Hi, i am running 2 x antminer s1
still after 25 hours in status start showing a few x oooooxoooo example...
Can somebody explain why , still after 24-25 hours and oboth same :-(

Alarm bells should be ringing if you dont see hashing after 5 minutes never mind 25 hours. There must be something wrong with your setup.
With xxx still running ok i think alarm ringing after restart and than again ok
You think bad oc ? Or low psu ?

low psu = bad oc

what psu do you have?

[edit] establish whether it's harware or psu - run 1 miner not overclocked on 1 psu - you should see 180G

there is no brand just oboth is 500watt i bought with this psu like complet setup with custom cooling 40c after oc i use OC from forum

500 watt is probably too low - I think you need at least a 750 - amazon sell a corsair 750 for 62-70 UKP. You'd need one of these for each of your S1s.

What rate do you get with just one un-overclocked S1 connected to the 500w psu?

Damnit, my second antminer comes in and now the pools down so I cannot setup a new worker or verify its working!

browse to your ant page and check it's mining - if it is then it is...

Thing is HOW can I see that a topicstarter made it self moderated? Still don't have a clue where to look...

It's in a white (small) strip on the very first post - not very clear
567  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: Before you send bitcoins, please check this subforum, Scam Accusations on: February 20, 2014, 10:01:55 PM
put a capslocked [WARNING] in the title

And also in your OP, advise people to TICK this tick box which is OFF by default and should be ON by default in my opinion.

Who the hell is getting all the blocks? It sure ain't us. Are we in the future now? Will an endless stream of twelve hour blocks become a daily routine?

You should post more often - block found

Can anyone vouch for this guy? I'd be interested in this if so...

As someone who has been with this pool a very very long time, it will get solved. Relax, start mining at your other pool and your stats will get sorted. You obviously have not been here very long if this is your first issue such as this. But they all get resolved, and slush is still my best paying pool vs others i have tried. There is a reason pool hoppers come back Wink

Because that's how pool hopping works - you stay for the first 5-10% of a round (depending on various factors) and then leave to mine somewhere else. Then you return at the start of the next round.

And i am sorry, but a reward of .00056188 is nothing to get frustrated about, so chill, leave and never come back. Have fun at the other Shit-Shows such as eclippse MC, LMAO

Would you like to explain why you think Slush is better then Eclipse? Just saying it's so doesn't make it so. You should  note that Eclipse has a hopper proof reward method so there's no impetus to pool hop there.

Hey organ, nice to see you hovering around. Classic 'processing' thread. Slush is better than eclipse though because eclipse is just a java development environment (although a very good one) but slush is a delicious melting ice cube mess... which would you rather on a hot summer day?

Still no movement on block 286444 for me.

If anyone with any influence is reading this... please fix this block so I can get my payout and leave this shit-show of a pool for good.

This place went downhill in a damn hurry.

286444 looks ok for me. Are you sure you was mining at the time? Nice way to get some help by the way, "shit-show of a pool" - that should do it...

Mine run at 50/51 C,
It's Hot here !

Should I be worried?  Tongue

Mine running currently at 36 / 39 blade 1 / 2 overclocked to 205 - if mine got to 50 degrees C, I'd point an external fan at them...
573  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [850 TH] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); TX FEES + VarDiff on: February 17, 2014, 11:44:34 PM
I've been mining for over a year. always on Slush...  I dont pay attention to things dont care about formulas and such maybe i forgot the 1 reason why I refuse to change...

So anyway I pointed 200gh/s at eligius to see how things compared over a 16 hour peroid it completed more blocks than slush of course and my total earned was 0.01394952 BTC
now looking at what I missed on slush that 200gh/s would have earned .03
SO why exactly would I leave slush?!?! each completed block on slush that 200gh/s earns .005x so as long as slush gets 2 blocks in 16 hours slush is better, get 3 blocks and way better...

I see Eligius is at 250% luck so why is Slush at 100% 3x more pay out...

Clearly an unlucky lucky prediction - luck takes a while to settle...

I was thinking of doing what btc aficionados say to do,  spanning your hardware across pools... but I just dont see how moving stuff off Slush can possibly increase payout. if 200gh/s is going to make 3x more on slush 1 day of complete bad luck on slush gets overcome by 1 day of flatness on Slush.
 Maybe I am missing something.
I would leave one on Eligius longer but the websites own states state it wont get any better. am I missing something?

In the early days I worried and fretted and switched pools - tried nearly every one of them - switching daily/hourly sometimes. After all that I still point my miners at slush and stay here. 18 hour block - whatever. 5 sub one hour blocks hooray. In the long run this is the best pool and averages will average out so that you get more with slush.

[EDIT] unconfirmed reward now showing correct - good job slush

Question for the experts.

If a block is found the pool apportions your share shortly after processing. If one leaves during the validation period it is my understanding they forfeit their share. The apportionment has already been factored so what happens to the portion they forfeited? Does it get redistributed to those who remain?

As soon as a block is found your share is secure. It doesn't matter if you stop mining while a block says 'processing', you will still get your share for that block.

Ok i have been in contact with nottm28, and explained as i will briefly here, i simply wrote about my conditon AS explained earlier in a desperate attempt to get AvalonShenzen to maybee give me my money back, it was simply that and only that. My story is as real as it gets, i sent PM to nottm28 explaining my story, and he wanted my personal info like passport etc. talk to my doctor to verify, that i just simply cannot do,and wouldnt be mutch help as we dont speak the same language. what i can do is send some doctor papers to my friend in Leeds like i explained to him and have him meet him etc, personally i think this is a bit drastic but i wont be called a liar either. BUT i dont wanted this to be about my condition or annything i simply explained my case.

This is a thread about we who have lost are bitcoins and i will post my suggestion as to us getting it back tomorrow on this thread just need to varify some minor details.

If annyone for anny reason wants to talk more about my case, PM me! so the thread can stay on topic.

I did get a message from serpiente12 and also a couple of other messages from his alts. Looks like this is the scammer gloating unfortunately.

the thaughts spinning through my head right now...after all that.... i told you , just because i wouldnt give a stranger my fxxxing passport id, person name and adress and my stem cell info for the place in going to go wich again would have led to you knowing my name and easily everything else of info etc.....im wondering if you actually believe im a scammer or if you saying it to throw people of or maybee i pissed you off by standing up to your 1 way bullshit....all i know is im not a scammer....and it remains to be seen aswell, im certanly not going annywhere ...

Seems I misjudged serpiente12, I'm not wanting to add to the bad time he is already clearly facing. I hope you get your coins back and good luck with things.

[EDIT] With all the scams going on it's easy to jump to conclusions as I did...
