You seems have no problem in showing emails, so show email where he said that he does not want refund yet, instead, he wants you to continue with the case.

Then show email from September where you said you are closing support tickets and that he will be refunded.

But his only reaction was that he closed the tickets of my pending cases which generated an automatic email notification.

If you know that he did not cheat what are the information you have. If you have why don't you furnish that proof here rather than asking question after question without any response, response in the sense i have not seen you responding to some of the doubts asked earlier .

If he cheated i am sure they will submit the proof here, if the team has 6 million pounds to advertise a team they will not scam for silly amounts  .

The offering of the reward is a scam itself. The reward is not in escrow and there is no independent person that judges the validity of claims for the reward.

The accusations are against you and you judge whether the claims are valid.    There are numerous claims for the reward with a reasonably high level of proof given.

The reward offer is a pure sham.

Your defense is rambling nonsense and personal attacks. That might work in some places but most people recognize the ramblings of a con artist.

You have every opportunity to volunteer information that could show that you are a genuine business. i.e. verifiable proof that your organisation has achieved results.

Instead you choose to continue with your ramblings and attack anyone that questions your motives. We've seen it all before.

Yep, I've read almost the whole thread, not just one sentence which you quoted.
I noticed how you've posted a part of a conversation but no proof you've returned the money you had promised to this user.
He also posted a scam accusation against you and even though you're suggesting that you've come to a deal, he had confirmed nothing.
