I currently don't have a job as I'm still studying. Although I earn enough money with BTC, I'm still looking for a more stable way of earning.

In the process of a 1.5BTC escrow with DannyHamilton to be funded.

Around $1,000 left. Anyone looking to sell PM me your rate and terms of escrow to send Danny and lets trade.

I can sell you the required BTC at BitStamp rate as I said in a PM earlier. And I have no problem with having DannyHamilton as an escrow as we both have a history of deals.

Still selling BTC. Smiley

They have prepaid moneygram cards, I have to look into it but I think that may be an alternative if you want it?

It would be a hassle to deal with prepaid cards and such, so I'd prefer a transfer instead. Smiley

Looking to sell 4 BTC for now.

Currently purchasing 2BTC from Evilish via Moneygram transaction using escrow.ms as escrow agent.
Bumping for more customers!

Just confirming we completed this transaction yesterday. Everything went good.
574  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much BTC you got? on: June 23, 2014, 06:36:27 PM
A little more than your negative trust points. Tongue
575  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC for WU & MG on: June 23, 2014, 12:03:43 PM
Just sold 2 BTC to spartan82.

I like your offer and would like to purchase all six but I can't do that volume in 1 day via WU/MG. I can buy throughout the course of the week or I can buy it all at once via Cash Deposit into your bank. It would be paid in cash and I would provide receipt.

I just sold 2 BTC, so for now I'm only looking to sell four. I'm sure we can do it in multiple transactions, like a 2 BTC transaction with WU and a 2 BTC transaction with MG. Let me know with whatever you're comfortable with.

Counter Strike 1.6
I don't play much games now but CS is my all time favourite. Had a lot of fun playing different mods of CS for many years, learned many new things and met a lot of good people on CS servers.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blakecoin based Counter-Strike 1.6 Server on: June 09, 2014, 06:17:44 PM
I'm in UK Sad

Also I'm interested in hosting a UK based server using another kind of coin.

Bitcoin or Litecoin would be better but I understand it's easier to work with integers.
Maybe Primecoins?

Have you got plans to take this concept further?
I'm willing to invest in you Smiley

There is not much we could do to lower your ping given the distance between you and the server:(

Using Bitcoin or Litecoin would make the game more accessible to players I believe, it's easier to acquire those coins than most altcoins. As I mentioned earlier in the thread I think Bitcoin and other coins would be usable, it would just be necessary to make one in game coin equal to 1 satoshi or similar. Obviously that is not the cleanest approach but it could work.

I have several ideas for what I would like to see done to improve the game as it is, though none of them are related to the actual game play itself. The response to the game has been extremely positive however there are not enough active players to justify putting in the hours needed to create a proper website and etc. If the server were full of players most of the time I would certainly launch more servers in new locations and tackle other related improvements. It's a bit wrong of me to expect such a player base to form without me putting any money into advertising.

I tried to setup a computer that would stream the server live to twitch.tv and similar sites. I thought this would bring in new players and act as advertisement. The spare hardware I have available was unable to handle running the game and streaming it in HD at the same time.

There is a very large, very competitive CS player base which regularly plays for money. I believe if they were made aware of this game they would quickly join in to make some coin.

If you would like a server setup in the UK with a different coin I am sure we can work something out, pm me with details.

@PeaMine @bzyzny Thank you for the suggestions. I am definitely open to suggestions, the limiting factor for me is time and money. I haven't come up with a fun way to monetize minecraft yet. I have gotten several requests for a custom Team Fortress 2 server which allows players to buy various in game perks with coins. Nexuiz and Minetest are new to me, I will have to check them out.

Is anyone else old enough to remember video arcades? Wouldn't it be neat if things went full circle and we soon found ourselves pumping "coins" into games again:)

Another thank you to the server "regulars". There are a handful of players who play the game almost daily.

How about making a new coin specifically for this system.. where the players are actually human miners who earn coins by playing on the server?
Would be great to play on such servers where you are actually getting something to play rather than just wasting your time. Tongue I myself would invest some money and buy a server if you can pull something off like this, I can get the coin developed as well.
