I know a lot of great sportsbooks to join. You can even check this site if you want to: https://www.bitcoinsportsbetting.co.uk/review/

But if you will ask me, my preferred betting sites are:
1. Bet365
2. Betusracing
3. Everybet.io Campeonbet
4. Pinnacle
5. William Hill

How about you?

Among this list, Bet365 is the best one and I will recommend all my friends to this site. Its simple , trusted and above all I never face any issue in it regarding payments and withdrawals. I have not been interacted to their support section but I heard from my friends that it is good too.
5402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories and Possible Solutions on: January 25, 2019, 05:26:18 PM
I don't consider it an addiction unless it severely affects the person's health.  Look at howmany people drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes, that is much worse than gambling.  Gambling you are only going to lose money but its not like you are going to do severe damage to your body like the latter.

Well if one drink alcohol or is in a habit of smoking, the adverse effect of it will be slowly and steady. There will be no monetary loss in it and whatever is lost by these habits is health which normally is overlooked by humans.

The main thing to note here is that if the addicted person lost a good lot of money in gambling it could give him severe tension and depression and he might take any undesirable step which may risk his life also.
5403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: January 25, 2019, 12:01:53 PM
I’ve won dozens & dozens of bets in the 10-15 years I’ve been gambling. I don’t keep a record but I have to admit I probably am at massive losses if I added it all up - Wins vs Losses.

Gambling is just a hobby to me though, I play with amounts I can afford to lose.
I don't know if I really won or loss of all the gambling games I played if I will put my games together all and my wins and losses I don't know how much I win and loss, but the most important is, I know that when at the point of being addicted to gambling, I've learned to stop and move on, on all of my losses.

If you know how to stop and move ahead on loss, then it means you are a mature gambler who know exactly how to react. Also it is important to know when to quit after winning because if you do not quit after winning and keep on playing and playing, you will end up losing the winning amount also. So its better to know how to play both in case of loss and a win.
5404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling strategy, What do you think? on: January 25, 2019, 10:35:49 AM
Lets say the bitcoin will reach 10K, then you sell your Bitcoins and you have done a pretty nice profit.
Let's assume someone have exchanged 1000 usd fiat to btc and placed bet and got 0.60 BTC. After holding this for couple of months, BTC crashed to $800. What will be the profit? When you are comparing some pros of a system, always think about the cons too. Otherwise, you will default on your system.

A sensible trader never thinks in this way. You can either calculate your profit in terms of bitcoin or in terms of dollars. The best approach is that if you are betting with dollar, your target should be to increase your dollars and if you are gambling with bitcoins, the target should be to increase the satoshi and do not care for the dollar value.
5405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does this sound realistic? on: January 25, 2019, 10:23:28 AM
I get now the point of big gamblers, like me i'm not that into big stakes, and just this morning i placed bets on both side of the team not really thinking i just rely on the odds and the teams, i both placed bets on max stakes. just to know what it feels like to really gamble, i think that the point of gambling is to be ready if you'll lose or win, bacause it's gambling everybody wins everybody loses.

What is the point to bet on both teams? I mean you are losing with that in any result. You can only win if you do it in different betting websites where there is a variation of odds and probably you can arbitrage and make a profit. Apart from that, when you stake your bets a lot indeed you have a feeling of a big gambler and you can feel the stress and excitement at the same time.

What if we put a bet on one team with more money as compare to bet on the other team with less amount of money ? Also the bets are not 100% or 50%, they vary for each team. If one is sensible enough to figure out calculations, maybe there is a way where the loss is impossible when we put bet on both sides. However the profit percentage will be very low in any case.
5406  Other / Off-topic / Re: A KYC database sold on the Darkweb ? on: January 25, 2019, 07:49:25 AM
All those KYC papers are most likely from some of all the free ETH based airdrop coins, people have submitted KYC to get, most of those scam airdrops didn’t even happened, but suspect people have guarded ten of thousand of KYC from airdrop bounty hunters.
I guess some people have re used the same picture the used when they got approved at their exchanges. And those few pictures are now being used to sell the KYC database as an exchange hack.

Well KYC documents can be used for very wrong purposes or if I say, they can be used for criminal purposes. That's why I do not give my KYC to ordinary ICO sites as I have no grantee that they will not mis use it. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of the exchanges to keep our KYC documents safe as it contains very sensitive information about the users.
5407  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin will pump like crazy on: January 21, 2019, 05:11:22 AM
Hopefully this year would be a gteat year for bitcoin. All users are waiting for that to happen.

I think many people are hoping that they will see bull run this year, just like we saw bull run in 2017. I think this is too much expectation from bitcoin as this year the price will more probably move sideways and by the end of this year we may see slight more increase in bitcoin volume and price.
If bitcoin prices moves slowly up, it will be good for bitcoin adoption.
5408  Economy / Economics / Re: More than USD 1.5 bln has been stolen from exchanges. Here’s a recap on: January 21, 2019, 04:20:21 AM
More than 1.5 billion has been stolen from exchanges, PLAAK has a solution to store your crypto assets on the PLAAK Hardwallet Card. Keep your digital assets safe and be your own bank.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BsvaRFhnwnv/?utm_source=ig_twitter_share&igshid=l5rwytv5b65u

Personally i feel exchanges need to be regulated with KYC and AML compliance. I hope they find these criminals to get back the stolen funds.

https://www.plaak.com/

Even KYC and AML can be faked by the hackers, because when they can hack the exchange what is the big deal in faking the documents and create a new account in exchanges and then hack it. So in real their is no big security which cannot be defended. It will take time to hack the exchange but it can be done. That is why it is not good to keep your coins in exchange if you are not trading daily. Even then you are insecure in any way.

Although hackers are very much active these days, yet we cannot just say that our funds in exchanges are not save because hacker have many techniques to hijack the exchanges system. It is also the responsibility of the exchanges to spend some good amount of funds to secure their system from hackers.
5409  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in 2019? on: January 20, 2019, 01:54:56 PM
First you make a question about your doubts about investing in bitcoin in a bitcoin forum where the majority of everyone in this forum will give you the answer to keep investing in bitcoin. The crash that comes to us is not an obstacle to doubting the future of bitcoin, I don't think as much as the price drops, they will still be here.

Second, when you want to start an investment you should try to find out more about the place of investment, don't just judge when the crash comes. The function of bitcoin in the future is the response of every government in the future you should consider that. This problem you must consider carefully, don't listen to other people who say investing in bitcoin must be with money that you can volunteer, that's the first biggest mistake.

The investment made by people will be more stronger than before otherwise the value will not be increased at any period of time so it needs long term investment will be the right Idea and it is the right way to develop the cryptocurrency more faster too.

Things are quite different in 2019. There is no sign of big pump in bitcoin and there is no attraction of buying bitcoins and getting quick profit.
Bitcoin has a history and strong future ahead. Those who will invest now will be the real investors who will hold bitcoins for long term. I do not think short term investments are fruitful in any way these days.
5410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where we are now with Gambling on: January 20, 2019, 01:43:59 PM
With the technology changes, people are getting decentralized and they are leaving all the traditional ways of living. Before the era of smartphone, everyone used to have a good camera but now, no one is more interested other than the one who is producing video or in some rare case people with interest. That's how the world works.

We already left the traditional ways of living, who would like to hunt and eat what they get? I know there are some people that would do that but now, it is different. Also, how can you say that we have a good camera? What is happening is not a bad thing but a development. We have the camera and the smartphone, it is efficiency, and that is technology for you. If you will not be using them, or even know them, you will be left out. That is the same with gambling, with a lot of sites using auto and manual bets, it is easier for people that is doing their jobs to gamble their money while they are away.

If you consider from the past, the things has changed considerably in the gambling field too. Apart from the online availability, There are a lot of auto bots which may help you in gambling. Although I am not so fond of auto bots but still this feature is new and was not available when gambling was only limited to physical casinos.
5411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: January 20, 2019, 08:57:37 AM
Gambling has many damaging consequences. It can affect the economy of the country by increasing the rate of unemployment, forced selling of homes, and increased consumption of alcohol and drug addiction. It has many social consequences too. The children of the addicted and poor gamblers do not get the proper nurturing they should be getting. They are often abused physically and mentally by the addicted parent. The gamblers also experience emotional and physical abandonment.

Gambling released to make the depraved generation of young people. They think money is easy to earn without working, only betting and play gambling. That makes the ratio of unemployment and homeless rising higher and higher in the future. So that I think gambling must have to control by government or ban to avoid the recession of young people.
If they think money making through gambling is easy then they never going to make their life better through gambling,so they need to take of their future. As a government they only look for the revenue from the gambling places so having restrictions from them will not going to happen.

All these things are right but we need money to do each and everything in our life that's why gambling is more popular in all the situation weather you had no money or if you had a lot of money the results of birth was the same if you play gambling then you can not get huge profit it will give only last in the end

Its this feeling of getting rich quickly which bring many people to gambling. No other work or game can make you quick rich as gambling can do it for you. But we should also understand the consequences  of other side too. It can also make you poor as quickly as no other work can make your poor.

So we need to understand both sides before we declare gambling is good or bad.
5412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The longer you play poker the better you become ? on: January 20, 2019, 08:38:34 AM
I disagreed with the OP on longer you play poker the better you become, but will state categorically that poker is better when you study the players before taken the move to practice(play). It took me time to study the game of poker before i started playing it on a ground star and on a better note.

Poker is also a sort of luck game although there is some knowledge also required, unlike dice games which are 100% luck based.
Studing the players will also not help much as the players may change thier tactics. You should come up with your own stragegy which may help you in winnig poker.
5413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Gambling Strategy on: January 19, 2019, 04:08:54 PM
"Control" is always been the key for these things to be effective. These are just basic rules on gambling specially on using your extra money that you can afford to lose.
Set asiding funds when you do gambling is nearly an impossible thing for most players because those funds will eventually be used once again if you aren't lucky on your bets.
One things for sure where you would lost is all in the end.

Whatever strategy you follow, Control on our self is the basic thing which we need to follow the most. If you have no control on yourself then for sure no techigune or stargey will work in gamnling. Should have control over greediness and you have won half of the game.
5414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever stopped or removed from casino on: January 19, 2019, 07:47:59 AM
Kindly share your experience if you ever being faced situation where either you where not allowed to enter the casinos due to either improper attire, age verification issue etc.  Also anytime till now have you being removed from the casinos? It could be due to any of reasons e.g - Misbehaving or fighting, getting high and creating ruckus, caught cheating etc.

Share your true experience if you ever had to face any such situations or related to it any incident that occurred with you.

I was travelling abroad and happen to visit casinos but i was in flip flops and as per the rules a proper attire was must. I was not being allowed inspite of me explaining I cam from abroad and will be leaving tonight and was not aware of such policy etc. But they where strict with the rules and I had to return back form their.

I am not totally negligence to the rules and regulations on a gambling site so I have never been removed or stopped. It is just a matter of being a responsible gambler to be able to maintain your reputation in a gambling site or a casino.

Indeed it is but we know how different people behave differently under same situation so this leads to them to be thrown out of the casinos due to their negligence, or when they are high, misbehaving, not following rules or trying to cheat etc which leads to them to be thrown out of the casinos.

The point to consider is why people misbehave in casino or why they do not follow the instructions. One of the major reason can be the frustration of losing money which result in such wired behavior of the gambler.
Also if you do the same few times, the casino will recognize you and they may not allow you to enter in their casino as they do not want any unnecessary trouble created.
5415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: January 19, 2019, 07:31:46 AM
There is no good reason why somebody would continue to gamble, but if you enjoy it, why not continue. Someone is enough to continue gambling when considering a large amount of money, about profits.

As far as I know, some people have a reason to continue gambling, and they want to make money from gambling with various games. Some of them can make mone but the other cannot. It's about the luck that comes to every gambler so they can win that game. One of my friends continued gambling in at least once in every 2 or 3 days just to know if on that day he can have a luck to win. And if he cannot win, he will come back in the other day and try with the other game based on the luck.

Wining and losing, both are the reasons which make people return to gambling.

If a person is wining is gambling, he will come back again and again to play more and win more in gambling. Getting more money is the reason of return to gambling.

If a person is losing in gambling, he will still come back to gambling thinking he will cover his loses in his last games. Covering losses and then making money is another reason to return to gambling.
5416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: January 19, 2019, 07:17:36 AM
I was just thinking how much time people spend on gambling sites on a daily basis? I bounce back and forth between work

and household activities, but in my spare time, I like to chill with a beer in hand and doing some casual gambling. I do this

while watching TV, so it is part of my entertainment time.  Wink  Do you think, time spend on gambling is linked to gambling

addiction? Let's discuss this.  Wink

Edit : If you spend less than 1 hour on gambling, please chose option 1.  Wink

gambling has just become rampant nowadays, its like every person isnt normal if they are not gambling, but me, im just gambling for quite some time, enough to get a profit for it or if ever losing, im losing for the amount of what can i afford to lose.

I mostly gamble any time of the day as i prefer online gambling which is avaible 24/7 and i can do gambling with my ease and comfort.

As far as it is concerned on how many hours a day i gamble, it depends on my position on daily basis. If i win first few games them i play for much longer time while if i lost in the begining i quit for the way with a hope to have better luck next day.
5417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 19, 2019, 07:01:05 AM
As a Dhoni fan I slept nicely yesterday Smiley When he missed a couple of chances behind the stumps and that got me worrying . He had a great day today and also thanks to Maxwell for dropping him on the first ball . 87 runs off 114 and he lead the team to win Smiley Dhoni is still Dhoni .
Congrats to Chahal on an amazing innings . Congrats to Dhoni again for being chosen as Man of the Series.
Same here too mate. I am also a fan of Dhoni, because of people's criticism, it was really bad situation in social media. At the end, he is the man of the series with a 3 half centuries at a row. Yesterday, it would become a century though if there was enough run to chase. Congrats MSD.
Its always been this way. When a player does well, everyone praises him while everyone hate on the same player if the player performs badly. This logic applies to any sport anywhere around the world.

As an MSD fan myself, I never lost confidence that he is done with the game and needs to retire since he clearly lost his form and is slowly regaining it recently in a fabulous manner.

This is why I feel he will play a vital role during the upcoming world cup in a few months.

Sad , but true. A player can never be all the time in full form and people expectations form their favorite players are way too high. What makes it more worse that a recent bad performance from a player, the fans forgets about his previous good performances and in few worst situations demand resignations from this position in the team.
5418  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia Prepares To Buy Up To $10 Billion In Bitcoin To Evade US Sanctions on: January 19, 2019, 06:39:21 AM
Well, I'm not really sure we can considerate this news source really trusted.
I think they are going to speculate too much on this USA-RUSS thing...

Forget about the truth of the news. Actually markets of crypto moves with the news. In the past I have seen many WRONG negative news which resulted in fud and dump of bitcoin prices. Before the time, the news is validated, the people already dump their coins which is not the right approach though.

Now with this positive news , it will be taken as a motivation by the investors and they will surely start buying more bitcoins before bitcoin price rises more. Overall I think we are moving towards positive direction and hope fully this year will be much better than the last year.
5419  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: January 19, 2019, 06:24:53 AM
When people realized that having Bitcoin is simple and secure, they might possibly decide to join in. The better way to make understand it is to give them or let them have a Crypto wallet where it shows the basic feature of Crypto which are open source code, peer to peer transfer, decentralization and user friendly feature. I use Hodler wallet when presenting it to.someone, since it is the only open source multi wallet available and it has easy to handle feature.

I have tried to convince people to use bitcoin and its advantages but believe me it is not easy to change the people conservative minds. They are not willing to accept any change. Also when they see that bitcoin price is above 3000$, they think it is risky to invest in it. Its only people like us who know that this is the lowest price of bitcoin, but generally people do not believe in such new techs.
5420  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the market on: January 19, 2019, 06:14:57 AM
I believe the market will take time because we all know the market continues to be in a bearish trend since the beginning of the previous year but I think in the past few days the market has not dropped too much, this is quite stable now. We must remain positive for the market. Let's see where the market runs in the coming days.

If you have been in the market for last one year, you will realize that you cannot tell any time if the market is stable and will not fall further.
Remember, we remain between 6000-7000$ range for four five months, but then instead of rising further we felt down to 3100$.
No stability grantee that dump will not come.
