5585  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can't Log-in to Binance on: May 08, 2020, 05:14:48 PM
Abandoned two of my Binance account due to this same issue, luckily on this two occasion I had no fund in any of them (as I only deposit funds when I'm about trading with the platform) probably just some few cent were lost on the second occasion. I think it has to do with how long your account has been inactive, you'll begin to experience this issue because that's how mine happened on the two different occasion. Tried all the recommendation above but it didn't work, still don't understand why. I even wrote to their support but their solution was just too time wasting for me as I needed an urgent trade executed.

OP if you have tired all the suggestion above and it still didn't work and also the account isn't that valuable to you, just create a new account. And try to be active by logging in frequently, atleast that's what I have been doing and haven't experience similar issue on my account. If you do get a solution, just mention @(my username), so I'll be informed too. Thanks

PS
It would be great to know the fees before withdraw because they are pretty high.

Just have to second this thought, I was about dropping the same suggestion with addition to the option I just discovered as I was reading through comments here. I never knew the beta website has an option to choose which speed of withdraw you want or the site was even up and running. Thought it was still in the test phase and can't be used for withdrawal.

Nevertheless I withdrew with the old website and the default withdrawal option fees was just too high spent almost ~0.0017 satoshi (~$17). Giving us a preview of what fee to expect as wwzsocki have suggested will be a great plus to the new site.
5587  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sudden fall in bitcoin price after successful halving, Post-halving prediction. on: May 08, 2020, 07:07:35 AM
But I'm not 100% sure about that, if Bitcoin will manage to break the $10-11,000 resistance it can reach higher prices, so the eventual correction will bring us to something that we have right now or even higher.

No issue that's why it's called speculation, none of us are always 100% sure. The greedy investors side in me don't what to see this happen as I'll always want to keep making profit but that can't just be the case. There's no denying that the halving FOMO brought in many new Investors that their emotions haven't been tested yet which is likely going to happen soon and without any doubt they'll fall victim to FUD.

I'm still optimistic about the pre-halving price of bitcoin irrespective of the supposed slow moving I think it peak within the price range of $11k - $12k and the post-halving price will take it down within $6k - $7k.
5588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Play? on: May 08, 2020, 06:48:21 AM
PS: instead I'll go gamble somewhere else and hopefully after making enough profit, I'll decide on how many percentage I intend donating to not just some charity organization but the helpless fellow on the street where I reside.

That's a hard job to do, unless you are a winner in gambling,.. the reality is most of us are losing in gambling, and the casinos always wins so they are the ones who should be giving donation as they make a lot of money, whatever their system is the main intention of the gambler is just to win and if we are lucky that's the time we can think of donating our money, but like I said, it's a hard job to do.

That's what make it special, and good in the sight of the Lord. When you plan towards giving to those in need, the blessing of the Lord locates you and probably that day might just be one of your luckiest in regards to winning big. We shouldn't mandate people to give people because you feel they're the ones benefiting more from a system. Every individual should learn to give willingly even when you don't have enough for yourself. Learn to share the little you have. The casinos might donate thousands of dollars and to the eyes to men, they have done well but only God who reads the heart knows better.

PS: most of those donation from the casino might just be an avenue to promote themselves as good and also to get more customers from the community they're exercising this charity in. Nevertheless, if the casino willingly does this then I got no issue with that, it's their choice but they shouldn't be mandated to do so. Lets not force giving and take the whole fun out of it by making it a business.
5589  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10k$ Bitcoin is Very much possible for now! on: May 08, 2020, 06:35:42 AM
it looks like a lot of day-trader-fingers were on the proverbial big red sell button as soon as price hit $10k, they didn't even let the price go higher before they press it. it is interesting to note that there is a big momentum still in the market even though the panic is also there and is going against it.

That's just day traders playing with their toy (keeping the market active and making it interesting to followed lol). The take profits bots are those keeping the price below that $10k zone. Without much research that price will be the perfect take profit target of most traders. We're just three days from halving and three days is enough time for anything to happen in the industry. It might take bitcoin more 24hrs to cross $10k trading price but in matter of minutes exceed $11k.

The breaking of the resistance level at ~$9,4k yesterday was something won't celebrating and it almost looked like bitcoin will continue with the momentum to cross the $10k trading price although that didn't happen but we just have to keep believing though.
5590  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can you trust a cryptocurrency exchange? on: May 08, 2020, 06:18:29 AM
It totally depends on what they should be trusted for. Using binance as an example, since they have put in work to make their platform very user friendly that even a newbie with no experience can create an account, buy any coin of their choice without much difficulties then obviously you can easily vouch for them to be trusted in regards to that. Same too can be said about vouching for them as a trading platform, both for spot and future market.

In regards to trusting them with your money, small funds that are used for your trades can be kept with them but you should never trust any platform, be it wallet providers or exchange that isn't your personal wallet (which you should obviously have control over your private keys) to store your money for you. These platforms can easiy be hacked/shutdown and in the process you lose access to your funds.
5591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vaccine against Covid-19 should be made before sports events will take place? on: May 08, 2020, 06:06:51 AM
So what do you think?

a) wait for the vaccine even it will take years, end of the discussion

This can never be the perfect solution as it's killing the system even more, we're social animals that need interaction with others daily but when that's altered it becomes a problem. I did some research online to back my assumptions and I got to understand we're going about containing the pandemic the wrong ways as when all this is over the chances of contacting those minor disease that our immune system would had tackled easily will increase which will cause a lot of problem even deadlier than the Corona virus.

Option two is more recommended, but the no audience criteria is total bullshit instead they should reduced the number of audience that will be allowed to witness the event. Sport isn't complete without fans to cheers the participants of that sporting event.
5592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Play? on: May 08, 2020, 05:56:01 AM
If something like this exist, will you still play? Do you think it is a bad idea to make the users make a donation in this way?

Charity shouldn't be forced on people, it makes no sense and even God won't accept such acts as giving to those that are in need because you were been forced to give and it's not from your honest heart. Assuming the platform has an option to choose whether you intend participating in the charity rules then I won't mind using the platform but it becomes compulsory that every gambler must accept that condition as a result of it been imprinted in their terms and conditions, I won't patronage such casinos.

PS: instead I'll go gamble somewhere else and hopefully after making enough profit, I'll decide on how many percentage I intend donating to not just some charity organization but the helpless fellow on the street where I reside.
5593  Economy / Reputation / Re: Connected account which once cheated on MOONX Sig Campaign and Mozo sig campaign on: May 07, 2020, 07:40:30 AM
Do we have any thread where we can report ban evasions so that mods can look into the profiles and ban if appropriate?
As ar as I know there is no any such as thread.

There is but don't know how effective that thread is, just remember Stherapist created a thread on that back in early January; Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban] you can use his thread as a reference point to highlight all the needed evidence to validate your report, copy the link to your reply and report to moderators or simply do that on this thread and direct the moderator to your reply via a link reference.

Good job OP, tagged all accounts as well although I noticed you didn't archived any of the evidence of the user abusing the campaigns in question, that's not a professional work lol. Keep it up.
5594  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who thinks Bitcoin will hit $250,000 by early 2023 on: May 07, 2020, 03:06:41 AM
Tsk, tsk, tsk...no offence but that will be the wildest dream and prediction i have come across. I would not expect bitcoin to bubble up like what it did in 2017 but it can surely increase to about $30k maximum. $250K is insane and not something likely to happen so let's be realistic here.

In 2014 if someone who had told you bitcoin was going to be trading at $10,000 at some point who you had believed? Fast forward to 2016, if you were been told in just a year time, the price of bitcoin will be trading around or I'll touch the $20k price range  would you had also believed?. Bitcoin does the insane, those price/achievement you think are just insane to achieve is what bitcoin does. How many asset or commodity can boost of achieving a record gain of $1000 in a day in this economy crises, none.

With bitcoin, due to the finite supply, any trading price is achievable provided the demand for bitcoin keep increasing as we're experiencing. Although what I'm mostly concerned about is, bitcoin retaining any predicted price and not just touching the price to dump immediately. I'll prefer bitcoin trading at around $30-$50k without dumping below that price range than trading as high as $250k and dumping days after to record low prices.
5595  Economy / Speculation / Sudden fall in bitcoin price after successful halving, Post-halving prediction. on: May 07, 2020, 02:09:19 AM
Am I the only one thinking bitcoin will experience some price (probably massive) corrections after the halving hype dies down. Like they say, buy the rumors, sell the news, brace yourself guys because that's exactly what's coming. The new inflow of inexperience investor hoping to benefit from the halving hype are likely going to panic when the corrections comes, resulting to the price dumping harder. Currently, everyone is getting carried away by what will the pre-halving new (ATH) price of bitcoin be and not much concerned about what'll the support level of that new price be, to prevent it from dumping hard when the corrections comes.

What are your price prediction or are you sticking with been optimistic of a continuous upwards price movement? Let's get discussing...
5596  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could we see another breakout now? 🤔 on: May 07, 2020, 01:44:19 AM
I doubt that we will see $10k. Traders are liquidating their positions around $9400 as we have seen twice already in this rally pre-halving.

We just have to be optimistic that's just it, truely that resistance level is what's delaying bitcoin surpassing $10k. The movement we're able to breakout I don't think will be trading below $10k prior to halving. There's some disturbing observation from the recent attempt to break that resistance level. The previous attempt saw bitcoin trading at approximately $9440 on April 30 but yesterday attempt could take it above $9411.

Seems like, more and more traders are getting the scoop of what's is happening in regards to the resistance level been at $9,4k just hope it doesn't delay the breakout as if the price couldn't surpassed $10k before the halving, don't think we'll be seeing that again for next couple of months.
5597  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Bitcoin Question on: May 06, 2020, 07:29:26 PM
Like others have said, we have such group although not advisable to join any of them as the chances of getting scammed (in regards to lossing your capital) trying to follow their prediction is high. These groups aren't targeting bitcoin since it'll require very large sum of fund to be able to manipulation the market. Athough if you observe carefully, some of this manipulate can be observe on specific exchanges but on a small scale (probably affects just the price of bitcoin on that particular exchange and not generally).

The market is influence by emotions like the FOMO the market is experiencing as a result of bitcoin halving and the FUD that'll probably follow after the nooms that jump into buying bitcoin (just for the halving benefits they read online) don't see an immediate impact as they expected.  Times like this is when the whales capitalized on the emotions of the average traders by manipulating the market either by causing FUD as a result of selling their coin on targetted exchange causing fear among other small traders that they join the trend and the market respond by declining.
5598  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 7 Things have to do to become a Good Crypto Trader on: May 06, 2020, 07:14:23 PM
I do really agree with most of your inputs and in addition, one thing that is worth adding is that traders should not be too greedy, take profits before the market goes against you.

Even if the OP is newbie, seems that he already learned a lot in crypto trading. And being greedy is the most common reason why a lot of traders end up badly in trading. Aiming for more and not being contented results to bad results. Guess that's because it's human nature.

Technically, a newbie accounts on the forum doesn't automatically mean the user is new to the industry. Most newbie are even more experience than the high ranked account that mostly spammed their way to the top during the era of less requirement to rank up.

What the OP has highlighted isn't unfamiliar or new as it must have been discussed severally on the forum guess that'll the user hasn't recieve some merit for his contributions because to some of us that have spend enough time on the trading board, discussion like this aren't new.

My direct contribution to the topic at hand, I'll just have to support what the above users (those I qouted) have said with an addition of, it's better to sell in profit and probably miss future profit then sell at loss. When you sell in profit, even though the coin rise 10x higher you didn't lose but only miss to profit more.
5599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CEO of Bitcoin according to Google is Roger Ver. WTF Google?! on: May 06, 2020, 01:45:38 PM
The questions here should be, why would someone search for "who's the CEO" of a currency whether it's bitcoin or any other fiat currency. The right questions to search for should had been, "who invested bitcoin" if it provides a wrong answer then this whole alarm who had been worth it. I'm quite such Google will provide a better answer to the right questions if asked appropriately. Lets not use ignorance as a excuse, get yourself equipped with the right manner to go about anything you seek to understand.

PS: since we can't control what people type into this search engines, it would had been better if google corrects the question by giving the suggestion like, Do you mean "who invested bitcoin".

But wait, who do we expert to have showed up as the CEO, Satoshi? Nah bitcoin been a currency doesn't have any. Giving the closet answer to a question asked has always been the why this search engines operates.
5600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: May 06, 2020, 09:25:54 AM
I don't think this has as much impact now as it had in the past. Regulations for pitch sizes have been quite narrowed down during the years and differences are now much smaller then it used to be. Surface can still be a bit different especially in leagues where clubs use artificial grass but I believe that is not the case in England.

To you (the viewer) you mightn't see any difference but to the players, there's a big difference especially to the average footballer and I think it's mostly phycological. You can't just compare playing at home to away, the comfort of playing on a pitch you're already used to as a result of constant training, mindset etc. Only few professionals perform perfectly home and away.

Personally I think even considering this is silly. Either play the full games or don't. I understand changing venues etc but rules or playing time is overkill. If it's potentially dangerous to play then they shouldn't be playing 45 or even 5 minutes.

Probably just some random thought and nothing serious because I can't see myself watching a match that's less than 90 minutes (full time) preferable, the players just use penalty shootouts to decide then lol.
