The action cant be completed because the folder or a file is open in another program. I tried to close it via task bar, no dice. Tells me access denied.

It seemed like a good idea at the time.

Bytecoin-qt.exe doesn't seem to exit when you tell it to exit. However I'm able to kill the process it via the task manager file.

I will investigate this and see if it is attempting to access Bitcoin's wallet.dat

Mhm, I'll restart and cleanse my computer from this grossware. I feel like my computer is gonna get HIV or something from Maria.

Oh? Both were losses. Sorry :/
I would send more but my 184 Mhash keeps getting hardware errors and rejected blocks.

Me too.

Also, is anyone else getting only 25% of their normal Bitcoin mining hashrate when mining Bytecoin?

switched from guiminer to diablo miner , and got my normal hashrate back.
DiabloMiner does not work for me. The .exe just closes with a cmd prompt. No message most of the time.

Doesn't try to steal bitcoin's wallet.dat, seems to try and map bitcoin: urls to bytecoin.

Try running it from a command prompt with the -help flag, which will give you information on the rest of the flags you need to start mining with Diablo Miner.

Also, just got my first difficulty 4.00 block! Grin

If I wanted to build a service like Satoshi Dice, just for the experience of building a web service what type of technology stack would I need?

Is S.Dice a pure php application? How would a web service interaction with a wallet file? Does anyone here know anything about building a live crypto coin service?

Any other tech being used out there? Node? Ruby?.....
