5481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Warning: Cardano can drops to 0.5$ and Ethereum to $800 on: May 30, 2021, 10:55:50 AM
Are you a whale trying to trigger some sort of panic selling  in the market to get cheap coins??

For starters what are you basing your prediction on, like you said this time it's different we have institutional investors and more players in the market, a drop in price will trigger more buys to push price higher and let's not forget there is a limited supply to go round so this will trigger demand.
5482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin last till infinity on: May 30, 2021, 08:48:34 AM
I think it can, because from my observation let's just say things look like no bitcoin no crypto... not that the crypto ecosystem can't survive without BTC  but its the relation and the history which puts bitcoin to be at the top and keep going. In simple  terms we are made to believe so.

I believe Bitcoin can't be banned or destroyed by the government because of its decentralized nature.
Govts can't ban btc agreed but With the current attack on miners that's one way of controlling bitcoin because  the government is responsible for the power generation which  can determine how we consumers use it. This government  control has been felt as can be seen by the dip in price as the government put pressure on miners.

Quite true with what op has said, which is why every trading style can be applied on the crypto market.

Be it trading fundamentals, applying technical analysis or whatever works for you will work here, but do we also categories  tweets from Elon to be news as well?

Quote
I realize also that at every bull or bear, the market is waiting for a news to change the direction. Like such news from Elon musk is capable to do that and now I realize the power of such influence on the market. The fud gradually caused huge dump because it created panic, though price is recovering as bitcoin is appreciating.
Could it be people look at these for market direction because we don't have expert advisors/analysts that aren't bias.
5484  Bitcoin / Press / [2021-05-28] Biden’s 2022 Budget Includes New Crypto Reporting Proposals on: May 29, 2021, 10:55:38 PM
President Joe Biden’s 2022 budget proposal includes several new crypto reporting requirements, according to a pair of documents published Friday.

The budget published Friday, the first from the Biden administration, includes two proposals that would give the Treasury Department additional requirements around what type of information financial institutions must report to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or other Treasury sub-departments.

The first proposal, mentioned in the White House budget itself, would “expand broker information reporting with respect to cryptocurrency assets.”

A Treasury Department “Green Book” provided more context, saying the proposed change would “expand the scope of information reporting by brokers” by allowing them to share information across different jurisdictions that have partnered with the U.S.

The document states:

"The proposal would require brokers, including entities such as U.S. crypto asset exchanges and hosted wallet providers, to report information relating to certain passive entities and their substantial foreign owners when reporting with respect to crypto assets held by those entities in an account with the broker."

Gross proceeds, sales and “substantial foreign owners” in passive entities would be included in these reports.

The proposal would take effect for returns filed after Dec. 31, 2022, according to the document.

“Tax evasion using crypto assets is a rapidly growing problem. Since the industry is entirely digital, taxpayers can transact with offshore crypto exchanges and wallet providers without leaving the United States,” the Treasury Department document said as an explanation for the proposal.

Information reporting
The 2022 budget includes several other crypto reporting requirements, according to the Treasury document.

The second proposal to introduce a “comprehensive financial account reporting” structure for tax compliance purposes, would require financial institutions to report data on user accounts with a breakdown on different types of transfers above a de minimis threshold of $600.

This would include crypto asset exchanges and custodians, the document said.

“Separately, reporting requirements would apply in cases in which taxpayers buy crypto assets from one broker and then transfer the crypto assets to another broker, and businesses that receive crypto assets in transactions with a fair market value of more than $10,000 would have to report such transactions,” the proposal said.

5485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC or TRX? to have most potential from here (15/05/2021) on: May 29, 2021, 09:55:49 PM
Hi, so about LTC.
It's been an underperformer this bull run. It's BTC pairing has not performed as well as other top Alts. It's dropped out of the top 10 to #12
Rankings don't mean much to me,  but I think the ltc dev team have not invested much into the marketing side of this project  and they would give an excuse of not having funds because this didn't go through an ico.

TRX - also an underperformer. It's BTC pairing hasn't even hit it's 2020 high, let alone 2019.
Meanwhile ADA/BTC and ETH/BTC are up at their 2018 levels.
Tron being a competitor to ethereum was suppose  to win users  when eth fees  were extremely high but unfortunately these guys didn't capitalize on this flaw which seems almost fixed. For now it remains in the shadows of eth.
5486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 29, 2021, 08:40:53 PM
My word,  did Pulisic just fail to put that behind the goal 😳 to secure their UEFA title....

With the way these guys are playing For me its a wrap, Chelsea have been the better team here and I my judgment was all in favor of Manchester city who were the favorites.

I feel played by these guys..Will see if anything can change in the dying minutes.

5487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: May 29, 2021, 08:31:43 PM
Dogecoin  for me was going to sleep  not until  the hype man  discovered it and went hard with his marketing via  Twitter.

Tbh without Elon I don't see  doge surviving, which is a fact.  It can't be a coincidence  that Elon started  tweeting  about it and it soared no....all this happened because Elon had a hand in its resurrection, and it's survival depends on him.
5488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 29, 2021, 07:52:25 PM
Against all odds  Chelsea leads Manchester  city  by one goal with a few minutes to  go before half time and with this result it puts city  In a position they didn't want to be.

Time to go back to the drawing board and see what they can change to get back into the game.

This is going to be a long night or will it be dejavu.
5489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon tweet again that he is supporting Crypto against Fiat on: May 29, 2021, 06:54:26 PM
After a long time, a tweet which could see crypto bullish  but I thought  he took the advice of investors  that insisted  that he stops  these tweeting habits about crypto as his seen to do more damage than Market maker's  trying to manipulate the market.

There is no bad PR. Elon Musk willingly or not, has succeeded in promoting the industry and this is a good thing - long term. Short term though, it looks horrible. There is no need to hate him.
True, No bad pr  but I see him to be the main beneficiary in all this and I think his had better success tapping into the world of crypto  to benefit his business.
5490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 29, 2021, 06:18:40 PM
Team news is out and for Manchester City no Rodri as expected!

Manchester City starting 11: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Dias, Zinchenko, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Mahrez, Sterling, Foden

Chelsea starting 11: Mendy, Azpilicueta, Silva, Rudiger, James, Jorginho, Kante, Chilwell, Mount, Havertz, Werner

I will be biased here but PeP is going for it, seeing the front line of Gundogan, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Mahrez, Sterling, Foden city means business!

Patson Daka Red Bull Salzburg striker Market Watch

Liverpool are interested in signing prolific striker Patson Daka but one of their Premier League rivals are favourites to sign him.

However, the article states that West Ham United are now favourites for Daka's signature as they look to replace Sebastian Haller who departed for Ajax in January in a £20million deal.

5492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 29, 2021, 04:12:44 PM
Is the match between Holstein Kiel and Köln a Bundesliga match  ? I ask because  I saw something  like GERMANY: Bundesliga - Relegation - Final why is this being considered a relegation final  for starters? Isn't koln relegated already???

Update 10 minutes in the game : Holstein Kiel 1-2 Köln

This match looks like it will have quite a  number of goals.
5493  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [*WITH WARRANTY*] ENTERTAINMENT WORLD (Netflix|CBS|Hulu|Disney+|Spotify) on: May 29, 2021, 03:45:13 PM
I need Netflix trials, are they available?
As far as I know Netflix  scrapped  out it's trail  service  because  people abused this which looked like it wasn't  benefiting  the company in anyway! With  this information  it's safe for me to say you are unlikely  to find any trail  service of Netflix as of now.

OP couldn't find the Netflix  section from your store is this service  still running, if yes link want an account Smiley

5495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 29, 2021, 01:25:10 PM
the only position I'm unsure of is in defensive midfield between Fernandinho and Rodri, who do you guys think will start between the two of them, or will they both start the game?
I think Rodri will start. Pep has relied on him throughout the league, I don't expect that to change in the most important match of the season. Fernandinho is almost 37 years old and his best days are behind him.

I am more concerned about the attack of Man. City and how that is going to look. Will he feature a side with Jesus and Steerling or continue with what he did against PSG where he didn't have a proper striker from the start and played with Mahrez and Foden upfront?
I don't think Rodri will start , I still feel he has not paid for his last  mistake when they faced Chelsea in their last encounter and whats scary  about this match is Chelsea has beaten City twice in the last month and getting to meet again would affect their
psychology.

In other news Gundogan ruled out after clashing  with fernandinho while training but as you all know City has plenty of options.
5496  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paypal is going to allow users to withdraw coin to other wallet on: May 29, 2021, 05:38:32 AM
Am sure PayPal did all this to first give themselves time to understand how the crypto market works before committing more resources to this.

Let's not forget crypto isn't like fiat, and for PayPal they understand this business quite well but when it comes to crypto its difficult to detect fraud and all illicit activities and to counter
this systems have to be put in place to try manage it which will take a lot of trail and error.

At the end of it all this is good news, bullish news to be precise!
5497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most of your coins are going to be worthless in years. on: May 29, 2021, 05:23:56 AM
Those coins that can't stand the test of time are just there to enrich the the devs and a few early adopters.

Which is why if a coin does not have a community to back it, buy low wait for the pump and sell then leave, it doesn't always happen sometimes coin fails to take off and dies as a shitcoin, the reality of our crypto life 😉.
5498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which assets should I invest in during the current market drop? on: May 28, 2021, 11:54:42 PM
I think the best coins to go for are those that showed  lots of potential  when markets  were bullish because these tend to be on most people's wish list and once they go low everyone  buys and we shall see these bounce back and maybe post  new  ATH.

Watch list bnb, eth, tron and a whole lot more.
5499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 28, 2021, 11:26:37 PM
Chelsea vs Man City is so thrilling...
the Chelsea squad must be ready in terms of mentality and stamina.

Quote
Michael Owen thinks that Man City will actually lift the Champions League trophy. Owen thinks The Citizens will take revenge for their defeat in domestic competition.
well Owen, as a Chelsea supporter I appreciate your prediction, but see tomorrow how Chelsea will lift the trophy and make you cry Cheesy

This makes you  sound biased, are you a Chelsea fan?

I hope these Chelsea boys are ready because  this will be a long day for them  no two ways about it!

Not forgetting a revenge match which should be interesting to watch as city will be out guns blazing.

Prediction: Manchester City 3-0 Chelsea
5500  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which exchange is best for trading? on: May 28, 2021, 10:52:58 PM
I am new in this sector. Learning a day by day. I have interest in trading. Many of my friends suggested me different exchange. So now i am confused. Can yoy help me to find out a Best exchange for trading?
Trading is generalized, so what exactly or how do you want to trade?

Are you into leveraged trading or perpetual trading or just ordinary trading which involves buying low and selling high?

Have you done candle reading, chart interpretation...let me not scare you but you could find this stuff all over YouTube and the best part is it's free of charge.

Trading is quite a complex field if I can put it this way, but it's worth the time, good luck 👍.
