I don't think it is a pocketdice.io clone, it brings something new to the table with a Russian Roulette game, which I found very interesting and cool.
Open both sites next to each other. It is an obvious clone despite making it "russian roulette" instead of dice. Obviously the code is different. It's about the ui+visual design/provably fair method/text/etc.

Anyway, that's their choice. It just looks always cheap to me and therefor more sketchy. Although I don't trust most new sites anyway.

It's like BitcoinRevolvers but with a UI that's really close to PocketDice's. Really similar.

Qualifications for Champions League and Europe League starts today:

EUROPE: Champions League - Qualification 18:00

The New Saints - Tre Penne ---> Over and home 3.5 1.61 stake 50mbtc

EUROPE: Europa League - Qualification 18:45

St. Patricks - Jeunesse Esch ---> Over and home 1.5 1.65 stake 100mbtc

Looks like you're deep in the hole after these losses. It's unfortunate to see this, but I think at this point you're better off just stopping. Do not go all in after this. At least you'll leave with some money left instead of none.
5625  Other / Meta / Re: Useless thread, possibly made by a bot to gain activity, your thoughts? on: June 28, 2016, 06:58:01 PM
Yeah, looking at his entire post history, and I'm now thinking it's probably not a bot. The first page of his post history made me think it was a bot though.
But why start a thread with just one line of text and not giving any additional info, it just baffles me.

I would report threads like this, but I'd probably be in the wrong to do so in this case, or not?
Don't stop at reporting the thread. (I would agree with this) Report the user as well, as you have done so here. I'm going to go ahead and start reporting all of his posts from the first page.

I think I've found that the ^^ posts by him are his way of "deleting" content? Perhaps instead of deleting the post he only edited it. Check this thread.

And this one.

In fact, yes, Check ]url=https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1314050.0]this thread[/url] as well. I think he just edits out the original post and some subsequent posts for whatever reason.

And hey, I found you!

After going through some analysis, I find that a lot of those "^^" threads are his attempts at creating some sort of website but finding that there were criticism and some problems. Perhaps then he wanted to rid himself of those posts? Apart from that, his regular posts are garbage.

5626  Other / Meta / Re: Useless thread, possibly made by a bot to gain activity, your thoughts? on: June 28, 2016, 06:43:13 PM
Probably not a bot but someone just account farming. Although the posts seem random as hell, I don't think that it's the work of a bot.

SOME replies do have a little bit of relevance to the thread.

(Though I do see a lot of these ^^ posts, they don't seem automated)
If it were a bot, there wouldn't be the gap in posts between its most recent one, the one before, and the one after.

Decentralized system

I'm pretty sure that's one of the largest appeals of cryptocurrencies anyway. Leaving a centralized system allowing for manipulation is bad bad news.
5628  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: June 27, 2016, 10:03:41 PM
It is very rare that I do, mostly online goods. Maybe in the further when there are more places accepting Bitcoin I will start to spend more.
Online is obviously the easiest way to spend your bitcoins, and with OpenBazaar I hope we'll see a bit more commerce there. Recently, due to the Steam summer sale, I've been using a lot of coins on that and I plan on finding some more products that I might like.

5%
Tennis
Geal Monfis vs Jeremy Chardy
Pick: Monfis @ 1.61
Monfis -1.5 set Handicap @ 2.15

Monfis has great serves, great returns and he is a huge athlete. I can't see Chardy wins today
.

Will follow this one with about 40$ Smiley good luck

I am following Charles with 0.58 btc in this match.
Good luck to us.

.58 BTC?!?!

 Shocked Shocked
Unfortunately, that bet is lost. There goes $375 USD which is too bad for both Carles and oksana28

My prediction for this game is England to win with 2:0 so lets see some interest bet:

Digging into your original bankroll this much could lead to some money management problems. I don't want to see a loss here (which will take off 400 mBTC, ouch) and find that you decide to go all-in on your next bet. It won't be pretty.

Quite some hefty bets you got there. I'll be going for the ones you have most faith in, then, I guess.

What happens if the BTC price doesnt rise and it is not proffitable for miners to mine? They will quit and the BTC network gets insecure?
the miner will move to altcoin and bitcoin network will slower and slower so many unconfirmed transaction will make a queue and bottleneck will happen
miner is the most important thing in blockchain system

the miners will love bitcoin more, they will not leave bitcoin as the price of bitcoin will double up and the half reward will not affect the miners as they will get a doubled value bitcoins.
Are you dumb?
The price doesn't double instantly as soon as the reward halves. In fact, it won't double at all for a while after that unless other external and unrelated factors affect it. All that will happen is that the reward halves and maybe in a while we'll see a slow increase.
Besides, we've already felt the effects of the event upon us. Leading up to the halving, there's hype that causes buy orders.

Looks like things are finally going your way again. France is ahead 2-1 at 76 minutes right now.
Fingers crossed this bet is won.
5635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: June 26, 2016, 01:05:07 PM
Voted for Germany. Germany is the most advanced international team. Not to mention the top tier class players on their side. Hummels, Schweinsteiger, Muller... etc

France is too young, could be inexperienced, tempered and on the finals everyone will try to prove how 'pro' they are, just my opinion though.
France just gave up a penalty kick which turned into a goal. Solid.
5636  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Win a share of 3000 mBTC every day during EURO 2016! on: June 25, 2016, 11:47:52 AM
The odds are slightly higher.
chance of being the 1st winner : 1/198, 2nd : 1/197 and so on till 26th : 1/173 (not 1/198 for every draw, if I understand correctly. Or can a ticket win more than once?)
I'm not completely sure on if you can be a winner multiple times. Nothing is stated in the terms against or for that ruling. In that case, then there need to be some changes that I can't be bothered to do.

Maybe I'll just run a simple program to do 1/n + 1/n-2 * 0.5 + 1/n-3 * 0.2 + 0.1 * (1/n-4 + 1/n-5 +  1/n-6) + [the 0.05 prizes here]

In a village of 1000, 999 have $1 and 1 has $1 billion. We can't say everyone is a millionaire.. (take the big prizes off for more realistic numbers)
But yes, we don't know if that one person has a billion.. and the lottery should be made provably fair.
Of course, I know about this obviously. I'm just applying statistics if everything is fair, even if it's not provable yet. Obviously the average person would not have that, but these are all theoretical numbers.

i just visit the site on https://sportsbet.io/lotteries but i see there is wrong on the leaderboard

-imgsnip-

why the first rank is ThisCouldBeYou until rank 50 it still him
I'm pretty sure that's just due to the fact that they update later on. None of the competitions today have even begun yet, so obviously nobody can be on the leaderboard for now.

Total profit: +100.0 mbtc

Today pick:

FOOTBALL
ICELAND: Pepsideild 19:15
Vikingur Reykjavik - Olafsvik ---> Over 2.5 odd 1.52 stake 50mbtc
I feel like your bets are getting too huge. Perhaps a restriction would be good for the next couple ones. You want to at least keep SOME profit, right? Don't get too carried away in the excitement. Even if this ends in a win, we can't be sure about the future 100%.
5638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make a good amount with 0.01BTC? on: June 24, 2016, 06:24:01 PM
10 mBTC is not much, if I were you I would deposit to rollin and let the bot martingale it. In the last couple of days I have got 4 mBTC from my initial investment of 3 mBTC (which I got carefully martingaling 1 BTC I had). Do not get gready, start with 1 or 2 satoshis bet and play in a way that the increments are not huge (I use a modified martingale that increases my bet 1.5 times every time I lose. Since I start with a low first bet I have had no bad luck of busting my bankroll yet).

If you want to have fun instead of just letting your luck get you a profit, play Royalty Derby on Directbet Casino. If you decide to go for Sports betting as other people have suggested, I would advise you to go with Betcoin.ag, the odds are nice there!

Good luck!
Yet is the biggest keyword there. It takes 46 losses to get up to the point where you gamble >1 BTC, and 44 losses in a row to lose 1.11 BTC in total.

Now at what point do you stop? What do you consider "too much" to gamble with? Because think about it. On the 30th bet, you're betting 0.00127834 just so you can profit 1 satoshi. You're betting huge amounts to profit a tiny amount, WITH the house edge against you.

Sure martingaling with 1.5x is a slower way of losing money, but you're still at a loss.

It may be a 1 in 8796093022208 chance [50% chance] to lose 0.746 BTC, but that's still a chance of getting that losing streak.
Besides, the longer you play, the more you lose.

Oh, and if we're talking about your 3 mBTC investment, it only takes 29 rolls to lose [almost] that.  On the 29th loss, you lose 0.00255666 in total, a 1 in 536870912 chance [at 50%]. Okay. These numbers seem massive! Massive! But they'll [the streaks] happen if you continue. And you're investing x amount of money to get a return of... 0.00000001 BTC

5640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know this gambling game? color game? on: June 24, 2016, 04:25:06 PM
Yeah its a color game in the Philippines, the payout their is 1:1 per dice color that is correct, I think casino sites will not put this game live, because if you just use martingale in this kind of game, for sure you will win.
... No. If you use martingale, you'll probably lose. If you don't stop, you'll probably lose. That's the reality of gambling, not just this strategy that I'm advocating against. The only reason I don't particularly like this strategy is that it kind of ties into the gambler's fallacy where you don't "expect" a long losing streak. But it will happen eventually. It will. In fact, when you step back and look at it [so long as the house puts down an edge] then you will see that you are always losing.
