Coin has already doubled since I got into the office this morning.  Smiley

I'm excited for this Coin Exchanger; hopefully its a game changer. I have some Androids tokens I would like to get rid of.

X11 is ready to go Smiley

Same process as the small beta for Scrypt-N.  If you've mined X11 before, or are OK setting it up without any outside assistance (I don't have the "Getting Started" written yet), you're free to start using it.  The obvious "This is in BETA, stuff might break" applies.  Darkcoin is disabled for now until we get some more hash power (soon as we can get a block on average every hour or so, I'll enable it).

Enjoy!

Switching over now!!

you can also donate bitcoin to 1FzEuqRwYujdquNHfaijcoxsBu8R1EfKv5 to get 1 vote for every 0.001 bitcoin sent. so if you sent 0.05 btc it would be 50 votes. just another option to speed the process along!
I am trying to finding out why Cryptsy doesn't have a BTC addy generated to vote for Mastiff coin there as well. You can only vote once at cryptsy for free then it costs .0002 BTC a vote when the address is setup otherwise you have to purchase points.

not sure, i don't mess with cryptsy anymore. just bittrex and mintpal ftw.

127 and climbing!!! Keep voting guys!

I would like to convert to scrypt-n but I am very new at this and a bit lost.  I have 2 R7970 3GB cards and I am using BAMT (don't know which version, son set this up).  Everything was find and dandy on scrypt but when I made the changes to scrypt-n my dashboard is funky.  Is tells me I have 0 accepted shares.  When I go to my stats page on the pool it says I have 1.82/mh in the scrypt-n with a 50% reject rate.

HELP

 Huh Huh Huh

YOU REALLY SHOULD OPEN THE IRC channel so people could come ask questions there.  JMO

thanks for help

If you have Teamviewer I would be able to help. Which pool are you using? Forgot which thread I was in.....  Roll Eyes

PM me, dinner is ready.

It's cgladue's own algorythm.

then why the mentiom of paying for pro? is paying for pro still better off then clever

Never tried the pro version and can't find a comparison among the known multipool charts.

so does anybody have poolwars pro experience??? is it worth the $12/month???

I haven't used them, but if you make more than $600 a month mining its worth it in fees, but I don't know how there algorithm is. I also read that it is $6 now on their page, but that might have been outdated.

I push all of my PSU's hard. I was once running a CM850 at 900 Watts, for about 3 months. Still works like a charm.

Did some source code compares.  This is yet another fork off the same source tree that libertycoin, dreamcoin and blackcatcoin used.  Only the minimum amount of changes needed to generate a unique coin were detected.  Is there some kind of generator program that coin devs are using nowadays?

so that mean this is the copy and paste of it? or not?

If it is, then why is the hashrate so high?
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VOOT] X11 VootCoin - Anonymous Wallet and DarkMarket -NO IPO on: June 04, 2014, 01:22:17 AM

My hashrate is all over the place at suprnova!? I have 40MH rig side, and crashing down to 7MH pool side.

Same issue here I have a 30mh rig and sometimes it showed up as 6mh pool side.

Builds up to 40MH and then down to 1mH...

Pool hashrate is doing it to on my side, so I'll leave them here.

Ah i seem i've found it, its a cron issue, should be better soon, it is only a optical issue as the refresh is too slow !

Thanks! I was away from the comp for a while.

My rigs are running fine @ 500MH/s stable .. must be a rig problem

Rejects low, not going to Failover. Rigs are in a DC so I know it's not an internet problem.

I saw that post in CM thread. It's certainly possible to get better returns than multipools, and rig rentals sites kind of prove it since there are people paying 20-50% premium for hashrate (or maybe they are all one big charity), but I think that CONSISTENTLY earning twice as much as WP/CM/etc is not that easy. I have a feeling that 0.004 number - if it's true - was taken from a short period (e.g. 1 day) or from a long period that includes "better times" just a few weeks ago. You also need to question why someone would step into a multipool's thread to brag about it. I would either silently mine the shit out of it with rented rigs, or I would sell it as a service.
It's certainly possible... since I switched to other algorithns, I have been averaging .005BTC/MH+ scrypt equivellent consistently (some days at .007BTC/MH).  It takes a fair time commitment to manage this tho.

In interesting developments, nicehash released an auto-algorithm switching profit based system. But it's way too simple so far - no ability to consider power costs or user prefences, but their implementation is straight forward (port for each algo, but all ports dead except most profitable).

If WafflePool took this same idea, but instead waited for authentication, checked the user's pre-defined algo weights, and rejected/accepted auth based on the best algo, we would have a pretty excellent multi-algo-profit-switching pool =].

I thought the CM poster was bragging about Scrypt but perhaps I read it wrong.

I'll be testing out the nicehash switcher but definitely would like to see something more robust.

No he was, but it was most likely him watching and switching himself, he has no proof and no plans to go public with his methods. Everyone was speculating poolWarz's paid version though.

I'm running 3 OC to 200GH/s off of a AX1200i, It's weird how they only pull 1180 total. More than enough room on that one.

Would it be possible develop an alert from CM when we have hourly spikes in profitability? I ask because leasing a rig for extra hash power would make that lease instantly profitable.

For instance, today -June 3rd- CM had brief but enormous spikes in profitability:
http://www.clevermining.com/profits/24-hours

Hour 13 231% profit over litecoin
Hour 14 301% profit over litecoin

If I had known these spikes were happening in almost real time, I could have leased a rig for an hour, and while I wouldn't have had the full % benefit, I would have made some extra BTC. After the spike was gone / lease was up, I would continue hashing away with only my equipment, business as usual. Would this work or is it too volatile? Is the mining/trading of profitable coin only calculable after all transactions are complete?

Does this make sense to anyone else or am I dreaming about flying unicorns again?  Huh

Makes sense, but it's kind of like predicting the future; because AFAIK those stats are updated once the hour has ended.  You could try and chance it by renting a rig after one hour of crazy profitability hoping it would carry forward, like it did from hours 13-14. Or chance it after a long period of abysmal profitability hoping it rebounds. Pretty much find a Unicorn and you'll be fine.  Wink

Ahhh, I see. Worth me asking though, otherwise I'd think about it all night. Thanks for the reply chadwick...I sent you a PM

And what a great PM it was!  Cheesy

It's kinda like playing roulette.

Has anyone ordered from zighash.com? Or know if they are an authorized reseller?

I spoke to the owner yesterday - yes they are an authorized reseller and he'd be happy to send you a copy of the dealer letter from Hashra.

they're good guys and carry just about everything...

Zighash are official.

We understand that some people prefer to deal with a local company so we are taking on a couple of resellers in the States and Europe.

Thanks for Vouching HASHRA!
