The action cant be completed because the folder or a file is open in another program. I tried to close it via task bar, no dice. Tells me access denied.
Bytecoin-qt.exe doesn't seem to exit when you tell it to exit. However I'm able to kill the process it via the task manager file. I will investigate this and see if it is attempting to access Bitcoin's wallet.dat Mhm, I'll restart and cleanse my computer from this grossware. I would send more but my 184 Mhash keeps getting hardware errors and rejected blocks. Me too. Also, is anyone else getting only 25% of their normal Bitcoin mining hashrate when mining Bytecoin? switched from guiminer to diablo miner , and got my normal hashrate back. DiabloMiner does not work for me. The .exe just closes with a cmd prompt. No message most of the time. |

So I am guessing this is still SHA256 hash alg?
If so, uber fail on Maria's part.
ASICs will destroy this chain.
Because ASICs are totally going to stop mining BTC and mine some useless coin.. BTW, ASIC-proof is a bad thing. Of course it is, if you own one. Let's hold back technological progress, and let us always live with the old ways. Let's let the elite few control the currency. Elite few is apparently anyone who buys an ASIC just like how they buy GPU and FPGAs, apparently. |
