5601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Religion is stoopid!!! on: December 02, 2017, 04:46:44 PM
Just about as bad as the time the Catholic church outlawed spherical Earth theory, now Turkey Muslims are being told Bitcoin will piss God off.  lol.  Hilarious.  Who could possibly follow such crap?
It is a funny move by the Turks ,they should abandon cars stocks concrete houses because they were not built during the initial phase of the religion and if they want to follow everything by the book ,they should be like war lords who conquer people without their permission,i guess they are doing it still in the name of religion. Cheesy I doubt people will listen to this when it comes to money no matter what religion you are,if it was something else which could create unrest they will be following it willingly. Grin
5602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is That The Thundering Herd I Seem to Hear? on: December 01, 2017, 11:59:16 PM
The recent surge in price will attract many users and especially when the price crossed ten thousand dollars which was a dream total a few months back and a valuation which i thought would take five years to achieve, people are starting to get interested and most likely the rally we had will boost the next rally  Grin ,with the futures market coming in bitcoin expect more people coming into bitcoin and the price will rise once again from these valuations.
5603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: McDonalds to accept Bitcoin by 2018 on: December 01, 2017, 11:08:56 PM
Does that even make sense with the current transaction times and fees? You are going to pay more for the fees than for your meal. Unless the fees go down drastically, it makes no sense to use bitcoin as a daily payment method.
I think it is time that everyone stop dreaming these kind of things with bitcoin, you cannot make a small transaction with  bitcoin and never expect to make when the price of bitcoin keeps climbing to new all time highs,it would be a great addition when they accepted bitcoin earlier but now i am not interested anymore simply because of the transaction charges.
5604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC expected to be go down on: November 27, 2017, 07:20:34 PM
I think 10k is psychological boundary and we will see plateau for some time before going up again.
With every price rise i used to think like this, but the price kept on climbing to new boundaries and now with ten thousand dollars ,if you think,we might say it is a psychological barrier to break as we are touching the five figure value, but bitcoin is always unpredictable and we would see what will happen in a weeks time, whether we will see a correction or the price keeps on climbing.
5605  Economy / Economics / Re: Everything is on an uptrend on: November 26, 2017, 04:34:33 PM
Apart from bitcoin ,the entire alt coin market was on a slide and it is good to see the market started increasing after a long time,i am talking about major coins and not all the tokens in the market which has a pump and dumb effect,ETH, Dash and Monero started increasing and the only coin yet to rise is litecoin as it is silent after the network upgrade but holding a constant value which is a good sign, hope all the alt coin market starts rising now.
5606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about super bitcoin? on: November 26, 2017, 03:23:35 PM
Lee developed and promoted coin prices are high, such as btc, eos, etc., so I also think the price of super bitcoin will be very high in the short term.
I was unaware of this recent development, yet another bitcoin fork which is planned on 17 th of December  Roll Eyes from what i understand the development is from China and they are yet to publish any white paper regarding the development but the promises they are giving are interesting like introduction of smart contracts and lightening networks ,lets see whether they can implement these things in time. 5607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth to pay $8200 for 1 BTC if you are a newbie? on: November 26, 2017, 02:58:30 PM
The ultimate question! The answer is no-one knows.
But I know each time in the past when I could have bought and didn't, I have regretted it. Look for a local dip and buy.
If you are interested in investing in bitcoin the major question will be the budget and how much you are planning to invest ,the price of bitcoin will deter any new users as the risk involved if there is a crash is really huge and there are many good projects with much lower valuations where you could invest at the moment and plan on converting it to bitcoin rather than investing heavily in bitcoin at this price, that is my advice to new investors who does not have a big bank balance. 5608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO's are finally coming to an end! on: November 26, 2017, 02:44:35 PM
What do you mean? ICO'S are still receiving millions of dollars in funds, and more and more of them are popping each day. I do not think it will be stop, maybe slow down. But as long as there are projects or businesses out there that have real objectives and needs funds, ico will remain.
Since there are many projects coming out on a daily basis it will eventually fade away, majority of the hyped up projects in the past did not deliver at all,but it was a good way to double up your investment in the past but after the bitcoin rally all of the alt coin market is taking a dive and all of the coins are well behind their ICO value and eventually people will loose interest in it.
5609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: November 26, 2017, 01:50:43 PM
Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?
It depends upon each individual project, anyone could create a new alt coin and it is not a big deal and if they are having some money they can even list that in exchanges and the profitability level depends upon how good the project and their vision is,there are a ton of free airdrops which has no literal value and then there are coins that will give you some amount of profit.
5610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC FN 122: Bisping vs Gastelum Info and Prediction Thread on: November 26, 2017, 01:25:05 PM
Here are the event's results.  I didn't watch it except for some bootleg highlights on YT.  I guess Bisping is happy to get another check from the UFC before he retires.  Lol.
It is hard to see Bisping sleeping in the ring twice now,GSP chocked him out and now Gastelum knocked him unconscious and he is still not planning to retire as he still wants to fight again, which is good for pay checks but with the fights he had in his career and taking into consideration his age he should retire but i hope he is planning to retire in an event in England in front of his home fans.
5611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Volatility on: November 26, 2017, 01:12:21 PM
Volatility has been the main feature of crypto currencies since there is no central authority to control their price as they were decentralized currencies.Prices would vary in proportion to demand. So,always there would be a fluctuation in demand.Even if the price seem to be stable some time,it would last only for a very small period. It is  this volatility which stops retailers from accepting bitcoin as a payment and also,it stops many countries from legalizing bitcoin.
Volatility is not the main factor that stops retailers from accepting bitcoin but the confirmation time they have to encounter deters them from accepting bitcoin, you cannot purchase something and let the retailer to wait a couple of hours to get a confirmation and a business does not work like that and the factors that stops countries from legalizing bitcoin is their lack of knowledge and over all it is a new technology, the volatility will be there in the entire market and there is nothing you can do about it.
5612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Massive Bitcoin Core smear campaign on reddit's r/btc on: November 26, 2017, 12:15:59 PM
I never believed in bitcoin cash because of their seemingly for profit and monopolization/centralization model. However, greed got to me and I got tricked into buying BCH for the first time last week, all thanks to the /r/BTC subreddit. With bitcoin now at $8800 I got burned badly and I now hate bitcoin cash immensely. Its my fault.
But you should now that they talk shit about bitcoin over there relentlessly. I don't exactly why i am sharing this but i get angry whenever i think about /r/btc.
They are fooling people into think bitcoin core is something evil. Something must be done.
If you never believed in bitcoin cash, then why invest in it in the first place when you had the opportunity to hold the free tokens you get when the split happened ,when it comes to investment you must have your own process rather than trusting someone online about what to invest,to be frank i did not expect the price of bitcoin rising like this ,but the price keeps on changing and moving higher every time without any major correction ,i expect some corrections down the line and i hope everyone will get an opportunity to invest. 5613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: November 26, 2017, 11:59:10 AM
Well he didn't declare yet Sad Pretty boring if you ask me . He played a magnificent innings without any doubt but I guess its time to make SL bat . He scored his 5th 200 as captain , great going for him .
With two full days remaining it is a loosing battle for Srilanka, four Indian batsmen scoring a century each which is a rare sight, the last time i have seen these sort of performance was when the Dravid ,Tendulkar ,Sehwag ,Laxman and Dhoni were the batting strong holds and it is good to see the present team scoring runs but i would like to see these sort of performance against dominating teams.
5614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: November 26, 2017, 11:22:28 AM
There is a big warning in their official website regarding the wallets downloaded from Nov 24 th to Nov 25 th,i really cannot understand how these kind of malicious software was available through their official repository.I am not sure about how many people lost their coins because of this and i would like to know how to move my coins into their wallet,do i need to download their core wallet or do they have a light weight wallet which i am not aware of or if there is any simple steps i would like to know.
5615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Message to Satoshi, please dump your 1million bitcoins on: November 26, 2017, 10:04:06 AM
Satoshi, bitcoin is extremely volatile and run by organizations now, not the people. There's constant forks such as Bitcoin Cash and other garbage that shows just how jokey the coin is. The only thing worthwhile is the blockchain itself and I honestly believe this was not meant to function as a method of payment, but as a method of storage(Bitcoin's constant dramatic price changes, good and bad, show this)
My resolution? Dump all your bitcoins on the biggest exchanges and destroy the currency, then start over.
From what i know bitcoin is a decentralized currency and not run by any corporates and you need to pool talented developers to run the project smoothly and that does not mean they are organizing to be a corporate  Tongue .There are many forks from the main  chain and if you are not interested do not use those,we have more shit coins in the crypto currency market and these fork coins are much better than those shit coins.
5616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins got me my X. on: November 25, 2017, 11:51:35 PM
For all those who say Bitcoin is not East to be traded, is a scam guess what I have successfully quit my job, brought my X and am living an amazing life thanks to Bitcoin. A big thank you to Bitcoin and this community. May my story inspire you'll to earn more coins.
It is a really good story to hear and i am sure there will be many more stories like these, but i would like to know why you quit your job and what are your ways to earn money just with bitcoin, unless you have invested a lot of money in it initially and that would inspire some folks to concentrate their time in bitcoin rather than hearing your half story i would like to hear your complete story. Smiley
5617  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Will Jump To USD $10,000 Dollars By 25 December on: November 25, 2017, 10:54:59 PM
This is highly dubious

What tax authority do you refer to here, specifically? IRS, CRA, or a tax agency of some other country? To tax Satoshi, you would first have to find out what jurisdiction he belongs to, which citizenship he has, who he is and if he is still alive, and whether he is a human being at all. I don't think this is the thing that the tax authorities would want to invest their time and effort in. Anyway, until he sells his coins for fiat, you basically can't tax him in most jurisdictions
You said the answer yourself here, basically no one can tax him in most jurisdictions ,that does not even mean that he wont be taxed ,a million coins in known wallets and just calculate the amount of dollars he is holding in those wallets and you think that the tax authorities wont invest their time for such a huge reward. Roll Eyes With the price moving without any hurdle and with the announcement of derivatives market we might touch $10k soon.
5618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rulers Can ban Bitcoin through the entire Earth! on: November 25, 2017, 10:29:32 PM
We Know That We Have High Personalities that control each Country and They are The Officials Of United Nations Leaders, What Do you Think, if they Ban Bitcoin in every country, for the Reason that bitcoin is Decentralized and can make FIAT Disappear. What can You say about it? as an Individual Bitcoin User?
I am not sure how it will make fiat currency disappear as the entire global market has more than ten trillion dollars worth of currency circulating and the entire crypto currency market is just around or less than three hundred billion dollars ,it is possible to shut all the exchanges but i am sure not all the countries in the world would accept the same unilateral decision and if it was so easy we would have been living in a more peaceful world. 5619  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 20 Billion Bets | 111+ BTC Jackpot! on: November 25, 2017, 09:15:23 PM
Well isn't the reason why there aren't many gamblers from India because its prohibited in their country.
From what I heard I think the only legal form of gambling there is a regular lottery. Maybe some Bingo or Horse racing.
Hence it would be ironic to find an India chatroom on an gambling site if its mostly prohibited in the entire country.
Gambling is illegal in most parts of India, from what i understand Goa does have legal gambling casinos ,online gambling is another grey area, there is no rules regarding that and i know some players in PD who are from India who are playing for a long time but illegal gambling is most rampant in the country and most of the bets are based on cricket.
5620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin Futures Contract? on: November 24, 2017, 10:15:54 PM
Guys, I know that IPO has audit. What about ICO? Tell me your opinion about ICO audit reports, please  Smiley
There is no audit that i know off when it comes to ICO and so is the reason some countries are banning it,i am yet to see a complete audit report from any of the ICO i have seen in the past.
If you are aware of the future market it is the exact same thing,we set a price at a future date with delivery set at a future time, the market could swing if there is a huge order and so on,the speculation will be really high and the price could move simply because of the market situation .
