5501  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will governments do next to manipulate Bitcoin? on: May 30, 2020, 03:35:32 PM
Question to you:
What, do you think, the governments of different countries will do next to manipulate Bitcoin? Will it be to drive the price up or down?

When you say government of different countries I just had to laugh as I just tried Imagining the government of my country "Nigeria" trying to pass a bill that'll influence the market globally either by creating FOMO or FUD which sounds unachievable. The top world power countries like China and US just like others have highlighted are the only countries which can successfully influence the market as they have done exactly that in the past.

Although, judging from current market reaction to such news don't think they'll have as much influence as they previously did in regards to negative news but the positive ones like adopting or recognizing bitcoin as an asset or currency will definitely have a impact on the market as it'll act as a catalyst that spikes the price in anticipation for future profits.
5502  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you believe that bitcoin will have a stable price in the future? on: May 30, 2020, 11:16:57 AM
Do you? I believe yes, after some years, if more people get into bitcoin, the price will stop somewhere and it will change slowly.

If by stable, you meant like the fiat then obviously No but if the stable you meant is related to the reduction in the volatility of the price of bitcoin then I'll say yes, as there's every possiblity of bitcoin achieving that. If you have noticed in some months bitcoin tends to act stable in some manner by moving in a close price range until previous times when the volatility tends to increase.

Bitcoin is currently been undervalued, for an asset with just a supply of 21million and a world population of billions couple with the number of millionaires available, it's just a matter of time before the real worth of bitcoin is uncovered as there won't be enough bitcoin to go round when it finally get the stamp of a safe heaven for Investors.
5503  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: This forum is much more than just signature campaigns... on: May 29, 2020, 12:37:17 PM
That's big when you consider no effort or very little effort was put into receiving those reward. I had always had doubts for free things since after trying few of them and wasn't successful instead ended up wasting my time. The casinos related rewards, I presumed, you had to gamble with the fund or deposit something to be able to withdraw the bonuses you recieved that's why I haven't participated in any of them.

Hope you won't mind indicating the boards you got the rewards to make it easier for those who're either new to the forum (since those are your targetted audience) or those aren't new on the forum but new to this concept of recieving free reward.

Also some examples (link to thread that give you this reward) would had been nice so others can seized the opportunity of similar opportunities when they present itself in the future. Thanks for sharing.
5504  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Project Covid-19 : Supply to 20 families in Nigeria {New Update}. on: May 28, 2020, 05:11:35 PM
This is indeed a kind gesture by cryptopreneurbrainboss personally I knew what some families are passing through in this pandemic period most Nigerian lives from hand to mouth due to bad and corrupt leaders  while those who should have taken up the responsibility of providing palliatives to their teeming populace but ended up in the hands of some corrupt party leaders who gave it out to their cronies and loyalist.
I am touched by this kind gesture these palliatives will surely help these needy families God will reward you bountifully IJN.

You don't have to thank me because this won't had been possible without the help of the community (donators, @Lauda and @Royse777). I just saw an opportunity to put smile on people face and seized it by any means possible. The beneficiary have been thanking me all week long and those that are in serious need of assistance but weren't fortunate to recieve because of the limited supply of the palliative have been knocking on my door, trying their luck to see if they could also get some assistance. I have done the best I can and even given some pocket charge to help them and promise to inform them if something like this comes up again.

The high rate of poverty has increased as a result of those small jobs that helped the average Nigeria get some daily bread been put on hold due to the lockdown. We just pray this nightmare ends soon and everyone can return to their normal life. It was a pleasure distributing this foodstuffs and I would be honored to carry-out this exercise again, if this opportunity does present itself until then, we give to those that helped this outreach become a success.
5505  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Those that hate risks! on: May 28, 2020, 02:56:04 PM
Just reading through the reply and noticed people are emphasizing so much on lossing money been the norm in the market that most new traders will been programmed into thinking lossing money is ok especially when it comes to risky discussion like trading. The main issue here shouldn't be whether you lose or not but what did you learn from the experience. What's the point of a trader continues to loss money and he/she isn't learning from the mistakes that cost that lost.

Why they say lossing is somehow ok to some extent in the trading business is because it should teach you how to better your trade and make you perfect your craft so to avoid future loses but if you're not achieving that then quit and go look for something else that will bring profitability. Not everyone can be a trader, we have great investors that are losing in the market just because they have been pressured into thinking they can be traders.

If you have a problem with risk then there are better ways to take calculated ones that are most likely going to give you profits on the long run which investing should be one of them and not trading.
5506  Other / Meta / Re: Affiliate program as a signature ? on: May 28, 2020, 02:33:20 PM
Without much thought, campaigns (mostly casinos) allowing members to input their referral link are trying benefits from the participants wanting to gains referral commission which motivate them to promote the project in a way which they know will attract patronizer probably in specific boards then it becomes a win-win situation for both the casino and them since additional effort are been added.

My best guess about not seeing tracking link in signature code is as a result of this project already having an assurance of getting their money worth via getting patronizers from campaign carried out on the forum. Most new campaign have those link since they're new to adverting on the forum and wanting to see how profitable it's.

OP your free to run your campaign like others have already indicated and I'm open to working with you. Here's my portfolio; ⬛Brainboss Signature Management Services⬛ don't be shy to drop a message.
5507  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin themed t-shirts? on: May 28, 2020, 06:32:35 AM
Hello every one, I'm going to setup a new store for t-shirt focusing mainly on Bitcoin. Will like to ask, did you ever buy some Bitcoin themed t-shirts? And if possible where? And what do you like most in a t-shirt?

I get them mostly for free and hardly buy like most users have already indicated. In my collections of bitcoin t-shirt never I have owned any that speaks just about bitcoin as it always get accompanied by either those promoting their service like exchanges, meetups, conferences, wallet providers etc or those sponsoring a charity event like the one I just successfully completed.

Over here in Africa, one of the effective ways of promoting your brand is through distributing t-shirt with you logo displayed on them and since bitcoin is quite popular, most project use it's reputation to promote their brands, like I have t-shirts promoting exchanges with bitcoin logo on them.

I'm also fun of customizing my own t-shirt so guess that's why I hardly buy them too. About what I like most, I'll go for high quality since it means your design will last longer. Giving more attention to design than quality is a waste of money although if justice can be done to both then it's better that way.
5508  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is becoming legal in my country! Any business idea? on: May 28, 2020, 04:52:39 AM
Educating your countrymen about the advantage of the industry is one of the most underated service currently in the industry, since majority of the human race aren't aware of the benefits that comes with been an enthusiasts of the industry. If you can enlighten them without caring much about profiting from them, it will go a long way in preventing them from falling victim to thousands of scams that are likely to pop up in your country once the government gives it a go ahead.

Many scammers will seize that opportunity to defraud gullible Investors that'll be hoping to profit from the new approval technology and assuming your countrymen aren't inform they're definitely deformed. Don't rush into wanting to profit from your countrymen because I'm quite certain that's where your mindset is heading at with this question of yours.

Launch a service that'll help enlighten them, the profit will come later. An entrepreneur hopes to solve an existing problem and not technically goes into a business with the mindset of just wanting to make money. So start by solving an existing problem.
5509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: May 28, 2020, 04:34:57 AM
Yeah 2 players shouldn't really change much even if its Salah and Van Dijk to be fair. Sure the league is closer when you go down but in the end 2 players are unlikely from the same team and even if it is that shouldn't really change for anyone. Plus its more important for teams to come back and play and earn money again instead of just waiting for the players to heal back again.

Not supporting the discussion/decision that brought about this debate of how impacting, two players can be to a team. But do understand two vital players of a team can have an impact on how the team perform if they're absent, it messes with their mentality especially if they were the ones delivery every game and keeping the spirit of fhe squad wanting to win more.

Liverpool first leg against United was a draw which Salah was absent for that match but can you remember what happened in the second leg which Salah was featured in? That's to should how vital some players are. (Forgive me if this example isn't perfect since it's been quite long I watched anything related to football and beginning to forget some stuff, but hope my message is passed acrossed).

Same example can be given with Alisson's injury that brought about some doubt to Liverpool maintaining their perfect form since they couldn't keep the ball out of their goalpost.
5510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble to escape your problem? on: May 28, 2020, 04:20:10 AM
We shouldn't blame them because it's not even our money. As long as they don't spend too much then I guess there's no problem with it.

The idea of letting someone surfer in their problem just because it isn't ours is a childish mindset. Some of this gamblers are just one step away from over coming their addict as a result of constantly gambling just to avoid their problem.

Probably you were the one who would had helped them  achieve that but since you have the mindset of the money been spent isn't your money it becomes difficult to intervene.

It doesn't matter if the current money been spent isn't that much as wasting money gambling starts gradually until it accumulate to the extent you can't control your spending anymore which becomes a big problem.
5511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Choice To Stay Longer Online Or Casinos on: May 27, 2020, 10:07:58 PM
Where do you play longer hours online casinos or casinos?

From personal experiences, I get bored majorly when gambling for a longer period of time online unlike when I gamble in physical casino. Online casinos make you self isolated which is kind of frustrating especially when you aren't winning as you expected.

Both casinos has it's benefits but since we humans are social animals that depends on social interaction to keep life moving, the benefits in regards paying for a longer period of time has to go to physical casinos. I do understand that some addicts might spend hours gambling online but that can't be compared to the fun and excitement associated with gambling physically which will obviously contribute to the longer period.

If Google can answer every question, why is this forum here a** hole?  How am I making this a big deal, I'm trying to find the most effective way to purchase it and it seems like their is a thousand ways.

Great, atleast you're one of them genuine newbies per say (hopefully). Over my period of assisting newbie on this section of the forum I have encountered many newbies asking this sort of questions and isn't funny anymore when they're repeatedly ask and you realized most of them are just asking so they get noticed and presume to be in help but weren't really in need of the responses they received.

5513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 26, 2020, 07:22:37 PM
Who is interested in Higuain? Chelsea?
He is not worthy any more in the EPL, as he is very old to play in this intensive league.
He should better go back to Argentina and play for River as it would be more relaxing football for him there.

I still think Higuain has some goals left in him to offer so not in support of him retiring back to his homeland or China as the case maybe. Disappointingly, his season at Chelsea and premier league wasn't as superb as we all expected but still a huge fans of his craft. Before we (Chelsea) brought him over to the EPL, higuain was a comfortable goal scorers and I believe he still has a lot to offer even in the EPL.

I would love to see him play as a premier league baller once more and hopefully this time around it won't be disappointing as his previous. I'm too in support he plays for a club with less pressure on them to deliver (so he can enjoy his game) unlike the top clubs hoping to compete for the title and top 4 position. He should play for a club that would still keep him in the news.
5514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble to escape your problem? on: May 26, 2020, 07:07:50 PM
I have read an article about why do people gamble, and one of the reasons is escapism, they tend to gamble to escape the reality of life. There is some person who gambles because of their problems from their friends, love ones, family and career, and one of their ways to escape those problems is to gamble.

If you live in a country like mine you would liking be one of those would will either gamble just to forget about the frustrations the government has poured on the country or drink/smoke just to forget about your daily problems. This problems double immediately you get married especially for individual that don't have their life planned out yet and rushed into marriage due to peer pressure or force marriage as a result of impregnating their dates.

Majority of those who fall victim to this are youths as a result we have them in high number gambling just to escape their problem which is mostly revolves around poverty. Personally I don't engage in gambling for any other reason that doesn't involve getting extra cash for leisure.
5515  Economy / Economics / Re: Can microeconomics help macroeconomics after the pandemic on: May 26, 2020, 02:46:09 PM
Some developing countries who have exportable natural resources have concentrated solely on foreign trade(macroeconomics)abandoning other small scale areas in their country that can also generate income and improve the economy; now with corona virus pandemic hampering foreign trades to an extent and also creating inflation and recession, most of this exportable resources no longer have the value they use to have before, microeconomics can be the first step in seeing the economy through the recovery process.

Don't think this will only affect developing countries as the pandemic isn't subjected just to them. The developed country irrespective of their support for small scale businesses will still be affected in one way or the other. The fact is most countries neglect this sector of the economy and focus more on the big exports. Using Africa as a case study I think this pandemic was the perfect experience they needed to understand the importance of supporting home grown business as oil which was one of their major export has fallen in price which is also affecting other sectors of their economy. Country like Nigeria has seen the inflation of their local currency raisen to all time high.

The central banks are just printing more Naira dumping them into the forex market just to stabilize that sector too as it's one of the most affected sector. Guess the lesson that the pandemic is teaching will make the government look into investing in other sectors like the microeconomics that the OP is referencing on.
5516  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency adoption in Africa on: May 26, 2020, 12:26:53 PM
I remembered an ICO before regarding with the efficiency that they will do for entire Africa by putting up large cables to give fast internet throughout the continent. I just don't know if it was successfully launched or not.

I have my doubts if that particular project you speak off is still in existence or ongoing with the idea they used to decieve Investors to raise thousands (probably millions) of dollars. Africa is seen as a hurting ground for scammers since it's citizens are desperate to win the rat race to defeat poverty. They promise all sort of mouthwatering offers and the sad part is, most of them succeed and run away with millions which would had better the continent to some extent if half of the funds were used as they were intended for. Just like the Akoins project trending currently many will pop up soon with the ideas of bettering the continent and eliminating poverty but they're no different from our corrupt politicians.

Responding to the OP; I think it's no longer news on how African as a continent are seizing the opportunities the industry has to offer. Before now, we were been neglected but from recent news and update I have seen like Binance listing NGN as the first fiat currency to other news. Although, I still think we're far behind in regards to real life adoption but we're recording progress. Did a similar thread something ago title; The used of Bitcoin in Africa that give some insight on how bitcoin (cryptocurrency) are been used over here.
5517  Economy / Speculation / Re: Double bottom @ 3.1k or lower low @ 2k? on: May 26, 2020, 11:45:10 AM
Both scenarios look possible. I would prefer to see a double bottom at 3.1k area (same low an January 2019). That would be very good for a trend reversal in the long term (2022 and beyond). I would finally become a bull!

My optimistic mindset make it hard for me to agree to any of your predicted price. I understand the market hasn't been bullish recently but that doesn't mean if it does dump it'll fall down that massive to all time low. The 4k-5k price margin is quite reasonable and would be my lowest prediction although I do understand the market has all the elements to surprise us at anytime.

We're just weeks into the post halving era so some might say it'll too early to start predicting the reaction of the market which is quite true to some extent but since the market has a way of reacting based on previous occurance I'll still believe some correction is bond to happen but not as low as what the OP has predicted.
5518  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buying Bitcoin on: May 26, 2020, 07:11:36 AM
Do you intend buying bitcoin or just asking questions that Google can easily give you the answers for asking seek? Guess you're not new to the industry (based on your statement above) so why not just get those coins back on the low without making it a big deal or making much noise about them. Those that are truely interested in buying especially those with previous experience, will do that without putting much taught into doing that. Assuming you're interested and inquiring about perfect exchange to used in trading then it'll be understandable.

The two exchange you highlighted in your questions have quite decent fees, just used any of them and get the coins before the train leaves you behind although if I was ask to pick one, I'll recommend Binance as it's far superior to coinbase.
5519  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Tips] A Member ask Me: Merit Value Greater Than Activity. How it happen? on: May 26, 2020, 06:01:50 AM
Your thread just took me back some memories when I was actively contributing in this section of the forum hoping to impact some knowledge I have acquired during my little time been on the forum, (which I did perfectly well). I did a thread titled; Advantages of engaging in quality contributions on the forum. Just have to bring back that thread up as with addition to all the OP has highlighted, the thread could go a long way in helping those interested in improving themselves on the forum to record progress.

Basically anyone wanting to progress can achieve that by reading through some iconic threads that have been previously published by members of the community. It did play a role in my ranking up process and I am 99.9% sure I'll do the same for you. Learn to leverage on others experience and you'll go far be it on the forum or in real life. Great thread OP.
5520  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin ever get past $10K? on: May 25, 2020, 08:58:50 AM
It's already been past halving, yet prices continue to fluctuate between the $9k to $9.5k range. I've noticed that each time prices try to reach $10k, everything "falls out" immediately. Is this a result of price manipulation by whales? At this pace, it's hard to believe that Bitcoin will ever get past $10k. Even if it does get past $10k, reaching a new ATH in price could be quite challenging.

Have you taking sometime to review the high number of sell order been placed at the $10k price mark on most exchanges especially those with high liquidity and reputed per se. Most traders are taking profit at that price, making it impossible for the market to cross that price and that won't be happening anything soon.

The resistance can be seen without must effort in the chart. And like other have also mentioned, it's still too early to start judging, let give bitcoin sometime as it never does disappointed and don't think I'll be doing so anytime soon. Currently we're in the accumulation stage and thats is the best thing to be doing right now instead of debating on the price movement of the market.
