Trying to send Lumens, XLM, or Stellars to Polo from Stellar.org, it doesn't seem to be working. I put in Memo.id and deposit address and it keeps on stating address failed. the dev still dont want to meet me, or even do privately video call im so confuse  i already offer so much flexibility, but he keep copy and paste same reply that is IF the funding not met, he will release the currency, and the funding can only funds the dev for 3months in other words, he want the bitcoin and will never refund, not have good intention to pamper investors, and not even sure can dedicate and responsible to the project expansion .

Seems to me scam accusations are from some other coin bagholders who feel rise is their competitor. Too many accounts based around 'calling out' the Rise scam and seems like the same guy or couple of guys. If they were rise investors they would not do that. If they were not investors but just concerned bitcointalkers worried about their fellow bitcointalkers they would just say one thing and leave to do their own investing. But why the hardon? hmmm
