useless CLAMs tomorrow!
Is there a particular amount you wanted the wallet to have at that time? And how do you find that? It might just be, that the wallet has been used for transactions during and before that time, and might not really be holding that amount for a long time.
560  Economy / Lending / Re: Hi, i need 0.002 BTC + COLLATERAL on: December 08, 2014, 01:15:30 PM
