Сегодня заказал карту обычной доставкой в РФ, есть вопросы по верификации - какой документ предпочтительнее использовать в качестве подтверждения ID - паспорт РФ или загранпаспорт, а также какой документ для подтверждения адреса проживания проще получить?
лучше загран, т.к. там все уже есть на английском. документ - в идеале любой счет или банковская выписка, главное, чтобы там были ваше имя, адрес и дата документа не старше 3 мес. Но можно и банальную страницу с пропиской из российского паспорта. Иногда бывают вопросы, если адрес там вписан рукой, но, как правило, решаемые Заранее извиняюсь за глупости, которые я тут рассказываю, но я правильно понял что в качестве подтверждения ID я отсылаю фото основной страницы загранпаспорта, а в качестве proof of address - фото страницы паспорта РФ с пропиской(в моем случае весь текст печатный). Также не до конца понятно с выпиской из банка - посмотрел скан выписки, которую я делал для получения шенгена - про адрес в этой выписке информации не было. Счетов мне на почту никаких не приходит(не являюсь собственником жилплощади). да, можно так, единственное, имеет смысл к скану страницы с пропиской приложить и скан основного разворота паспорта, т.к. на странице с пропиской нет имени и фото. Выписки из банка, как правило, содержат адрес клиента, хотя наверно бывают разные форматы. Если есть договор аренды жилплощади, тоже может пройти. you are wrong. don't use temporary issues for far going conclusions. Thousands of customers use it with no issues, a few dozens complaining here are just the most active exceptions from the rule. This is not to say we are not having some issues these days - we are. But we are working on them, fixing the tech side, hiring more support staff, etc. I lost patience in these 10 days! Can you tell me how retrieve my money? I need them! In my yahoo account is not locked or stuck to the filters. Tell me how my money back? Or who to ask? I wrote on this forum every day! Do not receive that email confirmation! You enter in my account and send money to the address specified by me. I'm tired of these services shoddy! I want my money URGENT! man, please, don't yell and shout without knowing the reason of the issue. doing the transfer the way you are suggested could be the last resort, but it is not ideal from security point of view, your own account and money security. Guys please remove the re-captcha on the 2FA authentication page. Sucks when I have to go do it over and over again. Once on the login page is enough. it is there for security reasons, as you can understand, not for fun, hate it myself. Will raise the question to the tech team this will be changed in the next release
