Whom do you think are more favorites of the two ?

I would go with the Deccan Gladiators. They seems to be the more balanced side out of the two, with more experience when compared to the Maratha Arabians. They have the perfect opening pair (Watson and Shahzad), strong middle order (Pollard/Cutting/Lawrence), and the best pace (Cottrell/Zahoor) and spin (Fawad) bowling options. The Maratha Arabians are heavily dependent on a few individual players.

5582  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Scams are a global issue on: November 24, 2019, 06:00:08 AM
During many ICO have been scam with lower price after listing, many people think crypto are global issues scam and look ahead with bitcoin and altcoin most terrible scam investing, how ever fault mistake by investing on ICO or IEO have contributed giving opinion to many people with scam crypto, although bitcoin and altcoin is never scam but after ICO have lower price people claim bitcoin become scam.

Users need to understand that ICOs have no relation with Bitcoin or other established cryptocurrencies. It is true that some of the well known and most popular altcoins came in to existence through ICOs (Ethereum and TRX for example), but the recent ICOs have diverged a lot from what we had during the 2015/2016 period. A boundary must be drawn between the earlier ICOs and the recent ones.

When bitcoin below $5k many people become poor, how many time bitcoin always have lower price but why can't back to higher price again, what problem faced by bitcoin ?

Bitcoin is a very volatile asset and it may go up or down by as much as 20% in a single day. The thing to remember here is that you are not incurring a loss until you sell your coins. And another thing to remember is that panic selling is not advisable at any point of time. My take is that we need to wait for some more time, to get the optimal prices for our coins.

Samson exclusion looks odd to me, he didn't even got a chance to play a single game and considering Rishabh Pant's recent form, he surely deserved a few chances and not sure what Kedar Jadhav is doing in the ODI squad, he's 34 yo. IMO management should look out for new blood (Shubham Gill).
No mention of Dhoni, guess more speculation on his retirement.
I am really disappointing with the selectors for not giving a chance to players and then excluding which will demotivate any player, he should have given a chance and see how he performs in the international stage and rather than giving him a chance he is excluded in the test series, i used to see these kind of procedures in the past where players will be selected for tours and not play a game and then gets excluded.

Indian team selection always have been controversial. The selectors tend to give more chances to players from their own state boards. Examples are the numerous chances given to average players such as Khaleel Ahmed, Dinesh Karthik and Hanuma Vihari. I think it will be much better, if the selection power rests entirely with the coach and the captain. People like MSK Prasad have made a mockery of the team selection.

Pakistan  is about to lose the match as they are still 56 runs behind and 4 wickets left. So only thing it is would interesting is that can they make more than 56 runs which will means that OZ has to bat in their second innings or will OZ wrap up by an innings and few runs to win this test match.

They need 16 more with 2 wickets in hand. It is still going to be tough, given the form of the Australian bowlers. Yasir Shah just got out, and he was the last hope for Pakistan. Shaheen Shah Afridi is at the crease with Imran Khan and they should get another 15-20 runs and avoid the follow on. At least it will be a consolation if they could avoid the follow on.
5586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China vowed to "slash" crypto exchanges, bitcoin prices plummeted. on: November 23, 2019, 04:12:35 PM
I am not really surprised because this has become a regular occurrence now. China has been regularly crashing the Bitcoin prices, once or twice every year since 2013. After a few months, the government will once again relax whatever restrictions they had placed earlier and the prices will recover. And then after a few months, they will once again come up with some statement and crash the exchange rates.

Group A : Top 5 ranking Teams + One team who tops the Group B

Group B : Rest of the Test playing Nations

That would mean (as per the official test ranking from the ICC):

Group A:

1. India
2. New Zealand
3. England
4. South Africa
5. Australia

Group B:
1. Sri Lanka
2. Pakistan
3. West Indies
4. Bangladesh
5. Afghanistan
6. Zimbabwe
7. Ireland

Here the problem is that South Africa was involved in some very one-sided test matches this year. So I don't think that this division will serve its purpose. And I don't know how can South Africa be ahead of Australia in the ICC ranking table.

^^^ Yeah... Qalandars had a bad day today... but you can't blame them. For the Maratha Arabians, both Chris Lynn and Adam Lyth have been in top form throughout the tournament and today also they scored 95 runs in between them. But little known Jordan Clark surprised everyone with a 4-wicket haul for the Qalandars. In reply the Qalandars failed to build partnerships and lost the match by 7 runs.

BTW, Deccan Gladiators looks all set to win the eliminator match.
5589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 23, 2019, 03:06:58 PM
Honestly speaking I have only watched one ball from this entire match so far. Not sure who was betting and who was bowling but when I saw Bangladesh lost their 4th wicket then there were no real interest left to see the Mach and waste time lol

This entire Test series turned out to be really one sided and if the Bangladesh team keep showing this type of performance then I will say as a Test team they need a break.

Very low standard for a Test playing nation.
Cricket needs to be exciting and it's not their in this match.

LOL.. if we go by this criteria, then I am afraid that a number of teams may need to take break from test cricket. The ongoing match between Pakistan and Australia is an even more one-sided affair. Despite the increase in the number of test teams (to 12), there are only a few out there who can offer meaningful competition to England/India/Australia.

Test cricket is not meant for weak teams. Let them stick with T20.
5590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 23, 2019, 03:00:14 PM
If Bangladesh can bat well then definitely India would have to bat again and match would get end tomorrow. As now Bangladesh is behind by 97 runs and 5 wickets is remaining. Its going to be a exciting to see how quickly the match gets over now.

Only Mushfiqur Rahim is remaining among the recognized batsmen. Remaining are all tailenders. Taijul Islam now got out to Umesh Yadav. The play will resume tomorrow, with Bangladesh trailing by 89 runs. India just needs four more wicket to complete yet another innings victory at home. So by the first session tomorrow, we will be having a result.
5591  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin volatility here to stay? on: November 23, 2019, 02:51:21 PM
LOL... people talk about volatility only when the prices are down. This thread never gets active when the prices are going up. And that is exactly why the volatility of Bitcoin is not a bad thing. Despite its volatility, Bitcoin continues to give good returns to those who had invested in it. The only catch is that you need to stay calm and refrain from panic selling.
5592  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: November 23, 2019, 02:44:25 PM
Yes, whales (rich people) are currently dumping cryptocurrencies in exchange markets. Almost all cryptocurrencies are falling by -5%, some of them have already dropped by -10%. Perhaps this is a good opportunity to buy BTC coins in the current dip at the price of $7600, although it may decline slightly. In my opinion, after the mining reward is halved, Bitcoin will cost at least $6500, because large BTC holders want to maintain mining difficulty at a high level to prevent a possible successful 51% attack on the network.

Maintaining the mining difficulty at a high level doesn't necessarily act as a barrier to the 51% attack. If the government agencies want, they can use their supercomputer to launch a 51% attack. But they are unlikely to do so, as they are answerable to the tax payers. For now, they are somewhat tolerating BTC. However they are putting pressure on the users by banning the mixers and making KYC mandatory in the exchanges.
5593  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful? on: November 23, 2019, 02:36:34 PM
Here in India, it is very difficult to use cryptocurrencies in daily life, due to legal complexities and lack of options. And in my case, I am residing in a small town and here hardly anyone is knowledgeable about Bitcoin. So in order to spend my coins, I need to convert them to fiat cash first (through various peer-to-peer mediums, as exchanges are not available in India).
5594  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the all countries convert to cryptocurrency? on: November 23, 2019, 02:30:18 PM
In my own point of view, if all countires all over the country wjll start to convert their fiat into cryptocurrency, it will be now convenient for every crypto users to used their crypto to buy the things that they need without cashing out or converting it into fiat. Cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin will have better chances to increased it's price.
China is planning to launch its own crypto currency and many other countries are going to do the same. Digital currencies are the new ways of doing money business. No country of the world can resist this phenomenon for long. Everyone has to accept them. The earlier someone does, the more  he will benefit out of crypto coins. Once this happens, life will become easy and time will be saved.

China is planning to launch a stablecoin based on CNY. It has hardly anything similar to the other cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. Other countries such as Canada and India are also planning to launch similar stablecoins. I would not classify these coins as cryptocurrencies, but rather as digital version of the fiat currency.
5595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 23, 2019, 02:23:03 PM
I do not think Bangladesh will be able to survive today, wickets are falling at a regular interval. 4 down still trailing by 174 runs. I do not want this match be a one sided. The lack of experience player is one reason for such a bad performance.

Hmm... only 19 overs remaining now and I don't think that India will be able to take the remaining 6 wickets today. Now it is up to the spinners and it looks like Ashwin and Jadeja are not getting much support from the pitch. The partnership between Mushfiqur Rahim and Mehidy Hasan has added 42 runs in quick time. India needs to break this partnership.
5596  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you use FB's Libra? on: November 23, 2019, 12:25:09 PM
Since there are many bussiness activities on facebook, I think people will prefer like to use libra because it can make transaction easier and faster. Facebook user face an obstacle in payment process so it seems that libra will solve this problem.

The question is why they should prefer Libra over Paypal or Visa. The fee charged by PayPal is very low and it is very easy to link the bank accounts with a PP account. On the other hand, Libra is a new idea (although stolen from Bitcoin), and at least initially it may be a bit difficult to use (for those who have no prior experience with cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum).
5597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: November 23, 2019, 12:19:14 PM
@vella85 Australia have already crossed the 500 runs mark, and now have a lead of 302 runs and I feel they’ll target a lead of at least 500 runs and then they’ll declare their innings. It’s obvious that they’ll try and bowl out Pakistan and win the match by an innings, also it’s pertinent to note that Smith didn’t do much damage as he was dismissed cheaply for four runs only.

The point is that they got to ~600 even without Steve Smith. That is a very big improvement when compared to their performance during the Ashes. Back then it was an one-man army of Smith. Not a single player performed for Pakistan, including the much hyped Naseem Shah. I am afraid that they are sliding towards a point of no return.
5598  Economy / Economics / Re: Negative interest rates in Germany on: November 23, 2019, 12:13:11 PM
Europe looks not good countries become interested with bitcoin as legal currency payment, we never find in Europe country want serious for adopting and discussing about bitcoin or altcoin, they never try to discuss with public about how to use bitcoin and altcoin as legal payment transaction, bitcoin only have good thing on  Asian country because many countries support using bitcoin as legal curerrency.

Are you joking? Europe has some of the most Bitcoin friendly governments, including Switzerland and Germany. Their tax laws regarding to cryptocurrency is also very liberal, when compared to that in other countries such as South Korea, United States and China. On the other hand, Asian countries such as China and India have some of the most restrictive laws related to cryptocurrency.

^^^ Surprised with the omission of Samson. He didn't got a chance last time and it may be unfair on him to kick him out of the squad without giving an opportunity to perform. On the other hand, they made the right decision by replacing Khaleel Ahmed with Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Bhuvi is one of the best pace bowlers available right now, and he deserves a slot.
5600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 23, 2019, 12:01:01 PM
Ah very well, Bangladesh manage to get quick wickets after lunch. Now they are batting with loss of 2 wickets and behind 239 runs. jeez its just 2nd day and hope Bangladesh don't get all out today.....

But real competition is who gets to taste inning defeat first Bangladesh or Pakistan  Roll Eyes

In all probability, the match will be over by today. More than 40 overs remaining in this match, and Bangladesh are 5/2 after 4 overs. There is only a very small chance that they will get enough runs to force India to bat again (which looks very unlikely, as India is having a lead of 241 runs). Umesh and Ishant are bowling now and once again, Ashwin may not even get an opportunity to stretch his arms.
