561  Economy / Gambling / Re: From 650 Bitcoins to one: Why you should never gamble on: March 03, 2015, 04:07:36 PM
Where did you play?

I played at Bitzino.com. They have a limit of 100 Bitcoins on 2:1 bets...Once I put 100 Bitcoins there and won, and once I lost. That's a cool $25'000 both times.
562  Economy / Gambling / Re: From 650 Bitcoins to one: Why you should never gamble on: March 03, 2015, 01:43:26 PM
Thanks for the answers. Yeah, I still have a _bit_ left, but I would have spent my Dogecoins, but the Cryptsy wallet was at least then down. Not everything is lost, I gave someone a bitcoin as he asked for it, and when I had 379 Bitcoins in my wallet I bought a DSLR lens for 41 Bitcoins through www.all4btc.com. This lens will take weeks to deliver, so at least I saved around 10'000 bucks. But even if I should sell the lens, I will never get that money for it, as it is just to expensive for most. I dreamt a long time about having it, so at least this wish is fulfilled.
563  Economy / Gambling / From 650 Bitcoins to one: Why you should never gamble on: March 03, 2015, 10:55:18 AM
Well, I have a gambling problem and I will ask my "Shrink" for help. My problem is that I like to play roulette. So long story short, I made it from 650 Bitcoins, where almost 600 were pure profit, to one. You can check it here: https://blockchain.info/de/address/1GJ7EMh9JyyBAKteQZLHXn8jbHz5ymfCqW And 340 Bitcoins from my winnings are not even in the Blockchain, als I only had them ingame (roulette) and sadly did not cash out until I had lost everything.

So here is my warning: Never gamble! It is just not worth it! Not the money, not the nerves. I also have played roulette wiht Fiat money in the last 10 years, my total loss up to date is around 25'000 Dollars. I now only have 1.4 Bitcoinis and 10.250 Million Dogecoins left...Now I just have the money to make ends meet.
564  Economy / Investor-based games / Made Bitcoins back on: February 23, 2015, 12:26:28 AM
Hello. I am the guy who invested 25 Bitcoins into this. I got scammed by over 20 Bitcoins. I was frustrated. Then I decided to play roulette with my remaining bitcoins. I lost 0.125 Bitcoins, then 13 Bitcoins. But then I finally won and made back all my losses and even more. I am really happy about that.
565  Economy / Investor-based games / -25+5 on: February 22, 2015, 11:40:35 AM
I invested 25 Bitcoins. Only a mere 5 came back, a loss of 20 Bitcoins. No withdrawals have arrived for one and a half days.
566  Economy / Investor-based games / Level 7 on: February 20, 2015, 09:26:28 PM
I upgraded to Level 7 from Level 1. I have yet received around 0.45 BTC. I wonder, how long this works. A withdrawal takes about 1.5 hours to confirm in your wallet.

567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Is the "Multicoin" light wallet for several coins legit or a theft scam? on: February 13, 2015, 10:14:54 PM
I was looking for a light wallet for DevCoin and found this: http://sourceforge.net/projects/multicoin/

No reviews possible, only three downloads. Is this the real deal or just a try to steal coins? Is there a safe way to find out?
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Applecoin V2 - POS+I2P+DIY wallet on: February 13, 2015, 10:00:09 PM

I don't think you can trade them 1:1. But you really missed an opportunity to sell those 80.000 old Applecoins for great money! Months ago those Applecoins were definately worth a lot.

Currently, they don't have much value.. I'm not into the new Applecoin.

I am in this for the long term, not quick profits. But how could I know that the coin is going to be "cancelled"?! When they were still worth a lot, I contacted a guy with a website where you could exchange, among a lot of others, Applecoin for precious metals. He never answered. That would have been my chance.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Applecoin V2 - POS+I2P+DIY wallet on: October 02, 2014, 08:43:09 AM
can i use the old APC??? or is a other blockchain?

change my old APC 1:1??

Sorry, change time has passed but you can contact btc38.com.Good Luck!

What a scam....     Here is the new wallet and all your coins are gone.

Good Work dumbass, way to degrade the reputation of crypto.

This coin is not applecoin if one cannot use an old wallet in the new and have it work, basic fucking logic.

LOL sorry the time to trade your coins in has passed, really?   When will the next wallet come out and the time to trade your coins in passes again?

Anyone who invests in this dev team is out of their mind.

So the original Applecoin has been pulled from BTC38 and has been replaced with this crap.  I wonder how many people converted their old APC to this new crap and what the coin cap is for the original APC?

Furthermore when the coins were traded in who got the original APC?  BTC38?  Were they burned?

If it quacks like a duck..........

Well, I just found out and still have 80'000 of the "old" Applecoin, now only worth like 52 Bucks...Were the old Applecoins exchanged 1:1 for the new Applecoin?

571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 19, 2013, 07:40:12 PM
Yesterday I bought over 1.4 Million Colossuscoins for less than 0.005 Bitcoins. Colossuscoins is eleven times more common than Graincoin, so one million GRA für 0.1 BTC is more than fair.

And over at Graincointrade someone only offers half of my price for a million coins.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [GRA] 10000 GRAs giveaway per person - Grain - the great crypto coin!! on: December 19, 2013, 12:41:59 AM
I was told to get my 10K Graincoins here.  Cool

Here's my address:

Thank you, Bosian.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 18, 2013, 11:28:40 PM
I don't see sense to sell GRA cheaper than 1 GRA => 0.01$
and anyway what you write.

GRA new coin. And no one knows how much it costs. But I sell to you 1 GRA => 0.01$
If you don't want to buy search for other who wants to sell you on your ridiculous price.

So next time better think wondering whether your opinion to anyone.

So when you run out of arguments, you get rude. Whatever.

Another example: Compared to what they ask for Colossuscoins, which is traded at both Cryptsy and Coins-E, one Grain it not even ten Satoshis. And I took the exchange with the higher price... So I would get one Million Graincoins for my 0.1 Bitcoins.

Maybe I should just get in line over at the giveaway thread, as I will get double the amount for nothing, zilch, zero compared to what you will give me for my Bitcoins.
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 18, 2013, 09:58:46 PM
I don't see sense to sell GRA cheaper than 1 GRA => 0.01$

So lots of people are getting a 100$ giveaway? Your price multiplied with the 10'000 Grains that are given away. The giveaway for Applecoin, which I repeat is ONE THOUSAND TIMES more rare, was 10...

So next time better check what coin you are mining before you ask for those prices.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 18, 2013, 09:51:34 PM
i never sell any new coin under 1k satoshi, just look at cryptsy every fucking coin is above that

Yeah, but what are the totals of those coins? And Applecoin is only on Chinese exchanges, Grain on no exchange at all.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 18, 2013, 09:39:42 PM
And as I realize now, those 40'000 Grain for 0.1 Bitcoin are still only half what I got Applecoins for. And there will a THOUSAND TIMES MORE Grain than Applecoins.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 18, 2013, 08:54:47 PM
1 GRA => 0.01$ (It will be worthy of the price at the moment).
But I'll wait at least 0.1 $  Smiley

Don't think so.

That would be 5'000 Graincoins for 0.1 Bitcoins in very early stage. And in early stage, you could buy like 10'000 Bitcoins for 50 bucks. Just that the limit is over 2'000 times less than Graincoin...

So now it is more of a price of 0.0000025 BTC per GRA, or 0.00125 Dollar.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 18, 2013, 08:22:28 PM
Nobody in their right mind would give you 10 million GRA for $50... That probably doesn't even cover electricity costs...

So, what would be fair? I don't know how fast Grain is to mine, but those Applecoins are also Scrypt.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GRA] Grain - New PoW/PoS coin | Fast, secure | Version 1.1 Released! on: December 18, 2013, 07:47:33 PM
Hi Pascal, how much GRA are you looking to buy with 0.1 BTC?

Well, in the early stages I bought 80'000 Applecoins, which has a total of 50 Million, for 0.1 Bitcoins. So, as Graincoin has a total of one thousand times more, I am expecting to get something around 10 to 50 Million Grain...
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Graincoin for up to 0.1 Bitcoin on: December 18, 2013, 02:24:03 PM
Hi. My Name is Pascal Parvex (you may Google it to find my landline number on parvexfilm.com (below)) and i am quite new to this forum.

So, I would like to buy Graincoins for up to 0.1 Bitcoins, as I can't mine them with my current rig. As I can't stay always up to date with this thread, e-mail your offers to pascal.parvex@gmail.com. My main e-mail address pascal@parvexfilm.com is rather slow and does not work for everybody, which means, that for example, MtGox e-mails don't come trough...So better use the first one.

I propose that the seller sends half of the Graincoins first, I then send the whole amount of Bitcoins, and the seller then the remaining amount of Graincoins. I bought into about a dozen virtual currencies, so this should work best.
