561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the bitcoin price going down? on: April 13, 2018, 09:21:37 PM
We shpould not expect a continuous pump in the price of Bitcoin, without a break or a little dump. The market is yet to be stabilized and some are still afraid of what might happen. So, this set of people are still dumping. Well, they will soon realize that they should not have dumped. Even if the price of Bitcoin dumps, it will still pump. That is a just a natural law.
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Bounty Hunters' Union? on: April 13, 2018, 09:10:44 PM
A collective effort by most bounty hunter, will help to foster this union. It is a good idea to have a union. This made me to remember what i told my friend some times ago, as regards a campaign we participated in , where we were not paid. I said, had it been there is a union, it will help to guide again this mishap. By having a union, project owners will be more be more coordinated and sincere in rewarding bounty hunters at the end of their work for them.
563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taxes for crypto on: April 11, 2018, 11:16:31 AM
taxation on crypto, most especially on crypto exchanges will be a good development, which will be warmly embraced by many. Which means that governments are gradually coming to terms with digital currency and its importance. Also, i think this is what some governments want and possibly because they did not see it coming due o lack of controls from them over crypto, they then decided to clamour for ban. i also believe this will protect the interest of crypto traders and investors.
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what if altcoin or bitcoin crash? on: April 11, 2018, 10:42:35 AM
Most times, if altcoins crash by reason of the developing team abandoning it or by reason of the coin being delisted from exchange, the possibility of recovering your money might be very low and if you will recover anything, it will be very low from what you invested initially. That is why it is always necessary to carryout proper research on whichever coin you plan investing in. Bitcoin is not likely to crash now. So, do not panic.
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Market Will Going Up ? on: April 09, 2018, 02:40:26 PM
Yes, I am glad with what I am seeing as regards the present state of market. The market seems to now a have a gradual upward movement and I believe this will be maintained. This might be the start of the bullish run. This might be a long awaited time by holders of Bitcoin, Ethererum and other altcoins. I am sure investors will be smiling at the market now.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bountyhunters, be careful with twitter accounts on: April 09, 2018, 02:31:08 PM
This is going to be a serious issue, because I still use the hash tag #ICO and the likes on my twitter account. If this is true, I will have to stop it then,  because loosing ones account and an  account that I have been building for a very long time will be painful. Thanks for the prompt notice. How will those who own the accounts that have been blocked handle it.
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BEWARE!!! Fiancia ICO and Bounty Campaign is a scam!!! on: April 06, 2018, 06:45:29 PM
I was about participating in their bounty today, but to my amazement, immediately i saw the forceful donation by bounty participants, i knew this would be a scam and that it is a no go area. If they are not running a scam ICO, why would they force their advertisers to pay before they can get the rewards they worked for. That in it's simple term makes it a scam project and i have never seen such happened before. Everyone needs to be careful with it.
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS ETH GONNA REACH $200? on: April 06, 2018, 06:34:56 PM
Well, it is possible it reaches $200, but many may be surprised if it stops dumping beyond $300. Those who are waiting for a price as low as that might be caught unawares, because it will be a big surprise if Ethereum keeps pumping instead of dumping further. Let's even take a look at this, dumping or pumping of prices is not automatic, it comes through our influences, the influence of traders. So, by the time we stop dumping the ETH we have, it will pump further.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the forecasts for the next 3 months? on: April 06, 2018, 06:28:53 PM
Although the dump in prices can be discouraging, most especially when you have some coins at hand that are also in that circle. Notwithstanding, this present state cannot is is never a permanent state. There will be changes in the prices and i believe that the prices of coins will pump any time soon. Just in few months to this time, many will beam with smiles, but it will be good if by the time they are selling, they should not dump further, because the dumping is the act of buying and selling.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: G20 conference to discuss cryptocurrency and related issues on: April 05, 2018, 10:56:37 PM
What happened at the G20 summit as regards cryptocurrency was a brush over.  I meeting was not prepared for cryptocurrency, which means it was not part of the agenda, but some brush over were done as regards cryptocurrency and it is true they said all that you stated and to that effect, a committee has been setup to make some findings as regards cryptocurrency against the next summit.
571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How is the crypto industry going to look like in 5–10 years? on: April 04, 2018, 01:56:42 PM
Cryptocurrency will definitely have a new look and a better one for that, because we have a lot of factors working in favour of cryptocurrency. Some individuals, body and government and beginning to understand what it entails and the benefits  attached to this wonderful technology. Cryptocurrency is a blessing to the entire human race and it is certain that it will add to values to us.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency on: April 04, 2018, 01:52:04 PM
Earning on regular basis and securely is based on how astute that person is when it comes to the different areas of cryptocurrency.
The fastest way of earning is through trading on different exchanges, but you have to know some of the rudiments of trading as well as being smart about it, so as not to make mistakes. You can earn on daily basis through trading.
Other ways of earnings are through bounty and airdrop.
Still, when it comes to been secured, all these areas require serious care. Being careful in order not to get involved in scam ICO or community project, running either bounty or airdrop.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any chance to pump eth value? on: April 04, 2018, 01:42:42 PM
The possibility of it being pumped in this month is low, but it might move a little higher. I noticed slight increase in price just between now and 2 days ago. Notwithstanding, Ethereum will have a bullish run this year 2018. The only way you can sell high is when you hold. I believe in the next few months Ethereum will pump so much at the amazement f so many people. It will be a big surprise to dumpers.
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pre Sale vs Public Sale on: April 03, 2018, 10:52:30 PM
It is true so many people prefer to participate in public sale than presale. Even project developers know that and that is why not much is planned to be sold at pre sale. One reason i have observed for this is that, people or investors are sceptical about the success of a any project. They prefer to see how  far the project will go, before investing into it, which i feel is normal. The same thing happens to projects that look very promising from the start, except in rare cases.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Risky move ? on: March 30, 2018, 08:14:28 PM
That was definitely risky. You did the unusual. I have never seen this happened before. Well, it is either way. It is either you gain or you loose. If you gain, it is going to be big for you. If you loose, it might be a huge loss, because with what you just said, it means you have invested a huge amount into it. You would have been on a safer side, had it been you diversified, but all the same, it is a game of chance and quite risky.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How volatile is BitCoin? on: March 29, 2018, 01:22:52 PM
Volatility is one of the main features of cryptocurrency and Bitcoin is the main coin in cryptocurrency. It can easily fall and can easily rise. Yes, due to this nature, Bitcoin is likely to reach another peak this year. It might be higher than what we had experienced or seen in the past. Anything can happen.
The activities of traders on cryptocurrency determine the volatile nature.
Also, another main determinant is the multiplier factor. For instance, if many decimal units of Bitcoin worth $1, multiplying the units into one factor will have a significant effect of the price. So, it can either rise or fall easily.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Request: Blockchain Project Promotion Ideas, Experience & Best Practices? on: March 29, 2018, 01:11:39 PM
Hi there Crypto-aficionados, our team is actively launching a Blockchain Platform AtlasPlatform.

We realize that for making this a success our perseverance and desire are not enough to stand out from the hundred of ideas out there. So we need your help to answer this questions:

- What is the best way to promote our project to you? what medium makes you pay attention to new ideas?
- Where are you getting your crypto-related information?
- What are the promotional best practices in your opinion?
- What channels of communication you use to get that daily crypto-juice?

We are very grateful you took the time to read this.

1. a. Announcements in Popular ICO Calendars
    b. Publications in Professional Communities. Sometimes on reddit.
    c. Native Advertising, General Topic Media, and Blogs
2. I most times get them from some sites in category (1.a.) above.
3. Most times local ads. work more. This can be achieved by having ambassadors or representatives in different parts of the world, who can easily reach those around them. Which might also be through media.
4. I use both PC and smartphone, but mostly through smartphone, because of easy accessibility.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Early Investors and Holders on: March 28, 2018, 05:03:10 PM
Investments in good and legit ICO at early stage inevitably brings good return. ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings) are a relatively recent phenomenon where investors exchange cryptocurrency (usually Ethereum) for a stake in an early stage project. This sort of early stage investing has traditionally been highly regulated. Cryptocurrency has provided a way around these regulations. Rather than having to wait to invest until companies grow large enough to IPO and hit the stock market, ICOs let you get in at the ground floor.
Here are some of the leaders of the pack of  ICOs of 2017 that gave incredible returns:
-Komodo
ROI: $100 in their ICO = $14,151 today
-Ark
ROI: $100 in their ICO = $36,600 today
-Spectrecoin
Return: $100 in their ICO = $50,834 today
The list goes on, but are ICO returns simply a matter of luck?
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China to legalize ICOs on: March 27, 2018, 08:03:57 PM
Could this be true? Until there are other sources confirming the news, before i can conclude that China will or has legalized ICO. We all know  that the government of China fusses at the name ICO, so how will the wake up and suddenly decide to legalize ICO. Even if it is going to happen, i do not see it happening now.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to protect with scams on: March 27, 2018, 07:58:40 PM
Even if you have done your research on whatever ICO you have interest in. If you are still new in the system, do put all your investments into it and neither should you put your investments into one basket. Invest only your spare money and use that process to learn those things that might be new to you, most especially when it comes to investing in ICO.
If it succeeds, then you should be able to do the analysis of what made it to succeed and if otherwise, try to hypothesize the reasons.
