You should invest on something you have more trust and you've made better research.
I don't know litecoin well, but from what I know, XRP seems me better idea for a long term!

You can buy altcoins because those are more volatile rather than bitcoin.
With altcoins you can easily make 5x to btc equivalent. I suggest to select some low cap altcoins!

I've received a lot of lessons from bearish market. First of all don't put your funds just in 1 coin. Secondly,there is no need to rush and buy on falling market,because you can be awarded with another deep!

Now I manage only signature, so here is 1 ICO. But I try to wear signature for 2-4 week in order to receive more tockens and diversify risks.
