5461  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Marcchernandez scammed me for $500.00 on: August 12, 2016, 06:39:40 PM
Wow, what a weird feeling I get thinking about this.

It appears on facebook his mother (or other female relative) put up a picture of him on May 12th, and got a lot of condolences and sad responses from what appear to be real people.

It's definitely possible he faked his death and found a way to assume another identity though.  Highly suspicious the only evidence I've found was on facebook and a funeral site that has an online guestbook...

I'd expect him to put a little more effort into faking his death though...at least make sure the community heard about it within a few weeks, it's been 3 months now.
5462  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: August 12, 2016, 01:02:20 AM
We were aiming to have the draw time maybe +- few minutes or less.
Pretty much impossible to do this if you pick the block a few days before the drawing. The network is sometimes blockless for half an hour to even an hour, which makes having the draw time within a few minutes almost impossible. Your best bet would be to announce the block ~2 hours before the drawing (so people can verify what the block number is), and announce a block that is estimated around 30 minutes after the wanted draw time. People won't complain about a draw being a few minutes late, which is better than having it drawn too early.

It is currently provably fair. We should instructions soon to make it easy for you to verify the drawing

Thank you!
Good job trying to make it provably fair, but I can tell you without knowing the system that is won't be provably fair. I'm guessing you use a script that converts the hash into a number, which is pretty good, except that the public doesn't know what ticket number they have, and that you guys could easily swap a ticket around so that your alts win, making the other person lose instead. To combat this, try adding tickets live, and having a page display who owns what ticket that is updated every few minutes. That way, you can't swap the ticket numbers around.

You guys should just hire a third party like RHaver or Dooglus to do the draw each week or whatever.  Both smarter than all of us, experts in the whole "provably fair" and can explain exactly why something is provably fair in like 5 words.

Just a quick update for everyone, starting with the JasonOrt "resolution"

-snip-
Jasonort Case Resolution
-snip-
Throughout this entire process jasonort can attest to the fact that the Betcoin.ag staff made ourselves available nearly 24/7 to answer every question and provide proper updates when available as we would have done for all of our great players
-snip-
During the fireside chat, Jasonort has announced a self funded  Thank You Freeroll that Betcoin Poker will match which will take place on Sunday, July 24, 2016.  Details to follow!  Mark your calendars!

Then He made this post on July 17th: https://www.betcoin.ag/setting-record-straight

And The following posts around July 21st and 27th:

Then this happened:
Betcoin.ag has just erased my entire post on their forums.  I gave them every opportunity to explain their side of this.  I did not throw them under the bus.  I was civil.  And now they erase my post and just expect me to disappear?  Game on.

Then they put it back but locked the thread after deleting a bunch of comments.

And finally Betcoin.ag responds!  (Well done DarkDays)
Also does anyone know if the funds Betcoin took from Jason's account to fund the freeroll he wanted were returned?
Any updates on this?  The freeroll was supposed to be over two weeks ago.  Why are you not there for your loyal customers?
This will be announced after the big maintenance below.

In other news, Betcoin decided to post bits of a faked skype conversation and claim that "Twitchyseal intentionally DDoSes Betcoin"

cjmoles claimed I am a long time cheater in the poker scene and he would avoid any site I play on.

Someone convinced OgNasty that I am games-protect (anyone know a Dan M. from Kansas?) Speaking of OgNasty, he's not too fond of any of us Sad

I've been extremely vocal that I think signature campaigns are evil.  I've done everything I can to bring a stop to them.  I've even made proposals to limit them to extremes.  I also think that gambling is evil and do not support or condone it in any way, nor do I participate.

(You can read the whole OgNasty convo here)

Enjoy the massive "support tickets will now send you an email again" update everyone, I know I will.
5464  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: August 11, 2016, 06:52:13 PM
Don't need a link.  I already read them.  From what I read I saw them as starting off rather incompetent and becoming better and better, meanwhile the trolling of them has gotten louder and louder.  Anyway, I hope you know something about crowd mentalities and mob justice.  I'm working with them based on my own experience with them and what I've read.  Anyway, back on topic, when is SWC going to get a working client?
It seems you did read at least part of the story.  The issues are usually a result of incompetence, but the way they handle them is the real issue.

Like way back when they realized there were a few guys who had been colluding in their cash games for a while.  Instead of banning the cheaters and distributing the funds among those who were cheated - they announced:

Quote
Their accounts have been banned and even though neither player has ever made a deposit we are allowing them to keep a small portion of the funds.
The remainder and majority of the funds will be dispersed to players that were cheated and used to host a 10 btc freeroll
cheating will not be tolerated at Betcoin Poker ever and that swift and decisive action will be taken.
If you suspect collusion, soft play or any type of cheating at anytime, please message us immediately. ZERO TOLERANCE at Betcoin Poker.

Surprise surprise, betcoin decided to unban the cheaters and let them play in the freeroll:

Check how that thread ended: https://www.betcoin.ag/collusion-soft-play-cheating-zero-tolerance-betcoin-poker
For the next 3-6 weeks players kept asking about the "refunds" that were never sent to those cheated.  Betcoin ignored their tickets and the thread.

Fast forward a few more months:

As for TwitchySeal we just appreciate the passion and keeping us at the top of the bitcointalk thread because it's helping to drive some new players through!  You can also catch TwitchySeal aka OHYEAH in our live player chat nearly 24/7!

It's a little concerning that you don't appear to have replied to any of his posts here. He seems to be raising valid concerns, but you leave them unanswered.

Did you really use 10 BTC confiscated from cheating players to fund a promotion instead of giving them back to the players they were stolen from? If so, how do you justify that?

Did you really allow those same cheating players to them play in the freeroll funded with the money they stole, after claiming to have zero tolerance for cheating? That sounds pretty crazy if it's true.

Betcoins final response consisted of multiple blatant lies:
Hi Dooglus, it's because we did return most of the btc and we still ran a 10 btc freeroll to thank players for their support on top of returning funds.  This was many months ago and was handled expediently.  Ironically, most of the players were from a prop program which we no longer have, yet most of the players still play in.

No we did not allow those players to play in the tournament but as you may know a bitcoin gaming website creates some unique challenges which we embrace.

We have addressed all of this before and will happily address it again as we continue to move forward.

Thanks guys!

Jessica

Some other variations on the Betcoin theme:

Betcoin player emails and login details were used in multiple phishing attacks beginning Jan 2015, lot's of ignoring with some lies sprinkled in

Ooops, Betcoin increased the rake, then waited a month to fix it, then lied about it ever increasing, then ignored the whole thing for a few months, then came up with a fucked up resolution[/b]  They deleted posts questioning it on their forum and ignored any here.

Here's another good one:
About a year ago I realized that I was only getting around half the rakeback and status points for all WPN MTTs  I opened a ticket.  They told me I was wrong, I showed them proof that I was short around $1,500-$2k usd worth of rakeback from that summer, they ignored me.  I asked every day, bumped ticket, posted in forum and chat, by November I was Banned.  4 months later they unbanned me (not sure why), I bumped old ticket, they asked for more proof, I spelled it all out.  Finally:
Quote
We have reviewed your statements and play in detail and have credited you with 3,000 mbtc to your account. We have also added 6,530 status points as reflected by your statements. Since this time everything has been running smoothly on Betcoin and we hope that it continues to run smoothly for you as well. We are here anytime if you need us and we appreciate having you here at Betcoin.

How heroic of them right?  They paid me what about what I was owed. No attempt has been made to determine and compensate other players who didn't notice the missing funds.

Are these the links you've been reading TSpacePilot?

What do you think should happen when a site fucks up, doesn't fix it and then ignores players while paying people to call them spamming trolls?

I understand if you live in a hut in thailand or something and you can make more money in sig campaigns than anything else.  If not, fuck you.

theymos rejected betcoin.ag? Shocked
Yes.

5 @ 0.9

Sorry, but you currently have negative trust from my perspective, so I will not accept your bid.

There was a scam called betcoin.tm, people complaint but mods said they don't care about the site is scam or not.

Btw I think those 2 betcoin are not good now.
Betcoin.tm doesn't pay big winners and should certainly be classified as a scam.

Betcoin.ag has no relation to Betcoin.tm

Betcoin.ag doesn't have issues with paying winners and saying they are not a scam is a valid argument.
However, an online casinos ethical responsibilities do not start and end with "processing cashouts and compensating those who complain"

Rather than fix their mistakes (which happen regularly and have resulted in huge sums of money not being paid to entitled players ) they do whatever they can to cover them up.
They put a ridiculous amount of effort and money into convincing the public they are honest and transparent while blatantly lying and paying people (coughcough...peeps...coughcough) to kiss their ass and attack anyone who criticizes them.
5467  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: August 11, 2016, 05:10:02 AM
Just another example of what I meant : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1570322.0

There are complaints, just not posted as much or got as much publicity as the DB case.

Cloudbet has problems every weekend and it's reflected in their "C" rating. Many of the complaints are posted in this thread. Cloudbet hasn't stolen any money from their players. If I send a PM to Cloudbet they will answer all questions. If asked, they will reply in this thread. All of their problems are with delays.

DirectBet's margins are the highest of all books. DirectBet has stolen funds from 3 different players. They won't show proof of problems and they state that their decision is final. If a book is going to confiscate funds, they need to show solid proof justifying the confiscation.

A major purpose of this thread is to warn players of books that may not pay out. DirectBet's model is set up so that others will lose money in the future.

Betcoin is currently untrusted and had their bid to advertise on this forum rejected by Theymos due to negative reputation.

Beginning this week, members who promote Betcoin will likely receive negative trust for doing so.

Go watch their forum and chat room if you're interested in reading about payout delays and other issues with sportsbook.  Read their trust feedback if you want to know what a scummy site they are in general.

TwitchySeal - You've added a lot of pertinent and useful information to this thread but one question, why did you say that about Theymos? I took a look into your post since you've been critical of Betcoinsports in the past. OgNasty has a trust rating of 290. He joined in 2011 and is part of the Betcoin.ag signature campaign.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18321

Betcoin bid to advertise on this forum, theymos rejected the bid because of their negative trust rating.

As for ognasty, I'm going to give him a chance to respond for himself.

Check this thread before making any conclusions about OGNastys decision to promote Betcoin.

Edit: Instead of responding to this thread, OgN added another accusation to my neg feedback "Posts out of context edited PMs in an attempt to discredit forum members"
Here are the screen shots of every single pm I've had with OgN:
INBOX  -  SENT

I will be directing anyone who thinks OGNastys high level of trust has anything to do with the site he chooses to promote in his signature (Betcoin.ag) to this thread.  Example

To avoid being accused of putting a spin on what really happened, I've included every pm between OGNasty and myself.  The only editing was removing re-quotes to make it easier to read.  I'm happy to provide screenshots or give a trusted member/mod access to my account to verify everything is authentic.

Hi,

I'm disappointed to see you have decided to promote Betcoin.ag  Are you aware of the scam accusations made against them that they have refused to address?

I'm not affiliated with any site, just a professional online poker player with over 10 million hands played on various sites that believes Bitcoin has the potential to solve many of the problems my industry faces.

If you are unfamiliar with the issues with Betcoin.ag, would you be willing to hear me out?  I'm happy to explain any or all and provide evidence.

TwitchySeal

I've been contacted by several members today about their issues.  There's really nothing I can do about it at this point.  I took their money to advertise for the month.  At the end of the month I can certainly try to find a replacement advertiser who has a better reputation, but not many people are willing to pay several hundred dollars for a signature ad.

If I were you, I wouldn't take it as a sign I am vouching for them.  Take it for what it is, I am taking their money for a limited advertisement.

It doesn't matter how I take it, I already know about Betcoin.ag  It's how people who don't know about Betcoin.ag take it that concerns me.

You are one of the most trusted/respected members on this forum and every post you've made now includes a promotion for Betcoin claiming they are "the most trusted bitcoin and litecoin casino".  The reason they are paying you so much is because of your reputation.

Betcoin has many issues.  The biggest issue, however, is how they handle all the smaller ones.  They don't.  They simply ignore players who have issues.  For the last couple months literally the only place they would respond was in their signature campaign thread.

They recently switched to a self moderated thread, their final post before locking the old one:

Quote
We love all of our great signature campaign members!!! We thank you very much!  We have decided to follow the advice and we have created a new topic here:

Special welcome to our newest campaign member:  OgNasty, whose profile speaks for itself: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=18321

We will continue to provide one of the best campaigns and services to our great members and players.  This thread is closed.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1571148

Betcoin is trying to buy a reputation they don't deserve.

Please give them their money back and stop allowing them to leach off your good reputation.

You clearly want me to stop advertising for them, so if you'd like to send me 1 BTC, I'll happily refund them and find a new advertiser.

I just want you to understand that your decision to promote Betcoin will have a very real effect on individuals and communities.  If you're interested I'd be happy to elaborate on what kind of effects they will be and provide evidence to back it up.

If you're just interested in selling your signature and reputation to the highest bidder, I'm definitely wasting my time.

I've been extremely vocal that I think signature campaigns are evil.  I've done everything I can to bring a stop to them.  I've even made proposals to limit them to extremes.  I also think that gambling is evil and do not support or condone it in any way, nor do I participate.

We are all adults here.  Everyone knows it is a paid signature.  Easy for you to say to give the money back, but unless you want to put your money where your mouth is, please spare me the lectures.

I go on vacation and don't log on for a few days.  When I return, I see ognasty has left me negative feedback.

And the following message:

Remove it...

Hi,
I've been traveling and honestly not sure what you're referring to.
Ok, I just saw your neg trust on my profile.
I am not games-protect.

I will not be bullied or extorted into not fulfilling my promises to paid advertisers.

"Provides support for user "game-protect" to try and extort forum members."

Care to elaborate?

Who am I extorting?  How?

I don't want to argue.  You've provided trust for a user who is using his trust to blackmail me into either paying BTC or not fulfilling my signature auction responsibilities.

I don't want to discuss it any further.  "game-protect" and anyone associated with the trust chain is guilty of extortion by default in the same manner I am guilty for who won my signature auction, only difference is the winner of my signature auction was beyond my control.

I hope this explains my stance.  So long as the negative feedback exists, the extortion attempt is valid and I will not be altering my trust stance.  No further discussion on this issue is necessary.
Have I been disrespectful to you in any way?

I didn't mean to if so.

I'm trying to make a difference doing what, in my honest opinion, is the right thing.  I'm not affiliated with any business, I'm just someone with a passion for bitcoin and also a very experienced online poker player.
I'd like to request permission to make our communications via pm public.

Obviously making a private conversation public in an attempt to discredit me further would result in more negative feedback.

How about not giving trust to an alt account in order to attempt to extort me?

My goal isn't to discredit you.  It's obvious you have little or no respect for me, I just want the truth to be known.  How should I respond when people defend Betcoin by pointing out one of the most trusted members on the forum promotes them.  Example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.msg15796624#msg15796624

Will you make a thread with all of our communications made public please?  Or at least explain your stance of gambling and sig campaigns being evil/you're only doing it for the money and would remove sig for 1btc?

Who you trust or don't trust is your decision.  I've never asked anyone to trust me or untrust anyone else and I'm not going to ask you either.

You should know though, until a few days ago I had another feedback with games-protect I have since removed because he made a good point and am still questioning myself whether or not I should put it back.

I will not remove my current comment because I believe it to be true.  He has helped expose several unethical casinos and likely saved people a lot of money.  I don't take anything

I don't know what your talking about as far as extortion, and I can't consider it if you won't explain yourself.

We are both active on other forums and have some history, the "todd" I'm referring to is Todd Witilles the owner of pokerfraudalert.com

http://pokerfraudalert.com/forum/showthread.php?11404-Betcoin-ag-Scams-Scandals-and-Shadiness-Galore

Most likely you don't even give a shit about any of this so I'll stop rambling - if you do though, I'm happy to discuss anything.  I'd like to in fact.

The user threatened to left me negative feedback unless I send funds back to the purchaser of my signature auction and remove the signature.  That is extortion and I have 0 respect for people who try to bully me.  I also have 0 tolerance for this type of behavior.  If you guys want to pick a fight with one of the most trusted people and employees of this forum as some sort of vengeance scheme, good luck.  It isn't that I don't respect you, it is that I don't respect this extorting behavior and have 0 tolerance for it or anyone that supports it.

I have made my comments about signature campaigns publicly known.  I'm not going to go back searching through threads to try and find my comments or waste any more time explaining why giving a user negative feedback for who won their auction is ridiculous, or waste my time pointing out that they bought my signature and anyone is welcome to do so.  If you choose who is trustworthy by who spends the most on advertising, you have a long hard life ahead of you.  Take some responsibility and let other people be responsible for who they choose to gamble with.  I couldn't care less.  As far as I'm concerned all gambling sites are scams that prey on people's addictions.  Trying to say that I deserve negative feedback because of which scam won my auction is once again ridiculous.

This forum has a policy of not moderating scams.  I have also been vocal about removal of this policy, but it is simply too big of a task.  I don't know what sort of background investigations you expect me to perform on advertisers who buy my signature, but if you guys think that I spend literally any time caring, you are mistaken.  I put the space up for auction, people bid, I provide the winner with what I say.  Nothing about this makes me untrusted and aligning yourself with someone who wishes to attempt to extort me into bowing to their demands will only make you look bad to this community as a whole, as that user is a red painted extorting piece of shit, and I'm a user who has helped thousands of members on this forum, has one of the highest trust ratings of anyone here, and is literally paid for my contributions here.

Please do not continue baiting me into PMs for the purpose of trying to make me look bad.  I'm in the right here.  You guys are obviously in the wrong and using extortion techniques as a means for control will continue to disappoint you.

I strongly disagree with the way you justify promoting Betcoin.ag and will be creating a thread about your stance and argument you've presented tomorrow.

This has absolutely nothing to do with your neg rep comment you left me and everything to do with what you consider "extortion" and your rationale behind/what I believe the result will be from your decision to promote Betcoin.ag  I will be leaving negative feedback for everyone that promotes Betcoin.ag this week.

I don't want to start a war with you or anyone, this is just an attempt at being transparent with my thoughts .    I do not intend to do any damage to your reputation.  (I'm also not naive enough to think I could)   The way you are handling this really bothers me , I feel like maybe  I'm not doing a good job of explaining the situation and hopefully someone you respect will see the thread and say something that makes you look at things from a perspective you aren't now.  Or several perspectives.

Not my stance dude.  It's the forum's stance.  If you don't like it, you can leave.  Burning your account trust to try and prove some point about me providing exactly what I said I would provide to the winner of my signature auction only makes you look foolish.

I've said I agree with you about gambling, scams, signatures...  I even said I would not let them advertise when their month contract is up.  You seem to not agree with me about how much time and effort I should put into vetting gambling sites, or any other site that chooses to buy my signature advertising.  You think I should research every single member here and put up auction rules banning them in advance.  You're ridiculous, your stance is ridiculous, the way you're trying to handle it is ridiculous, and you're going to lose any shred of credibility you think you have by continuing forward with this course of action.

You think I should not honor the terms of my auction, or I am untrustworthy.  Even going as far as to attempt to join in on an extortion attempt.  This will end poorly for you.
He ordered me to send my BTC to another party or he was going to retaliate.  That's extortion.  Pretty simple.

Edit: A day or so after creating this thread I sent OgN the following pm and received a response.

Hi,

Just wanted to make sure you were aware of this thread so that I won't incorrectly assume you are choosing not to respond.
I've been waiting to discuss my opinion for you to respond.  I've tried to approach the situation as objectively and transparently as possible.

Also I would appreciate it if you let me know who or what led you to conclude that Games-Direct is my alt.
I think it's a safe assumption that you didn't reach this conclusion on your own, but I could be wrong I suppose.

Thanks,

TwitchySeal
I've wasted more than enough time responding to your extortion attempts.  Welcome to my ignore/block list.

Edit: OgN has changed the feedback he left me:

Out of curiosity, how many satoshis per post does Betcoin pay people to have Betcoin's ad in their forum signature? He's probably well on his way to getting an item off the dollar menu just for being a contrarian.

Betcoin pays 6-7BTC per month to their 45-55 members.

They pay more than any other campaign. (I think)

The only reason ognasty and a majority of their members is a member is bc of the money. (I know)

It's disgusting and needs to be stopped.

Let's not continue this race towards the bottom.  Bitcoin poker needs to improve, and trolling competitors doesn't help with that.
Promoting Betcoin is only damaging the future of Bitcoin poker.
You're only promoting them because they pay you more than any other site.

Pathetic.

Betcoin is ignoring all the questions I've asked in this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=386266.msg15862238#msg15862238

I never said that Twitchy was multi-accounting on SwC, just his mere presents is alarming enough because he has admitted to having several accounts on Betcoin.ag so that demonstrates that he does not see a problem with it.  Plus, his continued trolling false accusations makes playing at any room he's involved with a liability.  Just bad news....I have no idea what Twitchy is doing at SwC because I will not play at a room he frequents....I'm not even positive Twitchy has an account at SwC because he's known to misrepresent the truth, but as soon as I seen his name associated with the brand, I knew it was a site I would not visit.

It seems that you are confusing having multiple accounts with multiaccounting. There is nothing that prohibits a player from having multiple accounts at SWC, so that demonstrates that SWC does not see a problem with it, either. However, multiaccounting (being logged in to multiple accounts at the same time to gain an advantage) is strictly prohibited. If you have evidence of the latter, I would love to hear about it. If you have evidence of the former, welcome to SWC.

Betcoin banned my account from their chat and forum (but not poker)

I have since created many many accounts on Betcoin for the sole purpose of posting on their forum and using their chat.

Cjmoles loves to call me a "multi-accounter" because it makes some people conclude I must be a cheater.

He know's there's a huge difference between "multi-accounting poker players" who are cheaters and poker players with multiple accounts.

According to cjmoles I'm also a swc shill, ddos attacker, and longtime cheater in online poker.

He either ignores requests for proof or claims he has proof but doesn't have time to find it...

The real question is why do you keep ddos'ing us?  You really messed me up the other day with the attacks.  Will you please just stop?  Go back to the SwC thread and play---please just stop the attacks and let us honest players play poker.

Pretty low cjmoles.

I have absolutely nothing to do with any ddos attack and never have.

It's been almost a month since Jasonort made this post: https://www.betcoin.ag/setting-record-straight

Have you responded to it?

Why did you lock the thread?

Did the freeroll jason funded you said would happen on July 24th ever happen?

I would like to set the record straight on how I feel I was treated by Betcoin.ag and their handling of my dispute with BetSoft. My words have been twisted and used by both sides in this argument (Betcoin Haters vs. Betcoin Shills) on forums all over the internet. I have had some time to reflect back on this whole ordeal and would like to share my perspective. Although I doubt that this will happen I will ask that neither side post my comments to the forums as evidence that Betcoin is good or Betcoin is bad. This is only for the players that play at this site and want to know the facts. I will comment here on Betcoin only. I am contractually bound not to comment in regards to BetSoft.

First I would like to say that overall I have no bad feelings towards Betcoin. I feel that although they did not handle the situation exactly the way I would have wanted them to, they did help me to reach a settlement with BetSoft. Without their help this may not have happened. Andrew and staff spent many hours trying to resolve this situation, and worked very hard for me. What happened was out of their control, and not their fault, but they should have perhaps handled things differently. Prior to this incident I would have given Betcoin an A+. They treated me well, and I felt like I was a valued VIP player. Afterwards I would give them a B+. I am still treated well, and I still feel that they value my business. The reason for this change can be summed up in one statement: Lack of Transparency. Although I feel that Betcoin was trying to help me behind the scenes, the problem was that it was not communicated and it was done behind the scenes and the details of what was happening were not shared with me. This is where I think that Betcoin should have done better. An honest open line of communication would have made all of the difference. I still have some questions which I would welcome Betcoin to answer for all of us so that we might understand better the relationship between the casino and their software vendors:

1. Explain the relationship between Betcoin & Software Vendor. When a player places a wager on a game exactly how does it work? Explain the chain of custody of the wager and who is responsible for paying the player for a win or taking the money from a loss. Who holds the funds for a progressive jackpot? What recourse does a player have if they feel that they have been wrongly paid?

2. Why does Betcoin censor or delete forum posts? As I said transparency is very important to me as a player. It is the foundation of trust. At the beginning of this dispute I tried to bring this vigorously to the public because I felt I had been wronged. I had forum posts and comments removed by the moderators and staff. Why? My opinion on this is that Betcoin does not want to bite the hand that feeds them (The software vendors). If they allow posts that are negative towards the vendors it could jeopardize their business dealings with them. I understand this, but Betcoin needs to understand that without the players that play here there is no business. The customer should come first, not the vendor. Unless it is outright offensive allowing the players to publicly state their opinions is important. Freedom of speech is very important to me. Allowing dissenting viewpoints and difference of opinion need to be protected. Having my speech censored made me feel as though the profits were more important than the player. This is where I feel that Betcoin dropped the ball. Do the vendors monitor your forums? If so what does that communication look like? Do they ask you to take down negative postings against them?

3. Although I cannot comment on the issue of my spin, what is your opinion? Should the spin as it occurred have won the jackpot? I want only a one word answer. Yes or No. No disclaimers. One word only. It is your opinion and not legally binding.

I know that these are tough questions. But answer them and you will be better for it. Be transparent and build trust with your players by answering them. It will only help your business, not hurt it. I do not post this to attack you. In fact I continue to play here, although I have taken a recent hiatus. I really enjoy the site. You have always treated me well, and hope to continue our relationship. Answer these questions and your grade may improve back to an A+.

On a separate and more festive note I would like to thank all of the players on this site who had my back. Specifically ungod & he who must not be named (Twitchy). They fought for me, not because they know me or have any stake in what happened to me, but because they understand that players need to be treated fairly. Because it could have been them or any one of the players on this site that this happened to. As a thank you Betcoin has debited 200mBTC from my account which I have previously announced will be used to fund a poker tourney. Andrew had committed to matching it with 300mBTC. I look forward to sharing this with all of you, and more than likely watching from the sidelines (I'm sure I will be knocked out early as I am not a very good poker player). Thank you to Andrew and the staff at Betcoin for allowing me to do this. I look forward to seeing you all on the felt.

jasonort

P.S. Could you please add some additional slot gaming providers? I am somewhat limited by the games I am willing to play currently Wink

(yes, I have his permission to post this.  He wasn't very happy being ignored)

Unrelated note:  why did you post obviously faked skype conversations of me claiming to ddos your site?  I sent a pm asking you, it was ignored.

It doesn't say that a jackpot can't be won if you don't play either, but you can assume that you can't win the jackpot if you don't play.
I agree, you should assume you can't win the progressive jackpot on any machine without playing.

The point is that if the jackpot was designed to be won on a freespin, then the jackpot would have dropped on the freespin, but it was not even coded into the software so it couldn't have dropped.  If it would have dropped and they didn't pay based on their interpretation then that would have been a problem....there's case law on just that point.
The point is, all evidence points to the fact that this jackpot can not be won and Betcoin knows it.

And the references about multiplying the jackpot has nothing to do with freespins...
What makes you think so?

It states that "jackpot cannot be multiplied."  Note that there are in game multipliers and a 2X's gambling feature.  Also note that it is set off in red font to differentiate it from the above paragraph.  And, then ask yourself, "Does 'jackpot cannot be multiplied' state that the jackpot can be won during freespins or is that something that I am fabricating up based on assumption?"  Also note that if the jackpot cannot be won during the feature then it also cannot be multiplied by the feature....

See, it takes great leaps in logic to reach your conclusions.  And, it is untruth to say that Betsoft progressives cannot be won....Betsoft progressives have been won on numerous occasions.
The red comment is obviously referring to the freespins.  I'm having a hard time believing even you believe the ridiculous argument your making.

I never said "Betsoft Progressives cannot be won.
I said that jackpot can not be won.

It takes no leap in logic to reach my conclusion.  All it takes is a bit of common sense.  If the jackpot couldn't be won during free spins, it wouldn't say what it says.

Bold = my response to red

Please provide evidence of me multi-accounting on any site other than to use the forum/chat on Betcoin.  Betcoin.ag

Multi-accounting infers something much more serious than creating an account to post on a forum or chat.  We both know that.  You are trying to make me out to be a cheater. I'm not.

Please provide evidence of me lying about anything. Not only have you photo shopped misinformation over a screen shot that I personally posted, but you've also said that betcoin.ag pays me to bash on you....LOL....those are lies!
We both know when I added "lutpin must die" over and over again to your screen shot of you researching lutpin after you went off on him was not taken seriously by anyone.  It was a joke at your expense.  Like the "Twitchy is a multi-accounter" thing, you're just twitsting reality to make me look bad

Please provide evidence of me shilling.  Just look at your posts about about needing more traffic in the SwC thread.

What post or posts are you talking about?  Do you consider yourself a shill?  What is your definition of shill?

Losing all my money?  wtf are you talking about?  This whole thing started after you had a bad week during the Million Dollar Sunday and wanted to know why you didn't receive as many comps as you thought you deserved for the WPN tourneys that you blew your wad in!

You really think it makes sense to conclude that since I didn't cash in a $500 mtt I must have "blew my wad"?  I've been a professional poker player for nearly three years now.  If I were anywhere near broke I wouldn't be firing multiple bullets into $500 online tourneys.

Affiliate and vouches for who?  I'm not an affiliate for any site.  You affiliate yourself with game-protect and endorse him by giving him positive trust.....look at the reference above.

I do not affiliate myself with Games-Direct.  I left him positive trust for sharing information that helps hold sites accountable.  It has nothing to do with his site, which I have never recommended anyone use.
