Right now most of reputable exchanges going with KYC but you can still go with Binance as they are not asking for this but limit is 2 bitcoin and if you complete your KYC then you can withdraw 100 bitcoins in 24 hours. I think that such a withdrawal limit of 2 BTC per day will be quite acceptable, especially since not everyone needs to withdraw this amount,and many simply do not have it. As an alternative to Binance I want to give https://poloniex.com/, which can also be used without KYC at the initial level. |
