Very true JumperN. With the risk of Paypal and other reversible payment methods the ones who are doing these deals as a high risk with newbie accounts that are probably another former member with a new account to try and scam. So beware and only do deals with reputable members with ALOT of successful trades using that particular payment processor that you are looking to do the transaction with.

Thanks for the promotion though. And yes I am accepting Neteller now. Just had some newbie try to sell me some but wanted to play around with refund so he lost in the fees they charge. It does not work like paypal with refunds. The fool, he was asking for the funds back and they don't have a direct refund option so you have to have it as a payment. I am still getting use to this new system to use for payments.

And the last user did not pass my checking. He lost in that preliminary of the exchange and has been put on permanent ban from using my services.

And not everybody is as privileged enough to have that option at their disposal.

Scammers will see it is so easy to scam even senior members here. So what would stop them from doing it from other alt accounts that they keep creating?

Just deal with reputable members with alot of trade history in paypal to keep yourself secure from fraudsters like this.
