Do you think this warrants a thread someplace other then the reputation forum to get more mods attention? He rally needs a perma ban or as eaLiTy put it "get him added to the deleted profile list"
May be in the meta asking what to do if a user starts this kind of trust abuse. Do the feedback system needs few tweaks etc etc. This case really needs attention. I have seen another post from Yahoo too somewhere.

Everyone who knows GP are annoyed AF. I failed a trade yesterday because of the feedback he left for me. The user never contacted me after seeing the feedback. For an inexperience user, trusted and untrusted feedback make no sense at all (from my experience). They consider both the same.

Might we worth keeping it bumped / in discussion because of people like GP.

I'll try do dig out some time this weekend and try to create a post in meta about it. If you can get to it 1st let me know and I'll post in that one.

Thanks,
Dave

Good advice, I should do the same.

I just left him 2 negative feedbacks that have nothing to do with any of "this mess" just statements and links.

I figure that should be good for now. Going to work on the post in the meta forum if I have time this weekend.

but there is ~ trust for people like him
I just did that on my trust settings for him.  I definitely don't trust his feedbacks and I'm pondering whether I should leave him a neg--he's not a scammer, but he's doing his best to ruin people's reputations without good reason and that's not cool.

For the DT members, do you think that's justified or what?  I haven't been leaving a lot of negs since the trust system changed.  I think game-protect deserves it, but I'm not sure what the standard is anymore.

I think this is a very good idea. Stating the clause "he is not a scammer" will serve the purpose. I did not have this idea in mind. So, once you leave this feedback I will just follow you and replace my neutral one with a neg.

Edit: F it LOL. I have done my part and I hope it explains everything there.

Quote
This neg does not mean that he is a scammer. I am not sure about it however he is misusing the trust feedback system and trying to damage other users reputation (I have no doubt about it) and his competitors (site those do not buy his service) in the gambling industry.

So I had some time and created the thread in meta.
Feel free to comment or not.

I think outside of that thread I'm done for now unless something else happens.

he's not a scammer
Well, he is a soft scammer, one species with fortune tellers, alternative medicine sellers, paranormals, etc. He promises something that he cannot fulfill, that is protecting players from shady casinos.

This situation is generally something you cannot easily debunk by looking at it case by case.

He's just trolling at this point. You might disagree but he's too mature to be spamming someone's reputation as he knows that wouldn't mean shit. That makes me conclude, he just wants attention and members are giving it to him.

For the DT members, do you think that's justified or what?  I haven't been leaving a lot of negs since the trust system changed.  I think game-protect deserves it, but I'm not sure what the standard is anymore.
From what I know, negative ratings should be left for reasons including trade and other deals and not for something related to reputation. I would definitely take him off my trust list but won't leave negative feedback for trolling.

game-protect, very immune in situations like this, no matter what people talk about him, annoying, in all games, ignore, that is worthy of him.
Maybe a little caution when dealing with @game-protect, to come.

This game-protect bastard is very good at ruining good time. Ignore button does not work for trust feedback. I think theymos needs to write a manual script to stop this fuck from leaving feedback on users trust wall.

Oi dickhead game-protect! You fuck is a bastard. How many man fucked your mother? Count me too. May be I would like to give you a half sibling.

Now you had another chance for wolf.bet?

He can't harm you he is not a DT1 anyway, I have seen people leaving bad feedback because they thought you are annoying to them, I also experienced that, especially if you have heated arguments from other forum members.

Yes I am now up to 3 retaliatory trust feedbacks from him.
Will probably be more later today after I add my negative trust to him.

Do you think this warrants a thread someplace other then the reputation forum to get more mods attention? He rally needs a perma ban or as eaLiTy put it "get him added to the deleted profile list"

Other then theymos should we be pining out to other people about it?
I really don't want to poke theymos as he has better things to do with his time.

-Dave

He is just a dickhead. He is doing more harm to himself than others by placing his feedback.

1) His feedback is total nonsense that makes him look like a loony.
2) More people read the feedback of the people he placed feedback on than read his feedback so more people will realize he is an idiot from reading the feedback he placed on others than from the feedback placed on him.
3) His feedback is un-trusted so doesn't show by default.

Leaving fake feedback now put him in the top spot of least trusted member on bitcointalk. What a winner.  Roll Eyes

I just did that on my trust settings for him.  I definitely don't trust his feedbacks and I'm pondering whether I should leave him a neg--he's not a scammer, but he's doing his best to ruin people's reputations without good reason and that's not cool.
He's just trolling at this point. You might disagree but he's too mature to be spamming someone's reputation as he knows that wouldn't mean shit. That makes me conclude, he just wants attention and members are giving it to him.

Feel free to vote for him in my official troll poll if you'd like. He's currently in 3rd place:

Based on the Bitcointalk Public Information Project, if you never breached the trust of anyone, then you are the least trusted! Cheesy

You don't understand it.

You are a person with a (justified) massive amount of negative trust feedbacks and with a lot of people who explicitly distrust you (for valid reasons).
THIS makes you the least trusted person on this forum.

If you don't understand that, i am sorry for your. But you can't be helped anymore.

Now I understand!

Extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts gave negative trust feedback, even though they never used the service and Game Protect never breached the trust of anyone! Cheesy

In other words, some extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts commit the criminal offense of harassing! Smiley

One does not have to use a service to know it is scam.

You can continue to claim that everyone here is braindead and mentally ill.
But if i were you, i'd reconsider this statement. Everyone is mentally ill and you are the only one who is legit and trustworthy here?  Roll Eyes Are you sure?  Wink

It has been proven that you are a scammer, and still you are denying that like a little child who doesn't want to admit he ate the lollipop.

Anyone who is not schizophrenic will realize that those 50 trustworthy people here on the forum are right and that you are the scammer here.
Not you are the only one right here, while the whole world is wrong. Not the whole forum is the problem. You are the problem.

Knowing means having proof, but until today no one was able to deliver! Cheesy

Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

You can continue to claim that everyone here is braindead and mentally ill.
So far 65 bitcointalk accounts informed the community that they are extemely mentally ill and or brain dead!

1) Reality: Since 3,5 years active and received over 500 online casino scam reports and no one ever lost money when dealing with Game Protect. Smiley

2) Extremely mentally ill bitcointalk accounts belief!

Quote
marlboroza alleges: Due largely to the factors mentioned in this topic, I believe that anyone dealing with game-protect is at a high risk of losing money, and guests would be well-advised to avoid doing so. This determination is based on concrete red flags which any knowledgeable & reasonable forum user should agree with, and it is not based on the user's opinions.

No offense against your illness, but in the real world 65 is not everyone! Cheesy

It has been proven that you are a scammer, and still you are denying that like a little child who doesn't want to admit he ate the lollipop.
If it is proven, why do you believe everyone dealing with Game Protect is at a high risk of losing money?

Do you know the difference between proven and believe is?

Anyone who is not schizophrenic will realize that those 50 trustworthy people here on the forum are right and that you are the scammer here.
Do you know what schizophrenic is?

1) Claims it is proven without having the proof! Cheesy

2) Claims Game Protect is a scammer, but at the same time believes that anyone dealing with Game Protect is at a high risk of losing money and believes confirms that he does not know it! Cheesy
