So you cannot do more than one bet at the same time, is this correct? You must wait for the results of each bet before placing another bet on the site? I was looking at the Fair Play section and saw What is not acceptable?
Making erroneous trades during the time of the bet. Any trades that UpDownBot considers erroneous will be omitted from the index and the bet will be voided. Sounds like that means don't send a bet while waiting on results of a previous bet if I understand correctly? Not sure why that isn't fair though, but maybe I'm not understanding it correctly. it is something like that. one or two is not a problem. But if you send around 7 to 10 like i did, then you are out.  and they claim i am supposed to know that. |

I didn't violate any rules of the site.
i set a cap just to keep 1 person from having 1000 chances. i think a max of 50 chances is good for a user. plus you can still play without entering the contest. also you can send multiple bets if you wish. something wasnt right with his bets, thats why they werent showing a tx id. we decided to remove him for trying to cheat the system. play fair or do not play at all
you got it wrong. The payout txid didn't show because it automatically withholds payout when you play more than a number of times in a single minute. the admin knows this. that is why he asks to send only 1 bet a minute. i didn't know that. that is why i made a stream of bets. And i got banned not because of that. i got banned because he thought i was someone else. now he knows i am not him. he is not allowing me now becuase he thinks he cannot change his viewpoint every now and then without affecting the reputation. Try sending multiple bets (preferable same amount) to the site with 15 seconds. You will get the same result. Thank you.

Well i will not say who is right or who is wrong here , but we will not get 100% true answer from this.
Some people will say that pic is original , and some maybe will doubt that.
Meanwhile like i said earlier " Life Goes On " , this matter will not go anyway only made more tension between both of you.
Nobody will give neg trust because of this , and no one will win because of this.

(tho he refunded it to save his reputation), he bans me from playing the site, he bans me from participating in any contest, calls me a scammer and he made void all my 24 entries i made for the giveaway ie around more than 0.25 BTC bet total. |

Since this site launching i already wagered more than 10BTC  you can check that all tx in my addy , andddd all payment and all transaction went smooth owner will not cheating you because some dust btc amount. Why ? 1. First launching 5 BTC giveaways to 50 people here ! 2. He gave free btc to tester his site in the next day lose bet = you dont lose anything , that his money win bet = you can take it all 3. There is no failed payment for every winning bets there till now. 4. He did signature campaign with esrow 5. He plan do more event with big btc prize , yesterday 0.04 , now 1 btc , soon idk , maybe 5 btc  i hope that hahaha still accused owner cheating only for small money ? pffff yeah. i was kind of fan of the site before he kicked me out of this contest. i am not saying he cheated me of small money, i just want permission to participate in his contests.  |

All that is fine, except the scammer part. Look its up to the site owners if they want to let you play or not. If they don't want you to play, then its their own decision. Even if you are innocent, there is nothing you can do.

i believe you edited a cpl posts here also. one saying your funds were limited??? but now you are expecting to add 250 more bets??? im sorry but we believe you are trying to cheat the system. i tried the ltc/usd betline myself with no issues, but yet you have 7 unconfirmed bets. i think its best you leave this alone and move on sir. you have been deemed a cheater and are no longer aloowed to participte.
furthermore we reserve the right to protect the site if we feel someone is cheating. its the same with any gambling establishment. we refunded your bets(which is more than any casino would do) and we are removing you from the contest. sorry and good luck on the next site you try.

Dear sir due to an error in software we had to void those bets. The coins will be returned plus the miners fee i would like to opologize for the inconvinience we will return the coins real soon.
i strongly object. If there was an error in the software, it is not my problem. The error is only for wins or draws. All losses are processed instantly. Also the amount i should get after winning LTC/USD is 1.95x, not 1.75x. so you owe me 0.001 BTC for every winning bet i made in LTC/USD. these are the options: sent me: 0.034 which was the my balance before i made a single bet today. And my net loss is 0.034 BTCor pay me the winning and drawing bets and the 0.001 BTC (0.005*(1.95-1.75)) for the winning LTC/BTC bets. if i had known that it was NOT REALLY WINS, i wouldn't have played any further.
that is i would not have made the last 2 bets. 0.005 win and 0.029 loss. |
