We are proud to announce, that today we issued RSUnit on NXT AE. As we've got quite a few requests to do this, and in accordance to some users concern that RSU has to be released very soon we decided to take this step as code developement can't be speeded up to be ready in a few days. RSUnit is the NXT asset that holds the place of RSU, allowing early trading of it, until the Beta release of the Reserve Share wallet.

To claim your RSUnit you have to fill the following form. Make sure that you provide correctly all the requested information. You have to provide your Bitcointalk username wich you've used for registering for the First Round, your e-mail address provided at the First Round registration and your NXT wallet account ID. Please make sure that you provide correct NXT account ID and you handle carefully your NXT wallet passphrease.

You can claim your RSUnit NXT Asset until the Beta release of Reserve Share. After the Beta version of the wallet will be released you will be able to exchange your RSUnits to RSU.

Can we wait until wallet release and chose not to use NXT account?

Thanks

PoS is working only for mined coins or i can buy on markets and withdraw to my wallet?

PoS will start in about 3 days.
It will work for all "aged" coins inside your wallet.
You can also buy them at exchanges and withdraw the to your wallet.
They will start to stake after aging for 4h - 2d.

Thanks  Cheesy

It would be good if there is a wallet for linux that can be easily installed. It took me 3 hours to install the linux mint. Is there someone who can talk to the Ubuntu community to Viacoin wallet added to their repository? When would it be possible then to Viacoin the only wallet that can be automatically added unless of course Bitcoin wallet. Smiley

You can use Vialectrum. Easy to install in Linux (including Mint).

Code:
sudo apt-get install python-qt4 python-pip python-dev
sudo pip install https://github.com/vialectrum/vialectrum/releases/download/v1.9.8.4/Vialectrum-1.9.8.4.tar.gz
vialectrum

Warning: in Ubuntu 13.10 and later you also must do:
Code:
sudo apt-get install python-slowaes

Thanks, it works normaly. What is the diffrence between viacoin core wallet and this one?

ROOT coin , VIA coin etc

Read altcoin calendar and deciede for your self what is best for you.
Ther is a lot of scam but few coin are good for earn profit.

Isn't this not THE problem!

A coin should not be used to earn profit, you can go to the stock markets for that.

A coin should be used to pay your goods with.

Until now coins are only used as a kind of stock markets, not as money.

When can we start using the (bit)coins as real money?

Here you go https://www.litepaid.com/services and www.e4btc.com

This is only begining. Be patient. Cryptocurrencies world hawe to replace current banking greedy system.

Regards

This is precisely the sort of dumbfuckery we are trying to discourage. Go invest into icebergcoin or whatever shitcoin gives you profit (pump).

What we are doing here is starting a vehicle for original innovation, we don't need speculators de-stabilizing the prices like the chinese just did.

Yes we have a lower chance for success, yes there will be a bumpy road ahead, yes there might be inconveniences but ultimately we hope to deliver a sort of monetary system that could rival Bitcoin and be much faster, more fungible, more divisible and a better store of value.

We are already experimenting with technology which would allow us to implement smart nodes to relay information significantly faster than the Bitcoin network does ultimately keeping the whole network better synchronized.

We do have a significant advantage since we got the chance to observe the Bitcoin experiment and all its downfalls once it's out in the wild and up for so long.

I hope you succeed in this as soon as possible. As you can see there is a rumors that coin is dead.

Is there any ''coin'' alive then?
Can I pay with bitcoin or any altcoin for my daily bread?
Looking at al the problems with all the 'coins', scam, hacking, etc.
Will there be any future for any "coin" or is it just a timebeing game for youngsters
until the next game will begin?

576  Economy / Services / Re: NEED IT QUICK? NO CASH? AMAZON UK BTC PAYMENT SERVICE - FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on: August 27, 2014, 01:11:59 AM
Hello everyone,

I am offering this service to anyone in the UK (excluding Highlands & Islands) who would like to buy something from amazon.co.uk with free next day delivery. If you need something delivered quickly & either don't have the cash or prefer to pay in BTC - this is the service for you. The procedure is fast & simple as follows:

1) You PM me a amazon.co.uk link to the item you would like to purchase, together with a friendly "Hello!"   Grin
2) I reply with confirmation & price in BTC, together with a BTC payment address, for ordering your item.
3) You make the BTC payment to the supplied wallet address & PM me the TxID together with your name, email, contact number & delivery address.
4) Upon confirmation of the BTC payment I will order your item with free next day delivery to your UK address.
5) All order confirmations/receipts will be forwarded to you instantly.

How easy is that?

I am offering this service at minimal profit to try and help those of you who need something fast & prefer to pay in BTC, simple as that. I am initially limiting orders to less than £100 only, as my own funds are limited - but if all goes smoothly I will gradually increase the maximum order limit. If you require something over the initial £100 limit, PM me & I'll see what I can do.

I can also do gift vouchers (emailed) or gift cards (posted) at the same rate.

My fees:  Item cost @ BitcoinAverage.com 24hr average + 5% only.

Q&A:

Can you trust me?  Yes. I have done many, many deals on this forum & am constantly doing so - just check my listings/history out. I have bought & sold many BTC100's worth of equipment here, from complete Rigs to memory sticks as well as currency exchanges & I have never had a disappointed customer or a deal go belly up. I also have a 100% feedback record on ebay.co.uk here:

Also, a review here:  http://bitcoinlife.wordpress.com/2013/10/20/buying-stuff-amazon-with-a-smile-plus-tips/

Cut off time for free delivery?  This is usually before 3pm, but can vary. I will advise you on a case by case basis.

Please only send payments from a wallet you actually own & control - this is for refund purposes if the item is unavailable/sold out or whatever.

I have tried to keep this thread as brief & as simple as possible, but if you have any questions/suggestions at all just give me a shout & I will do my best to answer them as quickly & efficiently as possible.

That's it - Peace & Love  Grin

Have you consider expanding service to Europe?

Thanks
