Just as a thread I saw in this gambling section of this forum that someone is asking if people will keeps on gambling if the financial benefits is being removed from gambling, my answer was a big No, because in as much as we normally lie to people sometimes, we actually cannot lie to ourselves, more than 90% of people gambles because of the financial benefits attached it, if gotten right.
What I know that is bad is when you gambles and take it as a source of income, and with a money you can't afford to lose, those are the terrible aspect of gambling, and no matter what, you don't take it as a source of income, besides if you can gambles with only what you can afford to lose, then their is no way you will get addicted to it.

It's quite strange to see Jurgen Klopp only equipped with his young players while his main players have to be sidelined because so many are injured. I still don't believe that Jurgen Klopp can still beat the Chelsea that we know with his billion dollar squad and it is very strange that against the young players from the Reds they were not able to do it. This is another difficult job for Pochettino, even though he has been given the advantage of a Liverpool squad that has suffered a lot of injuries, but again he failed to maximize his advantage.
Maybe it could be said that Chelsea is even worse than any EPL team and I think the defeat in the EFL final against Liverpool really embarrassed them. Communities that play host to most oil companies prefer to get peanuts from these company rather than making it a major demand that thier citizens be trained and employed into meaningful positions in the firm. They will prefer to work as security personnel or handle a casual position while the company employs and pay huge amount of money to an external person to do the job we would have been trained to do.
If we fucose more on developing ourselves and depending more on ourselves for jobs in our nation, it will go a long way in reducing the rate of unemployment and dependence on external workforce to a very large extent.

I don't support any of the teams above but I think Liverpool will win at least 2 - 1 against Chelsea. The odds are in favour of Liverpool but I wasn't based on that. In fact, I find Liverpool performance better, Klopp is superior as a manager than Pochettino and it is his last year with Liverpool so I think he will try to have a last achievement since English Premier League title isn't obvious when you have Manchester City at your back. I know how important this game for Chelsea too but still think Liverpool will win in the main time. This Chelsea vs Liverpool game is really going to be a fascinating encounter because this is the game that defines Chelsea season, so they will actually give their all just lift this trophy, moreover their performance against the bigger teams has really been good compared to their outing against the smaller teams. Arsenal have done it again,flogging Newcastle 4:1 in a game that I thought was going to be very tough.Arsenal dominated the game through out the match,but in the late hours of the match,Joe Willock was able to break the deadlock of not scoring at Emirates stadium for about a decade.The game ended 4:1 in favour of Arsenal,and I believe this one must be a boost of confidence to the Gunners whom suffered defeat in Champions league against FC Porto.The gunners now seat one point behind City and two points behind Liverpool,so the three horse title race is still very active.
I knew Newcastle United was an easy match for Arsenal to win because Newcastle United have been struggling recently to win their matches in the Premier League. With this 4-1 against Newcastle United, the point difference between Liverpool, Manchester City, and Arsenal remains the same, and the Premier League title race is still open for Manchester City or Arsenal to win if Liverpool fails to win it. In my opinion, the heavy defeat that Newcastle experienced when facing Arsenal last night was a very natural thing, because Arsenal's performance was very good and still consistent in their matches. When compared to Newcastle's current condition, they are at their worst point this season and their game looks very inconsistent and it is very difficult to provide resistance against Arsenal. Plus, Arsenal is playing at home, this of course makes Arsenal's game more aggressive to continue attacking to win this match. The conditions in the Premier League this season are very tight so Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal must really maintain their performance and always play consistently in every match in order to win the next match. Arsenal is on fire now five consecutive wins before Newcastle game really shows an incredible hunger and taste for success and I wasn't surprise when they thrashed Newcastle 4-1 making it 6 straight wins with 25 goals scored and conceded just 3 goals they lost a game so far in 2024 against Porto in UCL match, there is great desire by their players to win a trophy this season, meanwhile team is now third with just two ponies behind Liverpool and one point behind Man City with 12 matches, I think this would be one of the toughest contest for EPL trophy among the 3 clubs that means every remaining matches count now it's going be a must win match to remain as a title contender. Arsenal is in amazing form in the Premier League right now, and that is one of the reasons I said if Arsenal entered the top of the Premier League table, they would end up winning the Premier League trophy this season. This is one of the best Premier League title races in a long time because three clubs are actively involved. Actually I have never been a fan of arsenal due to their lack of consistency and their inability to put away the smaller teams, but I have been actually impressed by the way they have been going about their games and their results of late, though they are in a very stiff competition from the likes of Liverpool and man city for the premier league title, but to me, if the can keep up to this level of consistency between now and the end of the season, then I see them going all the way and possibly even lifting the premier league title. |

I Must confess the 100 push up is not really an easy task. When I started I expirenced alot of pain in most part of my body including arm, wrist and elbow but as i keep on doing it, I feel no much pain. Compeard to my first time, but there is alot of improvement. And this inspiration of 100 pushup is a kind of motivation to keep the body fit and to also learn to be patient in what ever you do, put together with relentlessly/focus and never give up. That is also a kind of reminder that when ever you start anything in life especially in Bitcoin HODL, at first usually use to be defficult to the extent you want to call it a quit but after several attempts you will feel much better than the initial entry time. Let the 100 push up be a motivation for us all to also be persistent in Bitcoin HODL an never get tired.
My body have successfully adapted to the exercise and the pain has reduced, just that my hands laps are heavier now and less flexible as they used to be. It was not really easy when I started, the pain even lasted longer than I expected but it is all good. I have not been able to hit the 100 target at a stretch before I become tired. I have been doing 40-40-20 for now and I do not intend to change this as I am getting the right result and my body accepting same. It's very quite good that at least you are giving it a try because it's not that easy, 40-40-20 is quite ok for a start since you were not into it, with time when your body will gets used to it, it will be much easier for you. When I started yesterday, due to the fact that I have been into sport for sometime now, it wasn't that difficult for me, because i usually do 50 pushups daily after workout, but doing 100 pushups at once was my first, and it was extremely difficult for me yesterday, though am still feeling some pains in my shoulder, but i know that if i can be able to maintain it, I will eventually get used to it. |

It has totally became obvious that no matter how poor in terms of performance Chelsea is but when it comes to the higher teams they suddenly improve there performance and it has happen to them more than twice this season

The win over Mainz set a new record for Leverkusen. They managed to surpass the record held by Bayern Munich. With Flick munchen never lost in 32 season matches 2020/2021. With Xabi, Currently Leverkusen has been with 33 matches without losing. Of course this victory is enough to make the point gap wider.
