In fact, the CEO (Naeim Yeganeh, PhD) was not at a university in Iran.

He also didn't state it in his LinkedIn profile.

it seems that you are disappointed with the FRM token price that dropped after ICO. Hi mate, it is very usual for the ICO projects when they have dropped the price after listing on the market. Almost every project experiences the same. Is this your first investment in crypto?
If you invest in the crypto, you must be ready for the dropped price at the beginning.
And one to remember the dropped price on the market doesn't mean that the project is a scam. It may have a chance to grow and then have a good price again. Make it for HODL, not for instant sell.

It's actually easy if you want people to believe what you say.
Include evidence in the form of links, images, etc. If true, then you should be given appreciation. But if your allegations are baseless, then you should end this thread and apologize.

Chill out bro, I have known about it. I see those badges, but I think they are a bit different from art contest badges.
Bitcoin expert, Bitcoin-Qt core developer, and the Glider deserve to be permanent (no doubt, surely). But I am not really sure about art contest badges if we consider the impact of their contributions on our forum. IMHO

I thought about these :
- Is it only as of the appreciation from theymos to them? or It has special advantages like [get the priority to be accepted on a bounty campaign, or get a guarantee for something else]
- Will the art badges be permanent? or just given for temporarily and will be disappeared someday?

Try to choose some coins such as XZC, NEM, XRP, BNB, and also ETH of course.

Personally, it is rare to be done. But, sometimes, it is promising enough to convert the BTC into some certain altcoins such as Ripple, XZC, and also BNB. Of course, it may be useful when the pair of BTC and those altcoins are higher. So that we can gain more amounts of the altcoins.

ALready finding this kind of bounty projects, with the ETH or BTC payment. However, they are still limited enough and we can only find them on the service board in this forum. So far, the bounties prefer to use their own token or coin to pay the bounty hunter. They may not lead to dumping their token, however, sometimes, not all team have enough money to pay the participants with the BTC or ETH first.

Well, actually ICO with multiple rounds have ever happened and I found it, unfortunately, I participated in the bounty programs. Aside from it, ICO with multiple rounds may have been set on their roadmap, ICO round 1, 2, and etc. However, some teams also decide to extend more ICO rounds after looking at the progress and development of the fundraising and see their prospect in the market.

The reason why many investors prefer to choose IEO is that the token or the coin has been listed on the exchange. We will think that this coin will be interested, promising, or profitable or not seen by the progress of the trading volume on the exchange. However, it is not enough. It needs further information and research on the coin itself, the team, and also the exchange where they list the coins.
