561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to detect desperate Developers and scammers on: September 17, 2019, 05:31:53 PM
Obviously any project that promises you any of these are either scam or dangerous investments plans managed by desperate developers

1. Huge ROI in short period of term
2. Risk free investments
3. Assurance of what to come
4. Big exchanges listing like binance

I have promoted projects that pretends to have listing plan on big exchanges just to make people promote the project and make investors invest too

Damn, all this features are presented everywhere, in any project, lol  Grin
Don't think any admin or team member will tell you they are not planning to list on binance or about huge ROI? Smiley
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit Exchanges, an end to good projects. on: September 17, 2019, 05:26:22 PM
It is almost impossible to believe that after developing a good project which might likely succeed because of the product, some so-called developers and teams will still go ahead and list in a shit exchange all in the name of reducing the listing fund or all in the name of no fund to list in the big exchange, if you cannot afford good exchange, why not continue with the development of the project to be able to attract the right investors, why rush to a shit exchange. So many projects that could have succeeded have been buried by shit exchange, and if you care to know, you are the reason why we still have shit exchange because the owners of shit exchange knew that some daft developers and team will surely come and list their projects. Why will someone prepare a good meal and then decide to keep it in a cabinet full of cockroaches? Wake up.

How exactly does "shit exchange" ruin the projects? Many teams are just trying to list their token anywhere because there are many angry investors who are waiting for any chance to sell it. And all these people are constantly whining and disturbing the team.
563  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Successful bounty projects on: September 17, 2019, 05:05:18 PM
The following lists consist of successful or profitable bounties since Mid 2018 after bears strike the market till now and guess what? i missed out, the reason why i decide to do this is to give hunters the motivation that good projects are still around, they only comes in small pack, here we go
1. Vidy coin
2. MB8coin
3. Sessia
4. Harmony
5. Monarch token
6. Titan coin
7. Miracle tele for those who dumps straight up
8. Xcrypt

I know this is not the full list, you are welcome to add more, i did missed out without joining any of these bounties but i am motivated to keep on going and never stop because my time will come, onlu those who give up easily won't end up with a success story

This list looks not very promising in fact Smiley Keep in mind that the situation  is changing constantly and it is getting worse Smiley
Bounty is not the best place to make money now, that's for sure...
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Believes Dogecoin “Will Go To The Moon” on: September 17, 2019, 04:38:44 PM
Doge is a good manipulative coin, one should buy at the bottom and sell when another huge pump comes - just look at the graph and you will understand this strategy Smiley
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will There Really Be An Altcoin Season or Just a plot to Keep us in the Loop on: September 12, 2019, 01:21:43 PM
As soon as everybody loses hope and forget about such a thing like "altcoin season", it will really begin, lol Smiley
Same thing usually happens when we are talking about BTC investing by the way.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in multiple altcoins on: September 12, 2019, 01:17:40 PM
Ok guys so I have 500 CAD left to invest in altcoins, I decided to invest 3000 CAD in bitcoin and leave it like that. So for that 500 CAD (377 USD), please tell me if this makes sense. (I want to own a broad portfolio of multiple coins that have good odds for the future). All amounts are in USD for a total of $370. I'm open to suggestions.

50    Ethereum
50   Ripple
50   Binance Coin
30   Litecoin
20   Enjin
10   Iota
30   Cardano
20   Stellar Lumens
10   VeChain Thor
10   Pundi X
10   Basic Attention Token
10   Ontology
10   Zilliqua
30   Monero
?   Eos
10   Tron
?   Zcash
10   Icon
?   Chainlink
any other ?
10   Dash

I would advise to add DOGE here. And I would decrease Ethereum and Ripple stakes in your portfolio. Not sure about their future, there is a chance that they won't repeat their success Smiley
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it safe to exchange big amounts? on: September 12, 2019, 01:08:47 PM
Use strong and famous exchanges, don't try making experiments with your money on noname platforms. If you hesitate when watching an exchange, make your own research, check how popular it is. And also check the volumes - what sums other people use there.
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: September 12, 2019, 01:00:39 PM
Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?

Sad but true... But I don't think it's projects' fault, they are just trying to survive on this hardcore market. Bounty hunters get so pathetic rewards because the price of these coins is very low. Investors are suffering even more Smiley
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Brandt: 99% of Altcoins Will Be Forgotten in Five Years on: September 11, 2019, 12:54:06 PM
All this situation with altcoins reminds me dotcoms boom. Hundreds of new companies, connected to Internet somehow appeared... And most of them coudn't withstand the extinction when the bubble popped... But some of them clearly did it and grew into something really big Smiley
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping using crypto? on: September 11, 2019, 12:47:04 PM
Never tried using crypto to buy something "physical" before. Hope the adoption comes soon, and maybe in a year or two this will be an ordinary action for the people who use internet and bank cards regularly now.
571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining rigs end up dead on: September 11, 2019, 12:43:42 PM
Mining suxx, nothing to say here. My friends miners warned me not to try this at home, it is hard business they said... I was stubborn enough to begin playing with rigs too Smiley We all see what is happening with miners now... Despair Smiley
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why certain coins are worth more per dollar? on: September 11, 2019, 12:35:24 PM
Price depends on the coin supply, that's true. But if you are treating crypto like an investment instrument, you should compare growth potential of different coins. I usually don't care what the price is or what will be, I don't care about the figures, I care about their ratio, potential ROI. Some coins may cost now 0.0001 USD and then grow to 1 USD. And BTC may grow up to 100K USD. What investment opportunity looks better in this case? Smiley
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass adoption growing or decreasing? on: September 10, 2019, 12:10:32 PM
If you compare present situation with the one we had ten years ago, you will definitely see some positive changes. People used bitcoin just for fun and some - to buy drugs, lol Smiley Now even I have used it already - to pay for some freelance job and some other services.
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ICO rating websites we can use on: September 10, 2019, 12:07:22 PM
I plan to invest in one or two project, i currently do my own research, it is not easy, to find good project, although i do not trust ICO rating websites and do not like to use it but, i think i may need to have a look inside, a time ago i was frequently check ICObench, but now i believe icobench only care about money.
I don't have a list to share it with you, but i want to make a list according to your positive feedback from you.
This may help anyone with the research.

Take several ICO rating websites (use google and something like "ICO rating" as a search phrase). Then just go through all the listed  tokensales there and do your own research. Don't look at the monitors' ratings, just use their information.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Big prize for 1 participant in a signature campaign? on: September 10, 2019, 12:04:20 PM
for example: prize allocation for a campaign (signature) is around 2,000,000 tokens and if the project only has 1 participant in the campaign (signature) and when the project has been completed or not scammed, is it true that the participant will get the sum of all tokens (signatures)?
or maybe not at all,  for other reasons?

Bounty managers often specify some other rules to prevent such scenarios. For example - bounty pool will remain the same if there is at least 50 participants. If less - bounty pool will be decreased.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The best exchange in 2019? on: September 10, 2019, 12:00:28 PM
I think the safest and easiest strategy is to trade on those exchanges that are most popular among the people and that have huge volumes. If you want to trade some rare coins, than you should choose from those exchanges where these coins are listed. But the main priority always is big volumes and popularity.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: artificial intelligence can be dangerous on: September 05, 2019, 11:49:52 PM
It is obvious that there are numerous conceivable use cases for Artificial Intelligence. Especially when joined with voice innovation, a great deal of fascinating things should be possible. Lamentably, these innovations will likewise stand out from culprits everywhere throughout the world. For whatever length of time that cash can be produced using manhandling innovation, the world will remain generally risky, what do you say?

This is a very interesting subject I think. And very unpredictable in fact. We are watching the birth of something radically different and new, and it's very hard to predict how it will affect our lives. Definitely we should be careful when playing with such a thing like AI...
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Important question to Investors!! on: September 05, 2019, 11:44:23 PM
Investing in ICOs is a very risky move nowadays. Too many scams, too hard task for the team to promote their project, list their coin and pump it... Presale investing is even more risky.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: crypto and gold on: September 04, 2019, 04:21:27 PM
Gold is just another good instrument at the current time period. Use both crypto and gold in your portfolio - don't go all in. There is no use in trying to compare these two instruments from the technical side.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Old Bounties VS New Bounties on: September 04, 2019, 04:16:17 PM
Bounty trend is gone forever I think. At least this activities give less profit than they used to give us. Too many people involved, too many scams and uncertainty, this game is not worth the candle.
