561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet - Trustworthy? on: October 19, 2019, 07:06:45 AM
I am using Trust Waklet on my handphone. Basically it stores all my coins. But I wonder is it safe? What if my phone crash. What if I buy a new phone and need to transfer the wallet over? Is there any best practices for Trust Wallet. This is basically my entire fortune and I am trying to be as safe as possible
Trust wallet is safe, basically any crypto wallets that gives its users private keys or recovery words are safe, with the keys you can import into other wallets and you will find your coins on the wallets, you can import to other wallets as well, i used copay in the past and i am using my recovery seed on coinomi wallet today, no coin lost so far
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My list of 5 Sleeping Giants of 2020 :) on: October 18, 2019, 04:13:32 PM
This present bad market condition will be over soon and i am sure many coins will die before its finally over, all coins on your list are good especially binance token, they will bring good return of investment for sure, bnb token is more than just a sleeping dragon
563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters needs to start respecting themselves on: October 18, 2019, 04:03:37 PM
Bounty hunters please start claiming your worth, do not go around promoting bounty projects that has too low allocation, i was surfing around on this forum today and i saw new bounty projects that have allocation worth of 1000dollars and they even have separate campaigns, why are people promoting such projects? you are the ones responsible for how developers are treating bounty hunters, there is nothing wrong if you decide not to work for penny... Even some airdrops on this forum has 8$ worth of allocation, just imagine that
I am also a bounty hunter and to be honest i am not earning a good profit anymore by joining bounties, that's why i decided to stop joining bounties right now i am more focus on trading and weekly campaign until i found again a perpect bounty like what happen last 2017.
What do you mean by weekly campaigns? are weekly campaigns not bounties because i know there are few bounties like that, quit hoping for days like 2017 because you might have to wait for long, all these time that you wait few good projects are coming in
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit Exchanges, an end to good projects. on: October 18, 2019, 04:00:12 PM
After the qualifications of teams and developers the next big thong to be worried about is exchange, with new projects all i make sure i always do is try to know which exchange they are aiming for, if its like p2p2b2b i will move on, exchanges always affect the live of new tokens and coins

Yes you can trust the wallet, i have been using it for sometimes now and its flawless, no issues till date, you need to backup your private keys that's the only way you won't lose your fund, you can try other wallets like coinomi or enjin wallet
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your token's on: October 17, 2019, 04:01:49 PM
Either hardware wallet, mobile wallets or pc wallets you still have to write the private keys or recovery seeds out, i think the best place to can keep them is carving them on a mini wood or plastics or even irons, they can never be damaged
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Sure Are You That You Invested In A Right New Coin? on: October 17, 2019, 03:59:23 PM
Good coins always have the following
1. Good demands due to real use cases or working products
2. They are listed on many exchanges, big, small, mediocre exchanges combine
3. Their teams and developers always show good sign of progress either on roadmap or future plans and developments, they are always open to more ideas
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Update List Scam Airdrop 2019 ...... on: October 17, 2019, 03:55:25 PM
BIP ( Scam AirDrop )

What is bip?
BIP is a next-generation cryptocurrency, which uses the greatest developments of recent years—instant transfers on any devices with small transaction fees and no technical struggles.

Use crypto to pay for everyday needs
Our wallet lets you issue and use branded virtual plastic cards via Apple Pay and Android Pay. Convert bips and other coins in a matter of seconds into USD or EUR. Subject to availabiity depending on the country of residence.

As far as I know, BIP or minter is not scam because as I can see to their telegram channel those community over that official channel of minter received their bounty rewards after the campaign, and some or most of them received their bounty already to their wallet. But most of the airdrops now are not good based on what I saw to those who participate in it.

Many complained about Airdrop in which participants did not receive BIP tokens, while many bounties had received BIP payments fairly and the bounty was only for a short period of 5 weeks while the airdrop had long been the participants doing their work.
I am not surprised about this, sparkpoint project failed to send out airdrops tokens to airdrop hunters and yet they fully paid all bounty hunters who participated in the sparkpoint bounty project, i still don't know what happened till date and when i made mention of this in their telegram channel they ignore the question
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No trading volume is same as dead coin on: October 14, 2019, 06:32:58 AM
Trading exchanges needs somekind of iron hand, some coins are dead but they have fake trading volumes on exchanges and some exchanges still uses watch trades as well as fake volumes that bots created, if their is no regulation for coins and tokens their should be for exchanges at least
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What makes you still join the bounty campaigns? on: October 14, 2019, 06:17:04 AM
An open question to all bounty hunters. What makes you still join the bounty campaigns?

I was the regular bounty hunter in 2017 and early half of the 2018 but once 80% of my joined bounties started to turn scam without paying a penny, I dropped the idea. By looking the current situation, I can conclude that the situation has now worsen and the success rate of bounties is now dropped to further low. So my question is why you still join bounties? Are you getting paid? If yes, then which one gave you best rewards this year? Who is the best manager/s currently in bounty domain?
Honestly instead of leaving the account signature space blank, I prefer it to be full. I always try to join better ones but the result is mostly 10x-100x dump. Also I always search for the bounty listed in the exchange, and this would be the better choice considering the recent situation of the market. IMO Arteezy is one of the better ones in this regard, I have been able to earn not less than others in the campaigns I participated in.
Arteezy is a good bounty manager but not to be rely on because few of bounty projects from him are bad, for example files fm bounty, they cheat bounty hunter so much that the reward was meaningless and they put the blame on hardcap not reached but they managed to reach their softcap

What do you guys think about e-sports? Do you think it will help bring in mass adoption? I think with the amount of gamers on those 4 platforms alone this could help mass adoption for crypto in the gaming market.
This is not officially from the games companies, this platform is just a betting platorm but still looks good to me, i don't know if adding coins or tokens to earn in video games will be a good idea or bad idea but i am sure it can make many people get into gaming more
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Community still believes in Ethereum 2.0 despite scaling challenges on: October 13, 2019, 06:07:35 AM
you are confusing "hoping for a pump" with "believing in the project".
ethereum is one of the altcoins with the most number of naive bag holders. these bag holders are always hoping to see their massive losses be covered and maybe eventually even see some profit after a couple of years of brutal losses.
that is why they are currently so hopeful to see the pumps eventually start with the 2.0 nonsense. but if you actually check the project, the upgrade,... you can see that nothing is going to really change about ethereum. it is still the same centralized broken project with unlimited supply and no usage ever since ICO hype died.
Its too early to start condemning what have not been launched already, whether ETH 2.0 is going to be better or not its only a matter of time, what i know is if ETH is going to be in bad shape after the upgrade then all tokens are doom and there will be more losses to investors

I still promote bounty projects because i believe that new projects with better features or tech will do better than old projects for sure, i choose bounty projects very carefully and i only promote the project that i mentally and physically feel its worth giving a try
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Devs and CEOs on: October 12, 2019, 11:46:48 AM
If some disciplinary act are been taken against teams and devs greedy habits will reduce in crypto space, bad devs and ceo are showing their faces to the public introducing their project to gain awareness, the teams are even going for blockchain seminars and here we are thinking they are doing the right thing to easily achieve success and increase adoption rate too but in the end the project still turn to scam, in crypto and blockchain tech a piece of paper anybody can just trampled on and do as they see fit? its really unfair, investors are taking risks i think these kind of devs should be dealt with to stand as an example for those who have evil thoughts of using blockchain
You are right, scammers have turn crypto space into nothing but joke, they mainly focus on building projects to raise funds and exit the space and still come back with another project again, they do this repeatedly like its nothing and new crypto users keep falling vitcim, crypto is really in a big bad shape and we need to keep warning new investors
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paper wallets on: October 12, 2019, 11:42:25 AM
I've got a bunch of coins kept in wallets at an exchange and I want to move them all to offline paper wallets.

Looking at my records I seem to have BTC, BAT, BTG, PASC, MUSIC, ELLA and XMR.

I've been to bitaddress.org, created a wallet and printed it. Before I transfer my BTC I wanted to double check that this is a legit wallet generator... most of my $$$$ is BTC.

How about the other coins? Most are low balances. I think MUSIC is now worthless, but nonetheless, I might ask well keep them!

Thanks

when creating ELLA paper wallet you will be asked to insert a password and this password encrypts your private key. This does not act as a seed to generate your keys but you will need the password and your private key to unlock your wallet. You can create ELLA through github link

576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Criminals got balls because no COP or law to tackle them on: October 12, 2019, 11:36:31 AM
Many crypto scammers are been apprehended in some part of the countries like Philippines for example, they arrested crypto scammers are just small time thieves just like in real life, what about big ICO scam cases that the CEO of the project is well known? can anyone tell me any apprehended CEO or teams of any ICO scam? o guess not, i am not a fool, there is more that meet the eye
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teams showing real faces to public can still scam you on: October 11, 2019, 01:47:30 PM
Some scammers like playing safe, i remember the time i entered this space i always thought that scam projects are the ones that have anonymous teams but later i even seen projects from 2012-2013 that have anonymous teams and are still doing well following their roadmaps as well but i never thought that scammers have the nerve to start showing their faces to scam investors too, what is going on with crypto?
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience from day one on: October 11, 2019, 01:44:13 PM
Most devs are playing safe when they put locks on your tokens or coins, do not worry much because once they market start surging they will release the tokens or once the release date come to past you will have your tokens, dumpers can make tokens become useless on exchanges that is why.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your token's on: October 10, 2019, 05:33:10 AM
Its easy to keep your private keys or recovery seeds safe even if you are sharing your computer with friends and family, use winzip or winrar to compress the folder you keep all your keys in and you should consider adding security password to the compress folder, use a very strong password and you are good to go
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the fair rewards come out from campaign? on: October 10, 2019, 05:28:09 AM
I was planning to join the campaign, i asked one already join more than one, the answer is choked me,
Although the project not bad, he received only $6.8 after worked for 6 weeks is it fair?  Is it normal?
What you think?

The bounty allocation may be low and many bounty hunters might have promoted the bounty as well even when the allocation is low which results in low reward, its normal if you get that kind of reward in bounty, you might want to upgrade your acc to higher ranks by helping others with what you know, just contribute by making reasonable posts
