5461  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What kind of function would you like to have on an exchange? on: October 21, 2019, 06:00:36 PM
Try to look on whats been currently offered by Binance.
+1

Take the idea of imposing KYC but there's also a limit or option for your users not to comply. In return, the withdrawal limits and other features will be limited to them.

Fee is also of consideration. Many traders want a reliable exchange with low fees but don't sacrifice the quality customer service.

Why binance become popular due to that one of its features where having that 2btc daily limit for unverified accounts which i highly believe that its more than enough for most users.

Typical features of a good exchange is having a good support, good ui and ux plus low fees which is a usual norm. Lots of exchanges tried to dethrone and competition is high.
Yes, that feature made for users that don't want to send KYC. And that's what exactly what most of the users want, everyone isn't the big whale trader that needs huge limits. The competition is given and that's the next thing that the exchange op is trying to build.

If those good features can be found on his exchange and being trusted takes time. So it takes patience on his side and it's up to him if he can bear with those consequences at the beginning.
He should make even more better if he would really plan to get some marketshare.Building reputation and trust is the hardest part
into a business where you dont even sure if you would able to get the support and sympathy of the public but well just do the right things
and mind off anytime on what people really wants because they would normally recognize it once they found it out into your exchange.
5462  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New Telegram Crypto Scammer Technique on: October 21, 2019, 05:09:39 PM
Many scammers are doing that thing, but its so easy to know if the person is a fake one. Every scammers will ask for money and thats the number 1 and support will never pm you first.
Highlighted red.- This is one of the best indicators that you should keep an eye on because as said no support will ever in the world would tend to pm you first when it comes to
issues and with that alone you can already spot out the scamming attempt of those fellas out there. If they do ask out for money then thats a solid sign of a scammer.
Lots of techniques had been created to deceive out newbies and getting up their hard earned cash easily.Just be sensible and using up your common sense will be the greatest weapon against them.
5463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your most common superstitions? on: October 21, 2019, 03:58:39 PM

What are common things you're superstitious about when gambling?

This isnt a superstition but rather an analysis plus that intuition that you do made to yourself. You can presume things up and base and making decisions
that you might able to make it work but your brain knows that everything is random so you are hoping for something which isnt sure.Superstitious does involve
chants, charms, beliefs and the thing you had mentioned out do involved some calculations and presumptions which this isnt considered out to be one.
5464  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-10-20] HTC Launches Exodus 1S, First Phone That Can Run a Full BTC Node on: October 21, 2019, 03:33:46 PM
Hmmm following the link in the 1st post:

https://www.htcexodus.com/us/cryptophone/exodus1s/

On the spec page you see this:

Quote
Android Oreo 8.1
Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 435
4GB RAM
64GB Storage

So, how do you get the full blockchain in 64 GB....

-Dave

It could be expanded with 512GB microSDs.

I don't think it's practical at all, but more choices is always better, I suppose. I'm sure there will be a few people out there who will want to use this functionality lol. We could certainly use even just a handful more full nodes.
HTC mobile company is pretty much considered to be dead for me.They have been out in the market for a while when it comes to mobile competition and
now they are trying to comeback together with the hype of cryptocurrency and this one is really that different to those few who already integrated blockchain tech
to their mobile company but take a look on what happened? It didnt make any effects or it doesnt even boost out their sales. For this one, this is truly non-practical but i agree
as said above that this is somewhat a good option to have.
5465  Economy / Economics / Re: Limited Supplies Lead To Death (SIMULATION) Satoshi Help. on: October 21, 2019, 02:55:33 PM
Sorry I been up for 24hours and my thoughts are just off the top of my head. The stuff I am talking about is in the middle of the video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=494ki3Dz9pM
I'm sorry but you're getting it wrong, the way I see it, Bitcoin is not really limited like people think. Every single day there are lots of people buying and selling Bitcoin and it's never going to stop. And when the demand for it gets high the price will as well be high, which means that it reduces the amount that people are able to purchase with a particular amount. If you can buy 1 btc with $1 and there happens to be a high demand, then 1 btc will start selling at $2 and that means that you will no longer be able to get up to 1 btc with that amount and will have to opt for 0.5 btc. You see?
Apparently, it meant that 21 million bitcoins will be mined, but over time, in fact, their number will decrease due to natural decline. Already today, more than six million bitcoins from the extracted 18 million have been irretrievably lost. Over time, the number of lost bitcoins will increase. Therefore, over time, the number of working bitcoins will decrease and the time will come when there will be very few of them.
Of course, given the fact that Bitcoin is planned to be mined before 2140, these will not be our problems.

Somehow I wasn't able to watch that video as I assume it wasn't meant to be shared publicly, hence it was made private but I would like to assume that OP is talking about Bitcoin and its limited supply.

First of all, the fact that it has limited supply may lead others to believe that its scarcity will lead to its demise just like those critical resources needed for human to survive e.g., water, air, food, etc., but I believe this will not happen and I would like to point out three things that makes Bitcoin viable for long term use  - its deflationary model, its fungibility and divisibility - all of which could counter the effects of its limited supply. Imho.
I  totally agree with those 3 things that you had mentioned above which is definitely a valid one which would really able to counter up that possibility.
We cant totally compare Bitcoin to other things when it comes to scarcity matters. This is a digital currency not a natural resource.
The only thing here is that if scarcity comes takes place and then the demand bloat out then i do see the high value of it.
5466  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: can blockchain.com be hacked? on: October 21, 2019, 02:16:50 PM
I never trust an online wallet I'm only using it as a spare wallet
That's why people are still getting scammed and/or hacked because of behavior like this, you never trust but you still use it, seriously?
Using it as a spare would already be considered since he dont trust it up he do only put up a small amount and already ready on what would happen later on if they got hacked.
There were other web-wallets we do know but we cant deny the fact that we do still consider up on using up this wallet which is way more preferable than to those unknown
wallet online. We know the current reputation of blockchain so i cant blame others for them to consider it.
5467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think Voodoo works in Gambling Games? on: October 21, 2019, 01:37:23 PM
I have always heard of people who win games with voodoo(charms/certain spiritual power).I know Voodoo is everywhere. They are said to use it to get accuracy in their predictions, permutation, casinos, throwing of dice etc while this will help to reduce to the bearest minimum their risks of loosing.
So, Do you also think this is true?
We all know people are really superstitious even though they've already lost a lot and lose more often but their superstitious believing is not missing. For me, every gambling game needs luck even in our major life, because in my experience as long as you don't have that luck then you will just nothing. I have nothing right now, and I am trying my luck with dice but still, I don't win, so I think it is just the same with voodoo.
Dont force up things to work like on what you are doing right now because it will make you go to the verge of being broke with gambling.
If you arent that lucky then move on and also just play on the amount that you can afford to lose without compromising your life savings and
to sustain your everyday living.Gambling isnt intended to make money but only to have more fun but people are way too extending on their
hopes in making themselves to be rich.No voodoo or rituals can increase luck because it do comes on random basis.
5468  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you guys think about the death cross ? on: October 21, 2019, 12:34:37 PM
Apparently not every news that we see is good and there have been a meeting in NYC of the big investors Who are analyzing the price of Bitcoin and telling how it's looming near the death cross, if it crossed that then it will directly hit the bottom price and People will loose a lot apparently.

Let's keep it realistic , no bitcoins hitting 1 million and such , what do you guys think of the graph ? Why haven't it been moving to a favourable turn and as far as I remember the holiday season is coming so I don't think I would expect a huge price increase Soon , because we all know how holiday season affect bitcoins.

You should at least tag up some charts so that people will able to see on what you are referring into.Death cross? This isnt applicable on bitcoin market
but somehow these sentiments can make out some emotional effects among into its traders.

Yet, we had already seen some Death cross last 2014 https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-price-is-charting-this-death-cross-for-first-time-since-2014
Then what happened? We did even reach new ATH in 2017.
5469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Donating the Gambling profits on: October 20, 2019, 01:39:29 PM
Have you ever thought of donating the gambling profits to a charitable cause ?  Sometime people won a big lottery or very high amount of money from betting & gambling games.  Do you ever thought of being generous and helping the poor with this money ?
Depends!

Because not all would have that kind of good heart on minding or considering to have some charitable works after having a big win.
On my side, donating thing will vary on my mood on that time.I cant say i would definitely donate or wouldnt if i do won.
So this will vary from each gambler.
5470  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Compare Your Trading ideas with others ? on: October 20, 2019, 12:57:04 PM
You know, I respect technical analysis and various trading strategies. But the situation is such that different traders can interpret this or that trading pattern on the chart differently. Therefore, analyzing the conclusions of many traders about how the market will behave can take a lot of time and confuse me. Therefore, I think that the best solution is to peep on the advice of a couple of successful traders and analyze the market yourself. Paid groups of trading signals of course can give valuable information, but here you need to resist the temptation to buy more than it should, thinking that the trading signal will be one hundred percent profitable.
It is better to stick in asking for an advice from the successful traders rather than relying on the trading signals from a paid group. It is more profitable in the long run and it will cost less if you will trade and decide by yourself and not from the signals. If you are a newbie, learn to humble yourself that you don't know enough to be profitable so you should continue to learn from the successful traders and adapt their strategy.
Getting ideas from other traders is much more wiser rather than following on automated trading signal groups same as you said.No trader do had that kind of precise profitable trades that anyone can follow with having a fee. Comparing your trades with others can give out idea that you might able to add it up on your own.

Dont push others ideas to work on your side because each of us do have different perspective while we trade.Decision making and intuition is entire different on each individual.
5471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will kickico -kickex exchange later be a good exchange ? on: October 19, 2019, 05:41:07 PM
kickico has collected 20.000.000 dollars in ico 2017. in Q4 they want to open the new kickex exchange .what do you think? will this exchange be a success? the launch will take place soon . everyone who registers should get $20. but you have to pass kyc  Wink

I have some KickICO tokens gotten from their bounty program wayback in 2017 and until now im still receiving dividends monthly.

Didnt know about on their planned exchange yet i do consider for this project to be long time dead or doesnt have any progress.
and with their $20 free for  KYC? No thanks ill pass with that.
The ICO price of kicktoken is 1ETH for 3000 kicktoken too far from its price now. Its -1000% lost from the start of ICO. Then you ask me what will be the future of this exchange? will answer it no future at all . Grin
Still fresh into my brain on whats the actual ICO price of Kick and yes you can definitely say that they wont really have any more future to had.
Maybe they are making this exchange to find an another shot to revive their own coin but basing on the current condition in the market. Its hard to
believe for this one to rise up from the dead.We cant conclude yet but its most likely to be their destiny.
5472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoin casino bankroll on: October 19, 2019, 04:59:07 PM
well there are some sites like yolodice where you can invest crypto. Many emerging casinos are being opened everyday and you need to keep a look on them to not miss out investing opportunities Wink Because investing in casinos is one of the best investments as you are investing in the house edge!

investment business like this can only come and go or only a first come first serve basis and the late joiners can hardly expect less rewards. i heard that yolodice have close thier investment feature but i also heard that other gambling sites (forgot the name tho ) are now  opening a new feature  which is investment.

there are still pioneers when it comes to this business like for example bitvest.io , which is still standing still.
As an investor theres no such thing about first come first service basis or even late joiners would equally able to receive the same percentage of profits with the house.

The only thing differs here is that they do have limited spots and lucky if you do able to get in too early before they do had a cut-off.Investment with the
house is ideal but dont expect too much on returns because it wont really be similar on what you had anticipated.
5473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will Be 1M$ if all countries Ban it on: October 19, 2019, 03:32:24 PM
IF the whole world ban BTC at first BTC will Crash very hard but only for a few month, Demand will be increased while there will be no Legal Seller, All trade will go to undergrand and  Black market and illegal traffic, sellers will start to selling BTC 50 X more than current price. BTC will be more expensive, As simple as that,
That was an answer for these who said BTC will die if whole world Ban it, So no BTC never Die.
No it wont really be that easy.Talking about global ban.Are you sure that there would be still more people would able to trust up BTC?
Lets say that the entire ban will pertains on how you wont able to cash out btc to fiat would already be a big hindrance for those btc holders.
Yes, there might be still some underground transactions but it wont be enough to raise up that kind of amount of $1m/btc. Even on full adoption globally
its really hard to think or say about these unrealistic numbers.
5474  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price fluctuations - Opportunity or despair? on: October 19, 2019, 03:08:07 PM
Traders get oppurtunity when prices fluctuates to move their investment and benefited from it.Manipulations are always in every stream and whales manipulate prices in crypto market. So its just your decision that which time suits you.
Obviously, if you are a trader and you want to take advantage of it you can but the reality is that its because we have no regulations which is actually a good thing. This way fluctuations are actually an opportunity definitely not a despair.

There is nothing that keeps bitcoin from being 1 dollar or 1 million dollars, I am talking about technical and legal aspects here and not financial ones, there is a ton of things keeping bitcoin going to 1 dollars and 1 million dollars financially but nothing technically nor legally so that means price will definitely move up and down like crazy since nobody can do anything about it.

If a stock goes up too much, SEC takes a look at it and sees if it was legit or fake, nobody takes a look at bitcoin. Hence, it is the deregulation and not financial reasons.

Its like a double edge sword though when we do talk about fluctuations but this is way more better than dealing with stable coins like we do see on forex and stocks which
prices are way too slow to move. How can we make money out for those minimal movements? Yes it is somehow better for stabilization but in terms of profitability then its less.

Opportunity if you are positive towards it and if you dont take it seriously and let yourself lose constantly then this one would create some despair.
5475  Economy / Gambling / Re: GameKatana - Player To Player Matches on: October 19, 2019, 02:22:36 PM
Are you serious with this kind of design?

Next, how can i trust you up with my funds?
Next, how can we verify if the other players arent part of the house?
Next, how to verify to those who won?
5476  Economy / Marketplace / Re: $1 Billion Dollar’s Worth of Cryptocurrency Stolen in 2018 on: October 19, 2019, 01:50:19 PM
It is a huge amount. Hackers nowadays are focusing to steal the crypto funds, especially the crypto exchanges, and unfortunately, they reached a good level of success in many cases. Lastly, we remember the hacking of MyEtherWallet and Cryptopia, just for examples. There are other big amounts stolen by getting the private keys of the BTC and ETH wallets.
true, some exchanges with weak security systems are targeted, hackers now often direct their attacks to cryptocurrency exchanges, with the big amount of funds stored in it maybe if they succeed in breaking into the system they will get rich instantly.
because breaking into an exchange system is very difficult, direct attacks on cryptocurrency users still exist.

What do you mean that it's difficult, many exchanges has been breached already, including Binance (although the hackers have colluded with someone inside allegedly), so it's not that hard actually. The thing with cyber criminals is that they are really good at it. They really stalked crypto exchanges for many months before finally executing their plans.

So it's a combination of skills, hard work as well, and then one day when everyone thought that crypto exchanges are safe, they will attack, get everything that their hands can reach get out used mixing services to hide the trail or sometimes they won't moved it at all and again wait for the perfect time when everyone is not looking.
For scammers and hackers they would tend to let the issue or fire would cooldown before they do tend to move those funds.Even me as a hacker would definitely do the same.  Cool
No exchange is safe on what most platforms do promise on.Yes, we can think off that there might be some inside job in these cases but no one can really still make a conclusion since these were only alleged or speculations but high chances this would be most likely the case. This crypto space would involved lots of hacking events and it would continue
because this market do involved millions and billions of dollars.
5477  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't run for merits! on: October 19, 2019, 01:05:02 PM
This thing is in my mind for very long time now I decided to share with other forum members.

I can see lot of threads and guides for the newbie and other forum members says about "How to get merits",but is that necessary to chase merits? I never wanted to run behind merits because for me its like I am changing my attitude and posting behaviour to get something in return.Just be yourself and learn more about cryptos, why we wanted it and of course how to make money using cryptos.Help fellow forum members in the way you can,if you got recognized then merits will follow you up.

Ignore this topic if you didn't learn anything from this topic,I just wanted to say how I feels about getting merit. Smiley
Who doesnt want to get merits? Even if you do say that it do changes up your behavior then its your choice. We know that

"merit" is the primary requirement for you to rank up and also most people do know that the higher the rank do earn more in terms of bounties
and signature campaigns or any other related task. This is why they do normally having those aims on how to earn merits.
Even if you dont chase up you would really mind on how to get it faster.

5479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's most important to you in a crypto betting platform? on: October 18, 2019, 02:06:19 PM
In addition, I pay attention to how long the site has been working. If the site is newly registered, then perhaps as soon as it collects more deposits, it may disappear. Therefore, I choose time-tested gaming sites.
it certainly depends on the manager of the gambling site itself, because there are some who have recently launched a gambling site or can be said to be a new gambling site, but have received many positive responses from users. maybe because the site provides an interesting concept and the many bonuses given by related sites that make users feel comfortable when playing gambling in it
I have confidence in those gaming sites that conduct their signature campaign on the forum. While they are conducting the campaign, I am sure that they will work honestly. Otherwise, they will receive very bad advertising.
Not at all. There were gambling sites that advertised into this forum did fail or become scam in the end even if they do run off some signature campaign. Its not an assurance of
legitimacy because anytime those gambling site owners would changed up  their mind and start to stole users funds. It isnt bad to trust them though by using up some small amounts on testing phase.

Going back on topic on whats the most important thing to me is on fairness, next would be their sites design and the game itself.
5480  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New scam technique on Telegram. on: October 18, 2019, 01:29:10 PM
I don't know if you noticed this kind of scam previously but I noticed it first time. So wondered to share with community.

Please take a look on below picture.

Discovered it from PundiX group. You may noticed that scammer using user name on Bio and he doesn't use any username. This is really confusing matter. If you are not familiar with this kind of scam then you might fall into this trap. Scammer might ask your personal details, private keys or may offer any bonuses. So be careful if you receive any greedy offer on telegram. Please match username with main group and verify it.

Most of newbies wouldn't think much and probably they might fall. So please share it with your friends.

I wont say that this is some sort of new way of scamming thru telegram but you actually made a good spot out for this one.

The only problem here is that, majority doesnt even know how to scan out which one is legit if they havent check it for the first time.
On first glance they would thought that those are real usernames without reading up that Bio tagged. If you are careless enough then you would surely fall on.

Lastly, there would be no someone will ask out account credentials even if they are the true owner or team and with that alone its already a red flag.
