firstly  dont  post  this post espically  with you handle =  scam.  secondly  remove  that  ridiculously absurd foot  note  about the american  kid and his username. ckz  the first  thing  people  do is  to  read your foot note and  then look for that post you had  a  battle  with that kid.  thus  labeling  you as a  scamer and   untrustworthy.

You also  have  one  problem  the joining  date  and  the  number  of  post  you have  is  another  indication  why people  think you  are a  scamer. it look like  you  racked up  posts  to  increase  repo.

but all in all remember  you need to  be a  little  bit  less  defensive  and  understand  that this is a  forum  with  people  from  across the  globe with people  with  different   culture and  understanding. you cannot  expect  people  to  think  like  an indian ckz  they  dont.  you need to assimilate  into the  world wide  community. Dont go out  with  guns  blazing.

I second subvolatil and kindly change the title of the thread.!
It is for your own good as well as other Indians around.!
562  Local / India / Re: Legendster = Scammer on: May 13, 2013, 04:40:28 PM
I'd do it. I'd remove this sig. I have two of the most reputed Indians Indians who have (sort of) vouched for me NOT being a scammer.

Henchman has served his purpose. He has been humiliated. I am now not a scammer Smiley

But changing my sig wont change me, I might find some new prick picking on me to be annoying enough so I'd put his name down there.

But for now yes I'd change the sig Smiley

Dude come on.. Move on.. Learn to ignore stuff.! You should come and live in USA for a couple of months.! You will be astonished as to how bad is a average person's (videshi) ability to interpret and to be diplomatic and be unbiased.

Thumb Rules..
1) Provide all the evidence and whatever you have to say in a diplomatic way.
2) Trust no one... Keep a paper trial for whatever dealing you do. (I learnt this the hard way from my boss when i was working in India.. He used to screw me for his mistakes)
3) Ignore and move on.! You have a lot of stuff under your belt. Don't waste time fighting or brooding over a issue.!

my 2 cents.!

563  Local / Mining (India) / Re: ASICMINER Fixed-Price Auction: 50 Block Erupter Blades - NOW on: May 13, 2013, 12:39:26 PM
Guys,

I have won one more in the same auction and falling short of about 30 btc's out of the total 50.
I have already paid for the first one which i will have by end of this week.

(See the list here ) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=201753.0;all

How about if i can host it. Let me know the terms. Alternatively, if anyone can loan me some btc's that will work as well.
I need to pay JohnK ASAP. If anyone is willing, then PM me.

P.S : I know it is a trust issue. I have already revealed my true identity to MOD along with my Address and Phone Number (landline and mobile) and i don't have any problem providing additional information to MOD if required.
564  Economy / Auctions / Re: ASICMINER Fixed-Price Auction: 50 Block Erupter Blades -ended- on: May 13, 2013, 05:19:46 AM
Update

Here is the payment address of the rest bids.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Al1fvFT7Sd5bdGlXTFQtRllCM2E5Mk01VnRtN2tNeGc&usp=sharing

Please report your name/postal address/zipcode/telephone to John or to us.

Shipping will be executed in the first-pay-first-serve manner.

The demand is beyond our expectations and sorry for all manual inconvenience introduced. Next time the process will be more automatic.

Wow all of them. I did not see that coming..! So if my second blade is within 50 - 100th bid. What is the tentative shipping timeline of that batch (batch 4).?
565  Local / India / Re: Anyone Planning to Join Hashrack.com on: May 13, 2013, 03:48:56 AM
I cannot see much reason to join them until BFL ships.

What is the difference between buying a hashpack now or after BFL ships?

I went through the their site and hardly understood their concept.
Anyone know as to how does this work.?

Is it similar to ASIC Miner Shares.?
566  Local / Mining (India) / Re: ASICMINER Fixed-Price Auction: 50 Block Erupter Blades - NOW on: May 13, 2013, 12:08:37 AM
I will be happy to host this. [Or any other rigs]

Congrats to AmericanDesi for winning one!

Thanks Guys.. By me mining the coins, i will definitely see to that, i will first offer the mined BTCs for the Indian community to buy.
If i don't receive any response, then i shall sell it somewhere else.

P.S : I have space for a few more in my house. If i get a chance (i.e i win a bid in next auction as well), do you think starting something like a ASICMiner kinda shares for a close knit and verified community only will work.?
567  Local / Mining (India) / Re: ASICMINER Fixed-Price Auction: 50 Block Erupter Blades - NOW on: May 13, 2013, 12:04:05 AM
1 blade for 50 btc each  Huh . Benson I propose that if India members are able to collectively bid for this blade, then perhaps everyone can profit .I am willing to add more than 2 btc , if others are interested.

+1 Count me in.

We will also need Skang or some one like him to provide a housing facility with 'cheap' or 'free' electricity.

Pinwheel? He has the expertise for it.

I'll be honest and upfront about it. YES he does seem to be a guy who has 'High security' but but but lol idk .. I guess I dont know him that well he doesnt 'talk much' on the forum Cheesy

less you talking, more you can hear

lol +1

569  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: 30 BTC for sale @ 115$ each on: May 12, 2013, 08:04:20 PM
Deal completed.

Either or both parties can vett this trade on this thread and I will lock it to avoid garbage from piling up after this post.

Perfect Deal.! I successfully purchased 46 BTC's via Fund Transfer. INR amount is confidential and cannot be disclosed.
Thank you very much both of you. Definitely, it was a biggest transaction i have ever done in a single day.

I would definitely work with both of you again in future.!

Working with MOD Benson was sheer pleasure. His professionalism and knack in handling the escrow of the bitcoin currency was outstanding and at par with some of the expert forex trader i deal abroad. I recommend his services to each and everyone who would like to trade bitcoins. Working with him give you 100% peace of mind.!

P.S : Benson - as a gesture of goodwill, i have transferred you 0.2 BTC as a token of appreciation for all your efforts. This is apart from the escrow fee.
I know it not a huge amount. But yes, this is just beginning.

Thank you both..!! It was truly a pleasure working with you two.!

P.S 2 : Mod - Can we change the title of the thread to [COMPLETED] just to avoid confusion.! Thanks.!

573  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: 30 BTC for sale @ 115$ each on: May 12, 2013, 05:28:18 PM
Received BTC, 6 confirmations complete.

Proof of receipt posted to traders.

Awaiting INR transfer confirmation.

2 factor auth completed with americandesi.

Ball is now in Jimmy's court to confirm receipt of a bunch of INR.

INR Fund transfer has been completed and informed with Screenshot to the parties involved.
I cannot disclose the seller or the INR amount as he has requested Anonymity.

Waiting for the confirmation from the seller to receive the BTC's from Benson.

Awaiting confirmation by 2 factor auth and secret code from Jimmy.

INR received by Jimmy, BTC sent to americandesi.

Transaction was split in 2 as this was an obnoxiously large amount.

First half has been picture perfect so far.

+5 for Jimmy007 and +7 for americandesi. Very smooth, based on the amount involved.
Thanks Benson..!! I should say, +10 for you.. Perfect, totally professional and you are aware of the security implication and know how to carryout a escrow transaction especially in bitcoin world.!

This is big amount. Just a friendly reminder use escrow.

Thanks for that note. Yes ofcourse.!
Probably that is one of the reason am still looking to buy.

I got a lot of offers from scammers.! :-p
576  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: $500 USD worth BTC available for purchase. on: May 12, 2013, 05:07:14 AM
I have returned the escrowed amount to americandesi.

Please confirm.

Yes. Received it.! Thanks.!
Sorry for the delay. And i would like to inform the board about a possible scammer. His user name is "Joshster"

He contacted me after i posted this thread with intentions to buy the BTC's. After seeing his reputation with the previous purchases (scams) he had made, i insisted that we make the transaction through Escrow for which he agreed after being reluctant for a while.

But finally he never completed the transaction after I initiated the escrow.

P.S : Mod Benson, is there a way we can stop scammers like these. May be Ban their email and IP address (I know it is not fool proof, but atleast lets make it difficult for guys like them to get back on the board. If not for the entire board, probably just for the India sub forum). People like him are bringing bad name to Indians on the board and it is getting harder and harder for genuine traders to trade with a non-desi.

Oh and the best part was, i was little pissed and wrote a strongly worded PM to him after i withdrew my escrow for which he had the audacity to say something similar to this "Sometimes it works and sometimes it won't"

He literally accepted that he was trying to scam me.!
