5621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 21, 2021, 10:13:16 PM
i think bielefeld will go straight into the 2.bundesliga

So you are assuming that Köln will win and Werden Bremen will play at least a draw, because Werder Bremen (-19) has a better goal ratio than Bielefeld (-28)? Could be so.
I assume that either Köln or Bielefeld will be relegated directly. Köln has more pressure, they have to win.
Werden  Bremen is the better team here and I don't see them playing out for a draw, a win is what they will be looking out for.

As for the teams getting relegated I think Bielefed are packing no two ways about it ,koln has a bit of some fight left in them which should be enough to get them there.
5622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China’s Crypto Crackdown Shows Governments Are The Enemy Of Bitcoin on: May 21, 2021, 09:07:15 PM
What if this was a plot against USA's Musk? Cheesy China definitely wants to become the world power, and billionaires investing in BTC is a great moment to take a simple action (banning BTC) in order to pull back part of USA's wealth. It's a quite weird of a timing, to be honest.
That's one conspiracy theory, but isn't Musk who triggered all these events Roll Eyes

I know it might be extreme thinking but what if all governments ban btc mining. Can they that? specially now that we are seeing they move towards cbdc. Wouldnt a global btc mining ban be very bad to all of us?
Banning is easy but enforcing these bans can be a mammoth task as they would have to coordinate with other governments around the world.

Honestly this is a difficult undertaking because miners are dispersed all around the world, but targeting the highest concentration of miners could negatively affect bitcoin and maybe cause a clog of transactions.
5623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Elon Musk's goal with Dogecoin? on: May 21, 2021, 09:00:34 PM
Elon is not to be trusted from here on out!

Am sure with the crash that he single handedly influenced, chances are high he bought more cheat dogecoins and will be showering all sorts of praise for doge, before you know it it will be trading over a down and thats when he will dump and go for another coin.

With crypto if you have deep pockets you can control the markets.
5624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling risks during coronavirus pandemic on: May 21, 2021, 07:28:30 PM
Am certainly picking one or two points from here but afaik not everyone is reacting the same to the pandemic, others might see isolation to be the answer to keeping oneself safe from it but this would work in the short term but indeed our social skills could be dented, it's scary if you think about it, I hope these vaccines we getting better the situation.
5625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / China’s Crypto Crackdown Shows Governments Are The Enemy Of Bitcoin on: May 21, 2021, 06:34:35 PM
China is proving that government actions anywhere have the power to destroy cryptocurrencies. It adds to a series of black eyes for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

On Wednesday the government of the second largest economy banned financial institutions from offering cryptocurrency transactions. The result was that the value of cryptos dropped like a stone.

That day Bitcoin prices dove to a low around $32,000 from over $45,000 on Tuesday, according to data from Yahoo.

What's really Chinas   stance on cryptocurrencies because we have always heard about this old news for over 5 years now!!
5626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Feel Pressed Something while Gambling on: May 21, 2021, 05:10:15 PM
Lol not what I expected, this is extraordinary!

First, who even thinks about shitting when gambling??? Maybe for a brick and mortar casino this wouldn't be odd because sometimes you are served with a beverage to go with your patronage, which could lead to this but for someone to shit themselves, did you wager your life's savings and lose???

Honestly I don't know what to think, maybe this is being too playful, or maybe our friend has/had a medical condition, can't jump the gun.
5627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the motive behind the anti gambling campaign on: May 21, 2021, 02:11:32 PM
A coin has two sides and if people what to give one side of the story without telling the other, am afraid this so called awareness campaign will fall on deaf ears, but I still appreciate their efforts because gambling can sometimes get the better of you especially if you lose quite a lot.
5628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: May 21, 2021, 06:10:30 AM
What a price action trader will always tell you about Signals and bots is that they are as good as they person that gave them and when it comes to bots these trade on certain conditions like moving averages crossing each other  for example and this whole process means late entries which should have been anticipated by a price action trader.

But if am to be frank with you for some bots work maybe because they don't hold trades for long or trade with smaller lots but its better to learn how to trade using little to no indicators.
5629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real fact behind crypto ban in Nigeria on: May 20, 2021, 10:50:03 PM
I really don't see this to be a genuine reason!!

The government is afraid of these guys cashing out using bitcoin, come on , and what would stop these guys from spending it on latest luxurious gadgets and later sell them for some cash, banning btc doesn't solve the problem it just delays it.

These guys are better giving reasons like the only reason they don't want bitcoin is the banks are not making any money from banking services, something in those lines.
5630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 20, 2021, 06:19:01 PM
I don't think Tuchel should focus on the Champions League final only; what if they lose and what if the get left behind the last Champions' slot in Premier League? I would be asking my team to spit blood both during CL and EPL. It's the last sprint that could make a killing? Can't waste them both
At this point if i were the manager, I would tell the team that I have done my part the rest is all up to them

honestly its sacks being Tuchel  right now because making the wrong call could mean no Champions League football next season.

with the last games to go this is all up to Chelsea to secure their slot playing away from home , its certainly not going to be easy playing Aston Villa who will be playing in front of their fans but either way the Blues need to put this as their top priority first to get third slot.

if Chelsea fail to get the job done, Liverpool who will be playing Crystal Palace might steal the headlines here together with Leicester depending on weather the win or lose.
5631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH Hit $6K this week? on: May 20, 2021, 05:24:24 PM
Elon Musk dropped the boom on us with some hate mail about bitcoin mining and its increased carbon emissions that comes from the electricity production, which has hit the crypto markets.

But slowly we have put this behind us and and markets are getting back but eth hitting $6K not anytime soon, markets need to build some confidence first then ATH here we come.
5632  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2021, 02:09:57 PM

Clearly Elon Musk should just stay clear off Bitcoin for now Tongue
5633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fully vaccinated individuals now spared of masks in the casinos in Vegas on: May 20, 2021, 10:37:08 AM
Am not a doctor in any way but these vaccines we have today, I thought they aren't 100% effective against the corana virus and hearing(reading) about how fully vaccinated individuals are allowed in these public spaces without masks makes sad reading because they aren't helping the situation.

I understand these lock downs, stay in doors are requests we can't get used to, but you are responsible for your well being best you avoid brick and mortar casinos and preferably play online if you have to.
5634  Economy / Speculation / Re: Fucking rich whoever bought bitcoin around $30,000 -$31,000 on: May 20, 2021, 09:33:30 AM
Am not surprised, $30000 was highly tipped to hold and if price did reach here to be bullish, then all buyers where waiting for price to come down to this point.

Am just hoping it finds momentum to go to the upside, and change the talk of the week from bearish to being bullish.

And if they continue to hodl that money for a long time and while they are on the way to hodling that bitcoin, they can also accumulate more, they will even get more profit because bitcoin will go up as time goes on.
They could gain more or lose all if market dips again, just being prudent of what might happen.
5635  Economy / Speculation / Re: Abolute bottom of Bitcoin? on: May 19, 2021, 10:16:07 PM
Just looking at my portfolio and seeing the massive price drops all in red paint, it's just too much to take in for now am staying off the charts I can't take this any more...some of my coins are almost -50% in value. These are times you would wish cryptos were centralized to control these drops.

My bet ist 30.000 $. If we would fall way
lower then Bitcoin has probably failed for ever.
The halving is about to happen within the next 3 years and I'm assuming that we'll never see $30k as the lowest by that time IMHO.
3years is a long time, and anything can happen before the halving , and if you say $30K won't see light when we approach it's, what happens if the halving find btc price trading below $30K??
I guess no one can see that far into the future!

5636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 19, 2021, 06:21:57 PM
HT
Everton 0-0 Wolverhamton
Newscatle 1-0 Shelfield
Tottenham 1-2 Aston Villa

provisional results for tonight's Premier League match, and it seems that Tottenham's job to get a European League ticket next season is getting tougher if they are unable to turn things around in the second half later.
Let's  we see in the second half, whether Tottenham can beat Aston Villa or vice versa.
Newcastle Winning as expected.

Wolves should win in the other game but evenly matched.

Surprise results should be these coming from the Tottenham game, though there is plenty of pressure being put on Aston Villa which should pay must they continue playing like this.

Hope they know anything less than 3 points today, they should kiss there European qualifications hopes goodbye.
5637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid been carried away, it's never going to be bullish forever on: May 19, 2021, 05:13:29 PM
That's one truth (maybe weakness) we usually over look when it comes to crypto.

Everyone wants the market to be bullish and forget to take profits all in the name of being a hodler, markets are always dynamic and won't always go our way, we should have targets and also flexible to get out of the markets should price go south.

Let's also remember we can make some money if we short the market, in short markets will reward both buyers and sellers so know read between the lines and choose your role.
5638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 19, 2021, 04:57:38 PM
Yeah, Chelsea were really good against City in this season. So they know how to beat City in this final game also. Even if Guardiola prefers a different tactic, I think that Tuchel can find another solution not to be caught off guard. I like both of these teams actually but I feel like Chelsea may win the title.

I would not say that Chelsea was so much superior to City, in the direct confrontation.
Not counting the FA Cup, which is always a competition with many suppressions and difficult to predict what will happen, both teams have a victory and a defeat.
And if we look at the number of goals scored, City have 1 goal advantage. The curious thing is that both teams lost at home.

Seeing the existing squad, of course, Manchester City is considered to be the favorite for the Champions League champions this season, but in the domestic league Manchester City has been beaten three times by Chelsea during the Tuchel coaching in recent weeks, including in the semi-finals of the FA Cup and Premier League, I think Chelsea seems to be will play in the same way, as the previous victory, especially the victory against Madrid shows the extraordinary courage of the Chelsea players, the majority of the current Chelsea squad is filled with young players.
I think Pep Guardiola will return to using the false-nine system of play (without a pure attacker), to face a strong Chelsea defense, but of course Tuchel's experience so far and also tactical in his style of play makes me believe that Chelsea will win the Champions League this season.
You can't base the winner from the many options pep has ,to pick a team, but of course it gives them an edge.

But of late Chelsea have shown not to be the weak team , and having beat Manchester City a few weeks ago should keep them motivated and because of this, this game should be treated as anybody's game!

But if you looking for a winner here, I fancy City to win.
5639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 19, 2021, 04:09:35 PM
Today I am betting on the victories of the three teams which are competing to play in the European cups in the next season. Liverpool must beat a weak Burnley to catch up Leicester in the table and get closer to Chelsea by 1 point. West Ham and Tottenham are competing for promotion to the Europa League. Today they have weaker teams as their rivals, which are not fighting for anything this season, so both teams should get 3 points.
If something I don't like about the so called weaker teams, or is it the small teams, these always have the last laugh because they play with a lot of determination to win the big clubs. We saw the relegated Fulham give united a tough time, City fell to a weak team without saying they weren't interested because they are already champs.

Tonight wouldn't be any different, Liverpool should not take this match lightly if they fancy a top 4 finish should Leicester mess up.

5640  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying the current dip (~30k) on: May 19, 2021, 04:00:52 PM
And did see a few charts being posted by some pro traders and they say price will hold at this price, just hoping this is not just some ordinary speculation.

Looking at the chart at the moment is scary, but what goes up must come down, market has been in this uptrend for some time and it's only fair it corrects to show us the real price.
