5541  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: December 04, 2019, 05:59:45 PM
^^ Yeah, the announcement was made during that day as well, it is awesome that 3 years has gone so great for bitdice. There are tons of casinos that start and either scam people or they just simply fail and so forth, there has been ton of places that both failed and realized they won't make money so they scammed people in return so forth.

Bitdice has overcome the odds and became one of the most successful ones (I don't know how much profit they are making honestly) and they have been doing it steadily for 3 years which I assume if you can run a casino for 3 years there is no reason why it won't turn into forever, they must have made enough money to save aside for even the biggest of whales winning a ton of money, so I assume this was a breaking point to being a great casino forever.
5542  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betroar.io – Try Bit Brawlers! 💰 UPDATE 11/26: .001 BTC Airdrops Extended! 💰 on: December 04, 2019, 03:54:00 PM
Just because a place has bugs doesn't mean that you shouldn't even test their website, specially when they are literally giving you free money to test their place at this stage. Depositing is something you should do with your own caution to any website of course but at the same time not testing the free stuff is a bit idiotic when there is literally nothing you could possibly lose.

There are bugs but like mentioned many times before it is not game changing horrible bugs, it is just a bit unpleasing ones and I am sorry but for someone like me who plays Fifa and Nba 2k which makes MILLIONS of dollars every year even they do have a ton of bugs, coding is not that simple and sometimes brings out bugs when games are involved. I would personally still suggest this website to everyone with the minor bugs they have.
5543  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: December 04, 2019, 02:57:27 PM
What we know right now is that freebitcoin picked a winner very provably fair way and they also sent him an email, dude can see his profile as well here so basically the winner is all decided and notified. I don't know what happens and if there is "if the real winner doesn't respond to email in 30 days it goes to next winner" or stuff like that.

However, if winner doesn't respond or care, I have no idea what will happen and whats the rules and so forth when that happens. Lets hope that dude gets here eventually and gets his money, if not maybe thequin could enlighten us about what will happen if the winner doesn't respond for years. After all freebitcoin made tons of profit from this and it shouldn't turn into "winner hasn't responded so we are keeping the money" type of situation.
There is no scenario where freebitcoin doesn't pay up, they have paid probably THOUSANDS of bitcoin so far to their faucet claimers, (don't know the real number but I think it is possible with how old they are and how little bitcoin price used to be) so all in all this place already gave out - FOR FREE- hundreds of lambo if you calculate just the free faucet part.

Considering they give out free lottery tickets and free reward points and many other stuff, they have probably given even way more than that. In return? They have 5% house edge... that's it, that's all there is to it, they don't get your money in any other way, just make you gamble with 5% house edge versus %1. If you want to be suspicious about a website, you should at least do your own research.
5544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto world is presently not sane on: December 04, 2019, 08:10:58 AM
In red market its always a good idea to dump once you get the chance because many new projects are just failing even IEO projects dump after few weeks to month of trading but its still better to keep few coins because of tomorrow, no one knows what will happen for sure
Altcoin industry works this way. You must be ready to risk all your 100% of capital here unlike what bitcoin investments require. IEO is just a new version of ICO and expecting those exchanges to filter-out scammers is really a wrong assumptions from investors' side. Some crypto people speculate like 99% of altcoins will bite dust like will hit zero value over the time. This is because altcoins are getting their value from bitcoins and when bitcoin is finding its up-trend, altcoins are falling. So, if bitcoin will rise up in future then altcoin may value in single digit to zero satoshi.

presently take out your profits as soon as you can, if this continues no new project will be spared and its thing that developers needs to start implementing something that will keep a coin or token at a good price, we are in dump season
I guess most crypto adopters might have alright realized about the "season", that is the reason we are seeing altcoins are getting dumped even bitcoin prices are trading relatively stable. I am too afraid of my altcoin stash but I believe out of 25+ coins and tokens, if at least 2 to 5 coins survive and find pumping, I guess I will be able to recover my capital, let's wait what time is having to unfold for all of us.
5545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions about quitting mining on: December 03, 2019, 05:20:06 PM
I think selling the rig is only a good plan if you do not plan to use it. If you want to use the rig there is no point of selling it, if you don't want to use it then whats the point of a rig staying in your basement not being used and collecting dust?

Literally selling it and spending the money on movies or netflix subscription is more valuable than letting it rot in a storage somewhere.

I would totally still use it, it is both helping the ecosystem being faster and cheaper, plus it is also making you some money, maybe it is not profitable but it is still has a revenue that is lesser than the cost so if you can eat the difference you could potentially make a profit in the long run while you are helping the ecosystem yourself. Hopefully you will use it, but if you don't want to use it definitely sell it.
5546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: December 03, 2019, 04:47:03 PM
In recent time cryptocurrency is not in a good shape. Many peoples are losing their money because of fraud but bitcoin is in a good shape and I hope in the year of 2020 bitcoin price will rise more.So it is the high time to invest bitcoin.
I think bitcoin going down before the new year is a good sign for us. It shows that bitcoin is bottoming out eventually and when it finds the bottom it will definitely go up and when it goes up we will make as much money as the hype allows us to. It is not going to be easy, it is going to eat a lot of our money and our sanity while it is being done but at the end we will be able to make some profit out of this.

2020 should be doing a lot better than 2019, the year 2019 started horribly at around 3.5 thousand dollars and peaked almost at 14 thousand dollars, of course there was a big fall (only like half and not even that) but that is due to people taking out their profits, if we end up with slowly increasing prices on top of this (which is double of $3.5k of last years) we may even challenge the ATH prices.
5547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Traderbox. Stop Loss, Take Profit, Trailing, Pending orders on crypto exchanges on: December 03, 2019, 04:06:13 PM
So, you will connect me to one of the above exchanges from your portal?
It means do I need to provide you access through API or some browser extensions? I guess no trader here will be preferring that.

I read some margin trading platforms are providing meta trader kind of stand-alone portal which are known for rich functionality in terms of trading tools and indicators and also they are known for secured access to our capital as that is exchange provided.

I will not prefer any third party tool which requires my exchange's API key/password or anything relevant to that.

By the way, you will get the demo account of 10 BTC which will allow you to learn how to trade and find the perfect strategy without putting at risk the value of your assets.
What are the limitations for this demo accounts? I do see "Get 2 weeks full access TraderBox for free". After 2 weeks, what are your fees?
5548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: This is definitely huge for Binance traders! on: December 03, 2019, 02:36:30 PM
Well, that would be good if you have friends that use binance and want to exchange money between accounts but seriously for just a regular old long term investor like me it doesn't feel like it would make too much of a difference. Sure, I get paid for my work and if binance did something like that maybe it would turn into easier work and less fees and so forth but for me I would have to send it to my local exchange and turn it into fiat anyway so it won't make a HUGE difference to me.

Maybe one day it could possibly change something for someone but to me this is not really that critical. If it was that important right now there would have been pages and pages of discussions about how awesome it is, there is not and hence why its not really THAT important, its not a "must" have, its "good to" have for us.
5549  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term bitcoin trading viewing on: December 03, 2019, 11:59:04 AM
Our data machine told us everything is all right, although bitcoin seems going down in these days. Global central bank negative interest rate, Political instability, halve production of bitcoin , we still can see the postive index of bitcoin, Markets need a 'cardiotonic' .
We all always need some "tonic" for pumping new investors into bitcoin markets. I guess the reasons you have mentioned will be more than enough catalysts to do that. Negative interest rates definitely push people to find a new store of value or interest gaining opportunities after gold. Bitcoin halving is known for triggering huge demand due to less supply. Political instability is a through out year incident across the globe hence it may or may not produces significant impacts into bitcoin markets.

Quote
i believe we will see bitcoin with a nice price in 2020. Smiley
Except the first quarter of 2019, I believe bitcoin managed to have decent prices levels in 2019 itself unlike how it performed in 2018. Compared to 2018, we enjoyed a bullish year in 2019 so far. Hence, it will be easy speculation about 2020 still only time will answer what we are going to have in actual Smiley.
5550  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whales keep getting richer and richer while everybody else is losing... on: December 03, 2019, 10:11:03 AM
Rich people just toy with us in the face of reality and they do not just manipulate the markets but somehow manipulate the feelings of people the emotions as well. Like they sell a ton of bitcoin and suddenly everyone starts to think that bitcoin is dying and it is on a bear run and we all stop buying bitcoin, they return and keep buying bitcoins so it goes up and they hype it up and we are suddenly all thinking it is going to all time high prices.

There is really no middleground because those people have enough money and influence and power to not just change the price of bitcoin but the emotions of all traders as well. Hopefully the "decentralized" nature of bitcoin will soon show its true power with all the trading and all and make bitcoin adopted big enough that it is not only a "way of making money" but just "money".
5551  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOLF.BET - Provably fair dice game $1,000 Daily Race7-day streak bonus on: December 02, 2019, 08:33:13 AM
I understand whatever the reason would be they may want to stay hidden, yet that doesn't mean that everyone would have to deal with that as well. If you don't want to be known or heard, maybe you shouldn't be listed on the top 10 as well? No one says the hidden feature should leave, but the hidden feature should be disallowing you from entering a competition that the main purpose of is to show people is how much you gambled.

If you want to gamble a lot and be on a list then maybe you should agree that your name should be visible. If not then I am sorry but you should not be eligible to play. Of course, wolf.bet will not make the people who gamble the most be disallowed from the betting because they are the ones that make them money but that is what I think some of us think.
5552  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: November 30, 2019, 08:47:29 PM
I totally agree that people should be allowed to gamble whenever they want wherever they want and we don't have the right to tell them otherwise. It is a disgusting world when other people intervene with how you are raising your child. First of all "gambling" concept is foreign to kids, they are most likely seeing this as a "game" their father plays just like they play fortnite or whatever small kids play right now.

Do you really think it is worse for a father to play a game where it is hurting absolutely nobody and has fun over what kids are playing these days killing 100 people in a closed island and hitting each other with bazookas or whatever? Just like video games not making people murderers, gambling doesn't make them degenerates neither, these are all things we do in confined places of our houses, not reflecting into the society.
5553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 30, 2019, 04:55:11 PM
It seems like the Toronto Raptors stays the same after Leonard left the city. I can say, Siakam and Vanvleet really has potential when I was watching them in the 2019 NBA finals against GSW. Leonard just took all the credit because he's a superstar.
Raptors can still beat the Bucks in a seven game series this season.
They are not really "same after Kawhi left" because last season Kawhi wasn't making that much difference during the regular season neither. He played maybe 60 games or so? He wasn't really the big factor on the regular season games but on the playoffs Kawhi seriously brought all of his power and he was the reason why they got a championship.

Even without Kawhi raptors are a great team and the difference between Kawhi leaving and Kawhi playing has been recovered by Siakam and OG playing much better which combined makes up for the lack of Kawhi, however when the day comes and they play on eastern finals or regular finals and what not they may need Kawhi to take that last shot, defend that one superstar, have that one streak of field goals. This season all 3 big eastern teams could go to finals and I think that makes it so entertaining.
5554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just earned my first 9$ in Bitcoin Cash, how can I grow it? on: November 30, 2019, 02:36:09 PM
What can I do with this 9$ worth of Bitcoin Cash to make it grow in a short time?
Why not repeat the already known method to earn another $9 ? I understand that might be an unique opportunity which you may not get again and again. If not, I highly recommend to go for repeating the same to earn more. Because, earning in real life and getting paid in cryptos must be an easiest way for anyone to get cryptos in sustaining way. Trading or anything else may not get you continuous nor consistent income stream.

Should I trade cryptocurrencies? How about trading bots?
You may try crypto trading after learning it. But, I guess $9 will not be an appropriate capital for anyone to start with. But, you may keep your bitcoincash for some longer duration so that it will gain value over the time against bitcoins. This is also another way of trading, known as holding.
5555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you stake? Exchange or wallet? on: November 29, 2019, 06:03:28 PM
Considering the safety of your coins and the simplicity of staking process, do you stake in centralized exchanges or you consider using crypto wallets that supports staking like imtoken, trust and atomic wallet.

Where do you stake?
I think before binance everything did made sense to keep it on your own wallet and stake, or something like a virtual pc VPS type of deal where you can keep it (with protections and backups of course) but after binance I started to feel like maybe the best way to keep your money could be binance?

I am not really entirely sure and I haven't moved my money there just yet but I feel like binance is such a huge place that they could not only help you get faster payments on your staking (the amounts are same but bigger amount gets paid faster so when all of us combined we get the same money but faster and smaller instead of bigger and longer) but also might start on masternodes as well.

For example, one dash masternode was around 1000 dash if I am not wrong which is not something everyone can do, but if 1000 people get together it becomes much easier.

5557  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bobby lee predicts Bitcoin price to reach $1 Million in a Decade on: November 12, 2019, 07:58:59 AM
One decade must be a far long duration for bitcoins to attain one million dollar value. Within next 10 years bitcoin may have at least 3 halving which will definitely make bitcoin as a precious one. Other than this definite/scheduled halving, we cannot expect how many of common people will be discovering the benefits of adopting bitcoins. They may not stop after adopting bitcoins, but they will spread out bitcoins by their word which might do what we are unable to speculate in terms of bitcoin price levels.

Mc Affee speculated about $1 million levels for bitcoin in 2020. I guess that still possible, if bitcoin will be showing a new ATH before the end of 2019. If not, it may happen by 2021 or 2022. If bitcoin manages to trade above $20k by next month, then we can expect prices to double for every month which may lead to $800k to $950k levels by the time of 2020 ending.

Remember, by November 2017 bitcoin prices doubled from $10k to $19.3k in less than 25 days. This was showing us that anything may happen in a bull market. This is the reason I am saying $1 million in 10 years is too easy prediction for bitcoin markets.

I am sure the upcoming halving will take bitcoin prices to one million dollars. If that fails then the next halving will take. I am 200% sure. The possibility of my prediction to go failed is purely lying with some powerful government's decisions.
5558  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Halving Effect??? on: November 12, 2019, 06:25:57 AM
Bitcoin halving is expected in May, 2020. From what I've been reading about halving, it seems that it should have a positive effect on any crypto coins pricing.
As per basic economic rule of supply and demand, all the reduced supply will result in positive effect on prices. No exception for any commodity in this world. Also, bitcoin halving has indirect consequences to bitcoin prices in terms of bitcoin mining. We cannot ignore the role of mining process in deciding the price of bitcoin. After halving, due to reduced supply, many new mining aspirants may choose direct investing into bitcoin rather than setting up a mining farm. So, be optimistic about up surge on bitcoin prices after halving.

Today I read about Litecoin/LTC halving on August 5, 2019 and the halving effect after three months is negative, it's down 30% since the halving.
Same thing happened with litecoin on its previous halving too. One probable reason might be whale's manipulation. Market always react in opposite way. People keep buying with the expectation of double the price due to halving whereas prices went dumped 30% even after the halving.

After a year from the first halving of litecoin, litecoin prices peaked to its ATH. But, that was fueled by entire crypto space's bull run. We can expect same thing to happen this time around too.
5559  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: November 12, 2019, 05:43:55 AM
The whole world is a set of systematic randomness. 2 people in one city cannot go crazy and go jump from the roof. More precisely the probability of such event is extremely small. We don’t see 5 times in a row bust at 1x, (I saw 3) just as we don’t see 10 times in a row at 10x, we can build an algorithm that tracks a sequence of rare events after which will start the game.
Don't get me wrong there are still possibilities and there are rare instances, so yes you are right that when you build a strategy you feel like you are doing it based on what is rare and what is not rare. Yet what you are forgetting is that the game CAN go 1000x twice in a row, the game CAN go 1.13 10 times in a row, just because it is rare doesn't mean it is impossible, the word "impossible" here is not used figuratively but literally, it is literally possible to make insane moves.

Now of course, you can make more money by chasing the rare events because they are rare so you would lose "rarely" but that doesn't mean it won't happen. Which means you will make a profit for a long time and hit a bad luck couple times in a row and lose all your money, the only difference between you and someone who lost all his money on first try would be the time you guys spent.
5560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction at its Worst! on: November 12, 2019, 04:17:50 AM
The worst thing that's happened to me directly as a result of gambling was almost spending money I needed for daily expenses a few years back; fortunately I was able to come to my senses shortly after realizing what I had nearly done and I've never gambled more than I could ever afford to lose since then, but I do know a lot of people don't end up nearly this lucky from my personal experience.
Gambling usually starts as a little and then slowly grows as an important thing of life which is more than like food for life. Gamblers do allocate very little fund for gambling in the beginning days and then that allocation will occupy the entire budget. It is happening for each and every gambler because there is no limit for everything in gambling. Gambling will influence its player at psychological level so whatever thing happens in gambling will result in continuing it which is the root cause of addictions.

I've since only gambled for entertainment every now and then to avoid any sort of serious addiction, and it's been working fine for me.
This is really inspiring. I read and saw, even gamblers who touch it periodically and for fun reasons getting addicted but people who retain their ability to stop at willing, getting chances to stay safer. Gambling addiction is always dangerous but controllable when gambler is responsible.
