its good idea if you want to maintain your stamina Smiley hope all people quit smoking in this world
my grandfather 80+ year old still smokes regularly ..! still travels more than 6Km in hilly areas without any problem , I don't think if smoking is the solution of anything or is it  problem of any kind it is just a habit few people have..!

sometimes it depends on your diet and lifestyle even if you are smoking or not
smoking is not bad but if you do in excess and do nothing for his/her stamina then it will sure kill your lungs

yep just put a limitation for yourself like 5 to 6 sticks per day will be ok every 2 hours that is what i've done to minimize my smoking as i dont want it to be a habit

Never read the books, there are many better ones.
How can you know if you've never read them?
why take the risk anyway..!

its much more fun to read all the threads here rather than harry potter Cheesy there is a lot of good books out there
565  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's wrong with eating meat? on: April 22, 2014, 05:27:08 PM
Confirmation bias?

It would be if I hadn't experienced both sides and found one that had exponentially improved my life over the other.

If you check out the other pages you can find a lot more information on the subject too.

Plus if you haven't tried both sides, researched ideas and concepts about the other side, and actually experienced what it was like, then maybe you should admit it's you who has a confirmation bias.

If you read some of my earlier posts, I tell stories of how I used to think every sick looking person was vegetarian / vegan. That all those big muscular guys were all heavy meat eaters. That you needed meat to become huge. That eating meat was the manly thing to do.

Even though the world's largest and strongest animals including giraffes, elephants, and gorillas are all vegetarian or even vegan.

This is what meat propaganda has you believing. That you need milk. That eggs are good for you. That meat has a lot of protein and nutrients. They also have pictures of happy animals on the cover of their products. In school it is fed, children eat it no questions asked, which included me and everyone else I knew.

Tell me who has confirmation bias: the guy with the open mind that has learned to think outside the box or the guy with the closed mind that continues to believe in cultural beliefs placed upon them without ever learning to question their beliefs or culture.

this is the most dumbiest thing i've ever read lol so if you are not eating meat means that you have a higher IQ and open minded i think its depend on people having a close minded is a choice and so the IQ
566  Other / Off-topic / Re: just start datin few weeks ago how do I explain her I can't pay for everything? on: April 22, 2014, 05:18:47 PM
She's mentioned in the past that she had a pretty well-off boyfriend who bought her a house, went on a few dates with a billionaire, and has told me her mom berates her for "having champagne taste on a beer budget". She spends a ton of money on clothes, handbags (she works in fashion), the kind of money I'd never spend on stuff like that. I assume she makes better money than me, because she lives with her parents but eats out every night, the clothes, etc.

seriously bro why date a girl who is obiously bragging about her x boyfriend who brought her a house and telling you how she likes expensive things
there is a lot of way to date a girl without spending a 100$ for her like take her to the park you can stop by to a groceries store to buy a drink and some snacks while you too is having a fun conversation go to a drive thru or stroll at the mall and eat on some not expensive cafeteria a simple girl will not ask you to take her out on a fancy dinner or expensive restaurant

gold digger bitch will only want that crap

I dont know any sure methods, but my dads been smoking for ages and what helped him so far would be going on hikes in malibu and other areas.

I guess its a matter of creating that mental strength, and feeling clean while you breathe that mt. air.

I noticed though he picked up another habit besides smoking, would be eating way more like eg: pistachios. Which I consider to be a lot better choice obviously.

I`d also try to recommend having a friend that smokes does not help, so avoid situations for you to smoke esp in social atmosphere.

they say that you can also avoid it by eating other foods after every meal or chewing some gums or candy instead of lighting some cigar
congats to your dad for a successful quiting on smoking
570  Other / Off-topic / Re: Porn sites on: April 22, 2014, 02:49:44 PM
It would be great if we can have a thread that shares the link of particular Pr0ns that someone wants to share Smiley with almost millions of pr0n movies available there it is hard to find some buried somewhere on the net.

i think you can surely find then on the deep web not only porn but real life porn including celebrity scandals Cheesy why i cant even get a tor browser on my iphone Cheesy
571  Other / Off-topic / Re: Quit smoking on: April 22, 2014, 02:45:52 PM
its easy to stop it at the first 2 days i tried before but whenever im still up at night or get bored i always end up on lighting 1 to 4 sticks for 2 hours  Undecided really hard since you are fighting against yourself and urge

This type of habits are really hard to deal with. Especially when you already got used to it - smoke when you're bored etc.

I've been smoking for quite some time now and can't drop it. And I don't really want to.

right now im minimizing my smoking habit im avoiding to go to my room after the several things im done with because i will end up smoking again while playing or watching some movies so instead of going to my room i'll make myself busy by talking to my husband's family or playing with my niece now my limit is 7sticks/day

577  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pilipinas (Philippines) on: April 22, 2014, 08:38:49 AM
I think that might set the value initially. I premine some coins, part of it goes to paper wallets (cold wallets) which can be imported into any client. No need to find out who you are, just pay cash in person, or bank deposit, or send BTC.

The paper wallets will come in 1000, 5000, 10000 peso denomination equivalents or something along those lines, as selling 1 peso coins is just absurd.

Those far away will need to know how to use GPG, so I can safely email you the private keys. (Like, I am in Manila, but you are in Cebu or Davao, and we don't have people there.)

Other things to think about are time, deadline, how many months do we give the public to claim their free coins ... what if the government decides they don't like it ... see, the start of this thing will be centralized.

In 3 or 6 months, the original organizers can "disappear" and others take over, once the code is there, once the network is going and people are mining, the hash rate is healthy, lots of local exchanges are working, and no one can stop it.

But then again, if it ever takes off, it will be a some what competitor to GCash, SmartMoney, all the banks and their remittance stuff, and maybe one or two other coins that started here.

i wonder how can we submit you the documents??

580  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best place to build the Bitcoin island in the international waters on: April 21, 2014, 06:55:28 PM
i guess arab have a great mind by building this wonderful island

The Arabs contributed the money... so in a sense yes.. they have a great mind. But remember that the construction was carried out by the Dutch companies Jan De Nul and Van Oord. The workers were mostly from South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal). And right now most of the islands are under the possession of Russians and Americans.

yeah aramco also is dominated by british people Cheesy my husband told me that
