Can you help me understand how this tx gas fee thing work?

Let's say for example I want to mint my PoS and the calculator says my reward will be 1 PoS.
Let's say I use gas price set to Gwei 7 as suggested by ethgasstation.info
Is there a way to know how much gas my transaction will consume? Is it fixed at 7 gwei or could be more?

Hello! I need more POS token. Price  very good. I like Mercatox

What does this message mean?

How much delay are you experiencing? Hours? Days? Weeks? My dad triggered a withdraw this morning, for now it's in pending but they've been only couple hours.

Nice to hear about the 5th airdrop.

Still, I didn't receive the 4th though, that was my only airdrop I partecipated in by fullfilling all that was required.

Can you fix this?

I rarely use 2fa because I fear something like that could happen, I prefer strong passwords alone.

In this case I think coinpot's admin is not required to help. The problem is that it's your responsability to keep 2fa details secure. If an admin was cooperative on bypassing it, he would cancel the intrinsic security that 2fa offers. He could also, by mistake and without knowing it, cooperate with a malevolent user that wanted to steal your account.

Usually when you first add 2fa service on a website you're asked to backup a security/secret code that would help you restore 2fa in case of format/resets, did you do it?

I didn't even know one could activate more than one bonus at the same time  Huh

I usually did the +100RP until I reached 4400 RP then the 1000% and then back at the +100RP and so on.

It will pay you %50 of the base prizes . Bonuses are not included.
And yes, if he rolled 10000 , you'll get %50 of it.

Well if it's that way, I'm glad! I remembered someone said otherwise, but I hope he was wrong Smiley

Hello! I have a question about how the referrals work. When it says you get "50% of the base prize" for the free BTC rolls, does that mean 50% of the value of the roll when excluding any bonuses, or 50% of the minimum possible value?

In other words, if I refer someone and they roll a 10000, how much do I get as my commission?

Site says "50% of base prize ", that is as if he had rolled between 0 and 9885.

It is just bytes in a computer though.

It's "money" made out of thin air based on nothing. Prove me otherwise.

I'm missing the point of your argument or you don't undestand the abstract meaning of "value".

Even the "faith in a God" is intangible but it holds so much value that affects the world in so many ways. For humans, being material is not a mandatory feature of a thing to hold value.

wow... I just noticed that and checked my account. It's 0.002 BTC withdrawal fee now! Shocked
not only they raised "Minimum Trade Values" but they also raised BTC withdrawal fee?!?
I think they increased withdrawal fee for a few select other coins too  Angry
with BTC price rising and recommended min BTC tx fee slowly decreasing, they decide to up the fee?
what reasons exactly behind these recent changes? I think cryptopia needs to explain a bit to calm down the outrage

I noticed the increase in 0.002 BTC days ago and I was shocked already. For small traders it's a killer.

And now I just noticed the increase in minimum trade to 50k sats BTC (*). I gave my dad some funds to do small trades and now he can't do basically nothing, nor trade nor withdraw. I guess only option here is to transfer funds to some other account internal to Cryptopia? Otherwise those funds are frozen there forever.

(*) with increase value of BTC related to USD also this makes no sense. The more BTC has value, the more I'm obligated to invest? This sounds really weird.

I don't have symphaty on services that promise stellar daily interest, I hope this landing program will be reliable instead.

To the question, where are the guarantees I'll have my token interest even if nobody borrow anything? I hope the answer is that the team has some bankroll to cover these expense, as part of the risk involved in the activity.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[ANN][PoSToken]First PoS Smart Contract Token[Lending Program Announced] on: December 08, 2017, 12:12:09 AM
i guess it's all about cryptokitties as well. ethereum network is still overloaded with pending transactions. and https://ethgasstation.info/ shows 42 gwei as safelow gas price now. i'm waiting for this problem to be solved before returning to mint or to use etherdelta myself.

mmm ok so it looks like I have to wait as well. I was minting on a weekly basis but now I have to wait. Maybe this gas mechanism should have been tuned better...

Tried to mint today, was a bit concerned on the gas consumption. Past weeks I was used to set price to 0.01 gwei, the lowest on MEW and it worked, today I set it to the new minimum (1) and it seems the transaction it gave me is still in "Transaction Not Found" status.
577  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: December 07, 2017, 09:33:45 PM
To do 24 rolls in the bonus you have to roll every 1 hour exactly and not sleep at all, and for encashing you have to click a button that says encash whenever you want.

But does "Minimum 100,000 RP have to be exchanged at one time" means you should have at least 100k RP to encash?

I'd like the fixed BTC quantity more than fixed USD, USD is gonna die soon so better have fixed BTC  Tongue I propose 100 satoshi minimum free roll, whatta think?  Grin Grin

Please define "stopped", what you mean with that?

To be fair, I confirm now that my NOV 30 failed withdraw, then refunded, then re-withdrawed on DEC 4, then pending, has landed successfully into my wallet on today DEC 6.

In order to solve this issue I sent a total of 2 emails, but the first was in response to the first automatic "Confirmation withdrawal email", so maybe he didn't even open it.

The second email, I sent it directly to support with all possibile information in order to facilitate and speed-up the problem detection and resolution (screenshots, links to not working tx id, receiving address, etc), in clear and synthetic technical english.

I didn't get a reply to it either, so maybe he didn't even read but he was aware of the NOV 30 issues by other means, maybe by reading this thread or other emails, and he was able to target all failed withdraws and automatic re-elaborate them, this can not be known.

--

Still, for what is worth my opinion, I'd suggest to implement some sort of support/ticket system on the site. Admitted that the admin could keep up with closing the raining tickets, it would boost the overall confidence on the service and contain the FUD that spreads when the kind of NOV 30 issues happen.
