I actually withdrew my bitcoin from our local exchange because it posted a message on the site stating they will not be able to do any transaction going in or out using bitcoin a week before August 1 until further notice so I had to withdraw them but for my altcoins, I just left it at the trading site but secured it with a 2fa. It's not that much though because I just started trading altcoins so Im not that worried and I trust Poloniex too.

No more chance of BTC price decrease till 1000$. But may it will decrease till 1800$-2000$. Because as we can see today price around 2500$ but before 2 day only it was 2700$. So now price going to decrease.

I think is better to invest now in bitcoin than to wait till later when the market value of Bitcoin will increase to the level that you cannot afford to buy and earning from signature campaign will then be reduce as a result too. After climbing above $2,500, bitcoin seemed to pass the 2700$ mark yesterday while reverting back to small losses before reaching 2800$. People say it could reach 3000$ by the end of the month, but if the panic among the community for august 1st sets in, there is a chance for bitcoin to plummet back to the 2000 range. So yeah, it all depends on the market demand.
